本发明属于生物领域,具体涉及一种调节香蕉根系生长的微生物生长调节剂及其应用。本发明所述的调节香蕉根系生长的微生物生长调节剂,将曼尼普尔链霉s‑1、冠霉素链霉菌s‑24、哈茨木霉、牛大力枝叶、芒果叶混合发酵之后,能够促进移栽的香蕉苗的根系生长,提升香蕉组培苗的根系鲜重和根系活力,有利于移栽的香蕉幼苗恢复生长,提升香蕉组培苗移栽的成活率,对于香蕉栽培产业的可持续发展具有积极的促进作用。

背景技术
随着香蕉栽培过程中病虫害的增加和种植面积的扩大,组培苗逐渐成为香蕉栽培过程中首选的种苗。组培苗从温室移栽至大田之后,由于幼苗营养体小,生长势比较弱,因此管理上以促进香蕉植株生长为主。根系是香蕉植株吸收营养成分以及水分的重要器官,在移栽后香蕉幼苗根系的生长对于整个植株的生长至关重要。因此,提供一种能够促进香蕉幼苗根系生长的生长调节剂,对于提高香蕉幼苗移栽大田之后成活率,促进香蕉栽培产业的发展具有重要的作用。

本发明提供了一种调节香蕉根系生长的微生物生长调节剂及其应用,可以促进香蕉幼苗移栽大田后植株根系生长,提高幼苗移栽成活率。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种调节香蕉根系生长的微生物生长调节剂,由以下重量份数的组份组成:曼尼普尔链霉菌(Streptomyces manipurensis)s-1 1-5份,冠霉素链霉菌(Streptomyces chrestomyceticuss)s-24 1-5份,哈茨木霉(Trichoderma harzianum)0.5-1.5份,牛大力枝叶10-20份,芒果叶10-20份,所述的冠霉素链霉菌s-24,其保藏编号为CCTCC No:M2017353;所述的曼尼普尔链霉s-1,其保藏编号为CCTCC No:M 2017261;所述的调节香蕉根系生长的微生物生长调节剂由上述物料堆沤有氧发酵制得。
进一步,所述的调节香蕉根系生长的微生物生长调节剂,由以下重量份数的组份组成:曼尼普尔链霉s-1 3份,冠霉素链霉菌s-24 3份,哈茨木霉1份,牛大力枝叶15份,芒果叶15份。
进一步,所述的曼尼普尔链霉菌s-1的活菌总数≥107cfu/mL;所述的冠霉素链霉菌s-24的活菌总数≥107cfu/mL;所述的哈茨木霉的活菌总数≥107cfu/mL。
进一步,所述的哈茨木霉为哈茨木霉菌T-22株系。
一种调节香蕉根系生长的微生物生长调节剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取干燥的牛大力枝叶、芒果叶,粉碎后,加水搅拌均匀制得混合物;
(2)在搅拌好的混合物中加入曼尼普尔链霉s-1、冠霉素链霉菌s-24、哈茨木霉,搅拌均匀之后,堆沤有氧发酵,即得。
进一步,步骤(1)中,加入牛大力枝叶、芒果叶总质量40-50%的水。
进一步,步骤(2)中,堆沤发酵时间30-40天;发酵过程中,保持温度25-32℃,温度超过32℃进行翻堆降温。

一种调节香蕉根系生长的微生物生长调节剂,由以下重量份数的组份组成:曼尼普尔链霉s-1 1份,冠霉素链霉菌s-24 1份,哈茨木霉0.5份,牛大力枝叶10份,芒果叶10份。所述的曼尼普尔链霉菌s-1的活菌总数为107cfu/mL;所述的冠霉素链霉菌s-24的活菌总数为107cfu/mL;所述的哈茨木霉的活菌总数为107cfu/mL。
一种调节香蕉根系生长的微生物生长调节剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取干燥的牛大力枝叶、芒果叶,粉碎后,加入牛大力枝叶和芒果叶总质量40-50%的水搅拌均匀制得混合物;

本发明所述的调节香蕉根系生长的微生物生长调节剂对香蕉植株生长的影响
为了便于比较实验结果,本发明选择香蕉幼苗选择同一批次经检测合格的巴西香蕉组培苗。组培苗具体情况如下:叶片数5-7片,假茎粗≥0.9cm,叶片宽≥6.8cm,叶色青绿不徒长,叶片无病斑无病虫为害;根系生长良好;无机械性损伤,变异率≤0.01%。统一选择近3年没有栽种过香蕉的地块进行香蕉栽培实验,按照每亩地栽种150株幼苗的密度栽种香蕉苗,每个处理100株幼苗,比较不同组成的生长调节剂对于香蕉植株生长的影响。具体实验方法如下。其中所用的生长调节剂组成如表1所示。其制备方法参照实施例1。

