技术领域
本发明基于根据独立权利要求1的类型的插接连接器。
如果必须在插接连接器内划分多芯电缆的各个导体的电流,则需要这种插接连接器。例如在所谓的数据中心的情况下就是这样。在此,必须将在服务器机柜(英语为Datarack)之内所连接的电缆的所谓的零线划分到服务器机柜的各个单元(英语为Serverunits)上。
背景技术
DE 20 2007 017 892 U1示出一种用于工业插接连接器的具有PE金属板的触头嵌件。
如果对于特定的应用需要对各个导体进行桥接,则导体迄今在插接连接器壳体内被桥接。为此例如使用所谓的导体端子。然而为此必须存在足够的空间并且选择相应大小的壳体。在壳体内部的桥接提供了大的潜在危险性。如果无法保持经桥接的导体的机械连接,则载流导体可能到达插接连接器壳体。
德国专利与商标局在本申请的优先权申请中检索到了如下现有技术:JPH09-306617A、JPH10-3972 A、CN 104 701 692A和US 5,007,888 A。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提出一种插接连接器,其可靠、紧凑地构造并且可舒适地连接到电缆上。
该目的通过独立权利要求的主题来解决。
本发明的有利的设计方案在从属权利要求和下面的说明中给出。
根据本发明的插接连接器具有插接侧和连接侧。在连接侧,多芯电缆的各个导体导电地连接到相应的接触元件上,这些接触元件布置在触头嵌件的为此设置的容纳区域中。插接连接器的插接侧为了电接触而被引导至配对插接连接器或插座。因此,插接连接器的插接方向或插接方向向量从连接侧延伸到插接侧。
插接连接器具有至少四个接触元件,如上所述,这些接触元件布置在触头嵌件中为此设置的容纳区域中。
插接连接器具有至少两个桥接元件,其被设置用于分别电连接至少两个接触元件。如在插接方向(SR)上观察的,桥接元件相继地布置。

有利地,接触元件分别具有至少两个分别用于一个桥接元件的握持区域(Zugriffsbereiche)。

在一种特别优选的实施方式中,第一桥接元件包围第一接触元件的握持区域和第二接触元件的握持区域。在此,第一和第二接触元件的握持区域在平行于插接侧布置的第一平面(E1)内延伸。同时,第二桥接元件包围第三接触元件的握持区域和第四接触元件的握持区域。在此,第三和第四接触元件的握持区域在平行于插接侧布置的第二平面(E2)内延伸。这些平面(E1、E2)彼此平行地布置并且彼此间具有大于零的间距(D)。这意味着,桥接元件也相互平行地布置,并且相互具有间距,也就是说不相互触碰。
优选地,接触元件分别具有用于与导体电连接的压接区域。压接技术非常可靠并且尤其在恶劣的工业环境中提供优点。
接触元件的几何形状优选地设计成使得接触元件分别如在插接方向上观察的首先具有压接区域,紧接着压接区域具有第一握持区域,并且紧接着压接区域具有第二握持区域。因此,压接区域直接布置在接触元件的连接端部上,从而在此产生的塑性的压接变形对握持区域或对桥接功能没有影响。
优选地,插接连接器具有由塑料制成的插接连接器壳体。由此能够实现插接连接器的轻便的结构。此外有利的是,插接连接器壳体和触头嵌件共同一件式地构造。插接连接器壳体和插头嵌件可以在单个注塑过程中一件式地制成。
有利地,插接连接器具有至少一个卡锁机构。借助于卡锁机构,插接连接器能够可逆地可锁定地紧固在配对插接连接器或插座上。由此防止插接连接的无意的松脱。

图1以立体图示出了根据本发明的插接连接器1。插接连接器1具有矩形的横截面并且因此也称作为矩形插接连接器。插接连接器1具有电缆接头2,其同时也形成用于所连接的多芯电缆(未示出)的应力释放构件。
插接连接器1具有连接侧A和插接侧S,电缆或其导体连接在连接侧A上,插接侧S沿插接方向SR引向配对插接连接器或插座(两者都未示出)。
插接连接器1具有锁定钩3,所述锁定钩为了可逆地锁定而接合到配对插接连接器或插座的为此设置的卡锁开口中。锁定钩3能够经由布置在插接连接器壳体的外侧上的操纵器4相应地再次松开。
在图2中示出了部分打开的插接连接器1。由此可以看到容纳区域5,接触元件6、6'布置在这些容纳区域中。在容纳区域5中布置有开口7,接触元件6、6'被插入到所述开口中。
在图6和图7中可看到接触元件6、6'的可能的实施例。接触元件6、6'具有用于压接待连接的导体的压接区域C。此外,接触元件6、6'具有两个握持区域Z1和Z2,桥接元件10可以握持这些握持区域Z1和Z2,以便对接触元件6、6'进行电桥接。
