The working flow is as follows:
1. the round wire enters a press roller mechanism 3 through a pulley on the pay-off rack 2, a press roller 301 is connected with a 5.5KW servo motor, and the round wire is flattened into a flat wire under the drive of the servo motor;
2. the buffer wheel mechanism 4 plays a role in buffer, the buffer roller 402 is provided with a buffer spring, and when the winding motor 43 and the compression roller servo motor work, the buffer roller 402 can well coordinate the consistency of the winding motor 43 and the paying-off motor because the matching time of the winding motor 43 and the compression roller servo motor needs about one second;
3. oil box function: when the flat wire passes through the oil box, a layer of rust-proof oil is coated on the flat wire, so that the rust-proof strength of the flat wire is enhanced; 4. the guide groove cylinder 601 and the flat wire pressing cylinder 40 are a combined unit, the flat wire pressing cylinder 40 descends to press the flat wire, the flat wire end is inserted into the wire inserting port 42 on the flat wire winding wheel 602 through the forward pushing of the guide groove cylinder 601, the flat wire pressing cylinder 41 descends to press the flat wire, the flat wire is prevented from retreating, the flat wire pressing cylinder 40 ascends, the guide groove cylinder 601 retreats, and the flat wire is automatically fed into the wire inserting port 42 of the flat wire winding wheel 602 through the action combination;
5. after the flat wire is inserted into the wire insertion opening 42, the winding motor 43 and the pressing rod servo motor work simultaneously to roll the flat wire into a preset number of turns;
6. after the preset number of turns is reached, the winding motor 43 rotates to a position for inserting the binding wire in sequence, the wire passing grooves 44 of the flat wire winding wheel 602 are aligned, the wire twisting upper and lower cylinders 46 descend to enable holes at the bottom of the wire binding clamp to be aligned with the wire passing grooves 44, the wire feeding motor 45 starts to work to feed the binding wire to a certain length (when the binding wire is positioned at the inner side of the flat wire winding and passes through two holes on the wire binding clamp), the wire shearing scissors 49 work to shear the binding wire, the wire twisting upper and lower cylinders 46 ascend to enable the holes at two ends of the wire binding clamp to lift the binding wire up to a certain height (beyond the outer side surface of the flat wire winding), the wire binding clamp opening and closing cylinder 47 is closed, the wire binding clamp drives the two ends of the binding wire to be folded towards the middle, the wire binding motor 48 rotates to drive the wire binding clamp to rotate to drive the two ends of the binding wire to rotate, and therefore binding products are bound for three times;
7. the winding motor 43 rotates reversely for 1/4 circle, the flat wire pressing cylinder 40 presses down the flat wire, the flat wire shearing scissors 50 shear the flat wire, the winding motor 43 rotates forwardly for 1/8 circle, and the guide wheel cylinder 51 pushes forward to fold the tail end of the flat wire reversely; 8. the winding motor 43 rotates to move the product binding part to the position of the wire pushing and binding cylinder, the bound binding wire is pushed to one side by the wire pushing and binding cylinder, and the winding motor 43 rotates to rotate the product to the position where the product exits, the product pushing cylinder 52 opens to push the product out of the machine, and the product falls onto a subsequent belt line through the product outflow groove 53 to be conveyed.

Claims (4)

1. The full-automatic metal flat wire processing rolling equipment comprises a base (1), and is characterized in that a pay-off rack (2), a compression roller mechanism (3), a buffer wheel mechanism (4), an oil box mechanism (5) and a bundling mechanism (6) are sequentially arranged at the top of the base (1) from right to left;
the pay-off rack (2); a coiled round wire is arranged on the pay-off rack (2), and one end of the round wire passes through the inside of the compression roller mechanism (3);
the press roller mechanism (3); the press roller mechanism (3) comprises two press rollers (301) which are arranged up and down, and the round wire passes through the space between the two press rollers (301) and is pressed into flat wire;
the buffer wheel mechanism (4); the buffer wheel mechanism (4) comprises two buffer brackets (401) fixed at the top of the base (1), buffer rollers (402) are arranged on the two buffer brackets in a sliding mode up and down, and each buffer roller (402) is connected with a buffer spring;
-said cartridge mechanism (5); the flat wire bypasses the two buffer rollers (402) and enters the oil box mechanism (5), and the oil box mechanism (5) is used for smearing a layer of rust-preventive oil on the surface of the flat wire;
-said strapping means (6); the bundling mechanism (6) comprises a guide groove air cylinder (601), a flat wire winding wheel (602) and a bundling mechanism, wherein the guide groove air cylinder (601) is arranged at the top of the base (1), the guide groove air cylinder (601) is used for inserting flat wires into the flat wire winding wheel (602), the flat wire winding wheel (602) rotates to wind the flat wires into a roll shape, and the bundling mechanism is used for bundling the rolled flat wires;
the press roller mechanism (3) comprises two press roller brackets (7) which are symmetrically arranged at the front and back of the top of the base (1), one press roller (301) is rotatably arranged between the two press roller brackets (7), press roller adjusting grooves (8) are formed in the front and back of the top ends of the two press roller brackets (7), press roller adjusting blocks (9) are vertically and slidably arranged in each press roller adjusting groove (8), and the other press roller (301) is rotatably arranged between the two press roller adjusting blocks (9);
