The second filter ring 3 is sleeved on the outer side part of the connecting cylinder 10 and is in clearance fit with the connecting cylinder 10, a limiting ring 17 is fixedly arranged at the top of the second filter ring 3, the inner side part of the limiting ring 17 is in sliding connection with the outer side wall of the connecting cylinder 10, a movable ring 18 is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the outer side wall of the connecting cylinder 10, the size of the movable ring 18 is the same as that of the limiting ring 17, a third space 503 is arranged as a part between the second filter ring 3 and the third filter ring 4, a connecting ring 13 is arranged at the bottom of the third space 503, the inner side part of the connecting ring 13 is fixedly connected with the second filter ring 4, a plurality of oil outlets connected with the connecting pipes 8 are arranged at the bottom of the third space 503, a sealing structure is simultaneously arranged at the bottom of each sealing structure, each sealing structure comprises two rotating plates 23, the rotating centers of each rotating plate 23 are respectively positioned on two symmetrical side walls of the oil outlets and the connecting pipes 8, the rotation directions of the two rotating plates 23 are the same and can seal the oil outlet and the connecting pipe 8, so when the connecting cylinder 10 is moved out, the oil outlet and the corresponding connecting plate are sealed, a plurality of connecting pipes 8 at the next stage are connected into use, the arc grooves 19 for the rotation of the rotating plates 23 are formed in the side walls of the oil outlet and the connecting pipes 8, when the rotating plates 23 are prevented from reversely rotating, each rotating plate 23 is made of a permanent magnet material, the side walls of the oil outlet and the connecting pipes 8 are all made of ferromagnetic materials magnetically attracted with the rotating plates 23, the rotating plates 23 are attached and fixed with the corresponding oil outlet and the inner walls of the connecting pipes 8 in an initial state, hydraulic oil can move freely, and after the two rotating plates 23 are separated from the connection with the oil outlet and the inner walls of the connecting pipes of the magnetic materials, the rotating plates can be automatically closed.
The automatic unloading structure comprises a mounting block 20 arranged at the top of a connecting cylinder 10, the mounting block 20 is fixed at the top of a first filter ring 2 and is communicated with the outside, a hand ring 24 is fixedly arranged at the top of the connecting cylinder 10, a plurality of springs 21 are fixedly arranged at the top of a sliding plate 15, the tops of the springs 21 are fixedly connected with the inner top of a groove 14, an assembling ring 22 is fixedly arranged at the top of a third filter ring 4, the assembling ring 22 is in sliding connection with the outer top wall of a filter box 1, two magnetic attraction blocks 16 which are mutually magnetically attracted are arranged at the connecting positions of the sliding plate 15, a second filter ring 3 and the third filter ring 4 and the inner bottom of the filter box 1, and the cross sections of the second filter ring 3 and the third filter ring 4 are in incomplete circular structures, so that the sealing state in the filter box 1 is kept when the second filter ring 3 and the third filter ring 4 move.
The core of the invention is that when the permeability of the filtering ring of each layer is reduced, the filtering efficiency is rapidly reduced, the filtering ring is sealed at the top of the connecting cylinder 10, and then the position of the connecting cylinder 10 is increased by the output hydraulic action, so that the filtering ring of the stage is automatically moved outwards, on the one hand, the filtering ring can be conveniently detached and cleaned, on the other hand, the filtering ring of the next stage can be introduced for use, and when the filtering ring of each stage is used, the filtering rings of the next stage are separated, therefore, the service life of the filtering ring of the next stage can be prolonged by arranging a plurality of layers of filtering rings under the use state of only one filtering ring, the top of the connecting cylinder 10 can be acted to enable the top of the connecting cylinder 10 to be upwards moved when the first filtering ring 2 is blocked, and the position of the connecting cylinder 10 is increased, and at the moment, the magnetically connected sliding plate 15 in the groove 14 in the connecting cylinder 10 can continuously seal the second filtering ring 3 when the connecting cylinder 10 is continuously lifted, or the use state of the filtering ring of the next stage is gradually connected in a connecting mode between the second filtering ring 3 and the third filtering ring 4 is realized;
namely, in the present invention, two multi-stage filter ring connection methods are provided, one is a cylindrical connection method in which the first filter ring 2 and the second filter ring 3 are connected, that is, after each time the previous stage filter ring is blocked, the slide plate 15 arranged at the bottom of the connecting cylinder 10 seals the next stage filter ring until the corresponding connected connecting cylinder 10 is pushed out completely upwards, and then the magnetic connection between the magnetic blocks 16 is overcome, so that the next stage filter ring is connected into the filter space, and the sealing between the plurality of connection pipes 8 and the oil outlets corresponding to the previous stage filter ring is finished in the process, and the other is a connection method between the second filter ring 3 and the third filter ring 4, that is, after the previous stage filter ring is blocked, the previous stage filter ring is fixed by the magnetic attraction between the magnetic blocks 16, and then the next stage filter ring is gradually connected for use.
