Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有抗菌抗病毒功能的纸张及其制造方法,涉及造纸技术领域;该纸张包括针叶浆,阔叶浆,抗菌抗病毒内施胶剂,抗菌抗病毒表面施胶剂,湿强剂、助留剂,二氧化钛,碳酸钙,碳酸镁,高岭土,该方法包括将针叶浆,阔叶浆进行打磨,加入稀释水,抗菌抗病毒内施胶剂和助剂,经过变频冲浆泵二次加水稀释后,送到纸流浆箱均匀布浆后上网,浆料在网部的成型板、重力脱水板、低真空吸水箱、高真空吸水箱和真空伏辊等处成形和脱水。本发明通过将纸张的内施胶剂与表面施胶剂增加抗菌抗病毒剂,其采用氯化物,季铵盐,銅离子或银离子,具备较好的抗菌抗病毒效果,从而使得纸张具有抗菌抗病毒效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及造纸技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有抗菌抗病毒功能的纸张及其制造方法。
背景技术
纸张的使用范围较广,例如包装、印刷、教材、绘本、图书、票据、单据等,其均是以纸张为载体进行记载。
经检索,中国专利公开号为CN102775677A的专利,公开了一种绿色环保纸及其制造方法,该绿色环保纸是由包括高分子材料与无机材料的配方混制而成,所述高分子材料占15~25%重量百分比,所述无机材料占75~85%重量百分比,且所述无机材料平均粒径介于1~5μm之间。其制造方法是利用该配方经由进料混炼、轧轮胶合、压延及冷却定型步骤而制成环保纸。
上述专利存在以下不足:其不具备抗菌抗病毒特性,对于例如票据、单据、包装箱、纸袋,印刷品等纸张来说,其转手次数较多,若纸张表面附着病菌或病毒,就很容易造成病菌或病毒的扩散。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种具有抗菌抗病毒功能的纸张及其制造方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种具有抗菌抗病毒功能的纸张,包括针叶浆,阔叶浆,抗菌抗病毒内施胶剂,抗菌抗病毒表面施胶剂,湿强剂、助留剂,二氧化钛,碳酸钙,碳酸镁,高岭土。
优选地:所述抗菌抗病毒内施胶剂包括造纸用松香0.1-15%,改性淀粉1-35%,抗菌抗病毒剂A0.2-15%、添加剂A0.1-35%。
优选地:所述抗菌抗病毒内施胶剂的制备方法为:
A1:将造纸用松香、改性淀粉、抗菌抗病毒剂、添加剂按照比例混合;
A2:以100-2000rpm转速下搅拌均匀即可。
优选地:所述抗菌抗病毒表面施胶剂包括造纸用松香0.1-15%,改性淀粉B1-30%,抗菌抗病毒剂B、0.2-25%添加剂B0.1-30%。
优选地:所述抗菌抗病毒表面施胶剂的制备方法为:
B1:将造纸用松香、改性淀粉、抗菌抗病毒剂、添加剂按照比例混合;

一种具有抗菌抗病毒功能的纸张的制造方法,具体包括以下步骤:
S1:将针叶浆,阔叶浆进行打磨;
S2:加入稀释水,抗菌抗病毒内施胶剂和助剂;
S3:经过变频冲浆泵二次加水稀释后,送到纸流浆箱均匀布浆后上网;
S4:浆料在网部的成型板、重力脱水板、低真空吸水箱、高真空吸水箱和真空伏辊等处成形和脱水;
S5:然后再经过压榨脱水,蒸汽烘缸接触干燥;
S6:将抗菌抗病毒表面施胶剂按照0.1-20%的浓度均匀施胶于纸张表面即可。
所述S6中,纸张表面的施胶方式可以为浸渍、喷淋、涂抹中的任意一种或联合施胶,且可以为单面或双面。
本发明的有益效果为:
1.本发明通过将纸张的内施胶剂与表面施胶剂增加抗菌抗病毒剂,其采用氯化物季铵盐,銅离子或银离子,具备较好的抗菌抗病毒效果,从而使得纸张具有抗菌抗病毒效果。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有抗菌抗病毒功能的纸张,其特征在于,所述抗菌抗病毒内施胶剂包括造纸用松香0.1-15%,改性淀粉1-35%,抗菌抗病毒剂A0.2-15%、添加剂A0.1-35%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种具有抗菌抗病毒功能的纸张,其特征在于,所述抗菌抗病毒内施胶剂的制备方法为:
A1:将造纸用松香、改性淀粉、抗菌抗病毒剂、添加剂按照比例混合;
A2:以100-2000rpm转速下搅拌均匀即可。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有抗菌抗病毒功能的纸张,其特征在于,所述抗菌抗病毒表面施胶剂包括造纸用松香0.1-15%,改性淀粉B1-30%,抗菌抗病毒剂B、0.2-25%添加剂B0.1-30%。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种具有抗菌抗病毒功能的纸张,其特征在于,所述抗菌抗病毒表面施胶剂的制备方法为:
B1:将造纸用松香、改性淀粉、抗菌抗病毒剂、添加剂按照比例混合;
B2:以100-2000rpm转速下搅拌均匀即可。
6.根据权利要求2或4所述的一种具有抗菌抗病毒功能的纸张,其特征在于,所述添加剂A与添加剂B均为二氧化钛,碳酸钙,碳酸镁,高岭土中任意一种或多种组合。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种具有抗菌抗病毒功能的纸张,其特征在于,所述抗菌抗病毒剂A为0.1-5%的聚丙烯酰胺与0.1-10%的抗菌抗病毒药剂的复配药剂。
8.根据权利要求4所述的一种具有抗菌抗病毒功能的纸张,其特征在于,所述抗菌抗病毒剂B为0.1-5%的聚丙烯酰胺与0.1-20%的抗菌抗病毒药剂的复配药剂。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有抗菌抗病毒功能的纸张,其特征在于,所述抗菌抗病毒药剂为氯化物,季铵盐,銅离子,银离子药剂中的任意一种或多种组合;
所述氯化物为有机氯化物或无机氯化物。
10.一种具有抗菌抗病毒功能的纸张的制造方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
S1:将针叶浆,阔叶浆进行打磨;
S2:加入稀释水,抗菌抗病毒内施胶剂和助剂;
S3:经过变频冲浆泵二次加水稀释后,送到纸流浆箱均匀布浆后上网;
S4:浆料在网部的成型板、重力脱水板、低真空吸水箱、高真空吸水箱和真空伏辊等处成形和脱水;
S5:然后再经过压榨脱水,蒸汽烘缸接触干燥;
S6:将抗菌抗病毒表面施胶剂按照0.1-20%的浓度均匀施胶于纸张表面即可,所述S6中,纸张表面施胶方式可以为浸渍、喷淋、涂抹中的任意一种或联合施胶,且可以为单面或双面。