香蕉幼苗移栽前在种植穴中分别施用表1中的生长调节剂,之后再在上方直接移栽幼苗,每株幼苗施入150g。幼苗移栽之后统一进行日常的田间管理。移栽1个月后,测定香蕉根系鲜重、根系活力,统计香蕉组培苗移栽的成活率,结果见表2。
参考《植物生理生化实验原理和技术》(李合生,2000)中的TTC(氯化三苯基四氮唑)法测定根系活力:每个处理组随机选取长势一致的6株香蕉苗,将去除杂根和死根后的根系置于液氮中速冻,密封后带回实验室,-80℃冰箱中保存,备用。称取样品0.50 g放入试管,加入40 mg/kg TTC和磷酸缓冲液各25 mL浸没样品,静置1 h后加入1 mol/L H2SO4 2mL,10 min后去掉溶液,加入20 mL甲醇,至根组织完全变白为止,使用分光光度计在485 nm波长下进行比色测定。

由表2可以看出,处理组1-3采用本发明3个实施例中的组成和制备方法制得的生长调节剂,可以显著提高香蕉幼苗根系鲜重和根系活力,香蕉幼苗的成活率也显著高于其他处理组。
处理组4-7改变了生长调节剂中的菌剂的组成,处理组8虽然各组分的组成相同,但是没有经过发酵处理,上述处理组香蕉组培苗的根系鲜重和根系活力均明显低于3个实施例组,移栽成活率也均低于3个实施例组。说明本发明3个实施例组,采用曼尼普尔链霉s-1、冠霉素链霉菌s-24、哈茨木霉的组合发酵牛大力枝叶和芒果叶制得的生长调节剂,可以有效促进香蕉组培苗移栽后的根系生长,提高了香蕉组培苗移栽成活率。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种调节香蕉根系生长的微生物生长调节剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的组份组成:曼尼普尔链霉菌(Streptomyces manipurensis)s-1 1-5份,冠霉素链霉菌(Streptomyces chrestomyceticuss)s-24 1-5份,哈茨木霉(Trichoderma harzianum)0.5-1.5份,牛大力枝叶10-20份,芒果叶10-20份,所述的冠霉素链霉菌s-24,其保藏编号为CCTCC No:M 2017353;所述的曼尼普尔链霉s-1,其保藏编号为CCTCC No:M 2017261;所述的调节香蕉根系生长的微生物生长调节剂由上述物料堆沤有氧发酵制得。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种调节香蕉根系生长的微生物生长调节剂,其特征在于,所述的调节香蕉根系生长的微生物生长调节剂,由以下重量份数的组份组成:曼尼普尔链霉s-13份,冠霉素链霉菌s-24 3份,哈茨木霉1份,牛大力枝叶15份,芒果叶15份。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种调节香蕉根系生长的微生物生长调节剂,其特征在于,所述的曼尼普尔链霉菌s-1的活菌总数≥107cfu/mL;所述的冠霉素链霉菌s-24的活菌总数≥107cfu/mL;所述的哈茨木霉的活菌总数≥107cfu/mL。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种调节香蕉根系生长的微生物生长调节剂,其特征在于,所述的哈茨木霉为哈茨木霉菌T-22株系。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种调节香蕉根系生长的微生物生长调节剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取干燥的牛大力枝叶、芒果叶,粉碎后,加水搅拌均匀制得混合物;
(2)在搅拌好的混合物中加入曼尼普尔链霉s-1、冠霉素链霉菌s-24、哈茨木霉,搅拌均匀之后,堆沤有氧发酵,即得。
6.如权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,加入牛大力枝叶、芒果叶总质量40-50%的水。
7.如权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,堆沤发酵时间30-40天;发酵过程中,保持温度25-32℃,温度超过32℃进行翻堆降温。
8.如权利要求1-4任一项所述的调节香蕉根系生长的微生物生长调节剂在制备促进香蕉根系生长上的制剂的应用。
9.如权利要求8所述的应用,其特征在于:所述的调节香蕉根系生长的微生物生长调节剂在香蕉幼苗移栽之前施入,之后再在上方移栽香蕉幼苗。
10.如权利要求8所述的应用,其特征在于:每株香蕉苗用量为100-200g。
