Working principle: when a vehicle enters a parking space, the pressing plate 402 is rolled by wheels to move downwards and drives the first driving device 4 to unfold the protection mechanism 3, and meanwhile, the locking mechanism 9 locks the protection mechanism 3, so that various passing vehicles can be prevented from rubbing the vehicle, the theft of the vehicle is prevented, and the property of a vehicle owner is protected from being lost; after the vehicle finishes paying through the charging device 2, the server terminal sequentially controls the electric telescopic rod 901 and the double-headed motor 7, the locking mechanism 9 is firstly opened, and then the double-headed motor 7 is used for controlling and driving the second driving device to retract the protection mechanism 3, so that the vehicle can normally run out.
