When the heat of the quenching liquid in the water cooling tank 2 is conducted through the supporting rod 13, the contact area between the quenching liquid and the supporting rod 13 can be larger by opening the first contact groove 18 and the second contact groove 19, so that the heat conduction speed can be higher.
When the rotating rod 6 rotates in the water cooling tank 2, the rotation of the positioning block 20 is limited through the water cooling tank 2, so that the rotating rod 6 is less inclined in the rotating process, and the rotating rod 6 is more stable to rotate.
When the positioning block 20 rotates in the water cooling tank 2, by arranging the balls 21 between the water cooling tank 2 and the positioning block 20, sliding friction between the water cooling tank 2 and the positioning block 20 can be changed into rolling friction, so that friction between the water cooling tank 2 and the positioning block 20 is smaller, and abrasion between the water cooling tank 2 and the positioning block 20 is less.

A cooling device for heat treatment of bar stock, characterized in that: comprises a cooling tank body (1); a water cooling tank (2) is fixedly connected in the cooling tank body (1); a water through tank (3) is arranged in the cooling tank body (1); one end of the water through groove (3) is arranged at a position corresponding to the top of the water cooling groove (2), and the other end of the water through groove (3) faces to the position corresponding to the bottom of the water cooling groove (2) inside the cooling tank body (1); the cooling tank is characterized in that a circulating water pipe (4) is connected to the inside of the cooling tank body (1), one end of the circulating water pipe (4) faces the inner position of the water cooling tank (2), and the other end of the circulating water pipe (4) is in contact with the inner side wall of the bottom of the cooling tank body (1); a water pump is arranged on the circulating water pipe (4); the cooling tank body (1) is internally fixedly connected with a cooling pipe (5), and the cooling pipe (5) is arranged at the position corresponding to the bottom of the water cooling tank (2) in the cooling tank body (1).

A cooling device for heat treatment of bar stock according to claim 1, wherein: a plurality of rotating rods (6) are rotatably connected in the water cooling tank (2), and a plurality of pushed plates (7) are fixedly connected on the side wall of one rotating rod (6) in a circumferential array; the pushed plate (7) is arranged in an arc shape, and the convex surface of the pushed plate (7) faces the rotating direction of the pushed plate (7); the pushed plate (7) is arranged at a position corresponding to the end part of the circulating water pipe (4); a plurality of stirring blades (8) are fixedly connected on the side wall of the rotating rod (6) in a circumferential array; synchronous belts (9) are connected between every two rotating rods (6).

A cooling device for heat treatment of bar stock according to claim 2, characterized in that: the inside of the water cooling tank (2) is in sliding fit with a grid (10); a first material blocking net (11) is fixedly connected inside the net frame (10); the end part of the water channel (3) is fixedly connected with a second material blocking net (111); the second material blocking net (111) is arranged at a position of the water passing groove (3) corresponding to the inside of the water cooling groove (2).
