Description

通过双层点涂技术用于可粘合衬布的交联底层
本发明涉及一种基于粉末混合物的可交联热熔粘合剂涂料,该混合物包含商业上惯用的、胺端基共聚聚酰胺或共聚酯以及由无规立构聚烯烃和粉状异氰酸酯或环氧化物组成的粉状挤出物,用于在双层点涂层中形成底点涂层,作为防止渗胶的阻挡层。上点涂层由胺封端的共聚聚酰胺组成,以保证对底点涂层的良好粘附力。本发明尤其涉及服装工业,特别是外衣用可粘合衬布中间色调涂层的热熔粘合剂组合物。代替共聚聚酰胺,也可以采用羟端基的共聚聚酯。
为了解决有关耐水洗和干洗能力的降低以及粘附力较弱的问题,已开发出改进的热熔粘合剂组合物,同时也开发出改进的涂布技术。例如,在专利DE-B 22 14 236、DE-B 22 31 723、IDE-B 25 36 911以及DE-B 32 30 579中公开了Duodot或双层点涂技术。
涂层底布也做了改进,即用细至微纤范畴的低旦数单纤维制作的更细纱线,以及例如高蓬松腈纶或涤纶纱的合成纱线。原来使用的梭织物已大量地被缝编织品所取代。上述情况的综合结果使得组织变得非常柔软,同时也非常稀松,这对涂布方法及热熔粘合剂组合物提出了更高的要求,尤其是在热熔粘合剂组合物的渗胶和渗入问题方面。
成本和质量的原因导致每平米衬布材料施涂的涂料量有了显著减少。原来涂布量一般在18~25g/m2的水平,而现在只有7~15g/m2。尽管施涂量这样少,仍必须保证足够的粘附力和耐受能力;换句话说,必须不让热熔粘合剂渗透到衬布的内部去,因为那样的话它将不再对实际的粘合起作用。
因此,本发明的主要目的是找到一种有效的渗胶阻挡层,这种阻挡层,在涂布量减少的情况下,具有高粘合强度、上涂层点对底涂层的良好粘附力以及良好的耐水洗和干洗能力的特点。
已知有一系列渗胶阻挡层:交联的丙烯酸酯分散体或聚氨酯分散体,或者主要成分为高熔点共聚聚酰胺及聚乙烯的或为高粘度热塑性聚氨酯粉末的粉末充填浆糊。
所有这些体系在涂布性能、对上涂层点的粘附力或耐水洗能力方面都存在不同程度的缺点。另外,此类分散体还不能在粗糙、多毛的衬布上使用。
当涂布自交联丙烯酸系或聚氨酯分散体时,甚至在涂布过程中也会发生部分交联,这导致在模板上出现沉积物,并从而堵塞模板孔。需要对该组件进行费力的清理。当出现生产所造成的停车时,往往遇到各种严重的困难。再一个问题是上点涂层对底层的粘附力。主要成分为聚酰胺、聚乙烯及聚氨酯的高粘度粉末充填体系达不到所要求的防渗胶可靠性。
目前,尚不能提供用于底点涂层的稳定可交联体系,这或者是由于目前优选的异氰酸酯无法达到对水(即涂布浆糊的基质)的稳定性,或者是由于交联的活化温度(160℃以上)过高所致。
现在,令人惊奇地发现,已可以制备出符合本权利要求的反应活性极高的体系,其活化温度在约100~130℃范围并具有耐水能力。根据本发明用于涂布和/或片状构造层合的可交联热熔粘合剂组合物具有,热熔粘合剂组合物中所含的反应活性组分只在熔融阶段才与交联剂发生反应的特点。在这种情况下,交联剂组分通过挤塑被结合到聚烯烃的熔体当中。
在优选的实施方案中,市售的普通胺端基共聚聚酰胺与一种通过与无规立构聚烯烃一起挤出而惰性化的二异氰酸酯三聚体进行混合,该混合物在调配成含水浆糊的形式之后在轮转丝网印刷机上进行加工。代替共聚聚酰胺,也可以使用共聚聚酯。在随后于约120℃的炉中烘干期间,经过数秒钟便开始了交联反应,形成双层点涂体系的交联渗胶阻挡层。这样,就可以避免含异氰酸酯的体系普遍存在的问题,例如,(以己内酰胺或肟为封端剂,或通过二聚反应制备的)封端异氰酸酯要求过高的活化温度;而且,在该粘合过程中还不得释放出杂质。其他的问题是,仍然存在于浆糊中的未封端的异氰酸酯会与水发生反应。
必须对异氰酸酯加以稳定化以防止与水和与从环境空气中扩散进来的湿气发生反应,以保证异氰酸酯在较低温度下的可活化性。这一要求已通过如下的处理令人惊奇地得以实现,即使异氰酸酯经挤塑结合到聚烯烃聚合物,优选无规立构聚丙烯当中,所述聚合物不吸收任何扩散进入的水而且熔点为约120℃,粘度低到足以在经过熨烫后立即发生上述胺封端共聚的聚酰胺与该异氰酸酯之间的反应。合适的异氰酸酯是包含2个以上游离NCO基团的固体异氰酸酯,其熔点介于100~130℃。作为基质的该聚合物不得与异氰酸酯反应。其他合适的交联成分是熔点介于90~230℃,优选100~120℃,分子量介于2000~6000,优选2500~3000,且每分子含有2个以上环氧化物基团的环氧化物;可举出的例子是双酚A。
作为聚合物基质,优选使用无规立构聚丙烯。它在190℃的熔体粘度应为8000~50,000mPas,软化点介于80~150℃,优选在190℃的熔体粘度为8000~30,000mPas,且软化点介于100~140℃。合适的市售产品的例子是Huls公司生产的VESTOPLAST 408、308、508、520、703、704、708及750。该聚烯烃还可以是主要成分为乙烯、丙烯及1-丁烯并具有上述特征的无规立构α-烯烃二元或三元共聚物。为了实现特别好的上层点与下层点之间的粘附,建议用胺封端共聚聚酰胺作为上层点的材料。用于底层点和上层点的合适产品是低粘度的低熔点品级。熔点应在90~150℃范围,优选在115~130℃,其溶液的相对粘度在1.2~1.7,优选在1.25~1.4的范围。通过以上措施,边界层便与该异氰酸酯浆糊发生反应并在2层点之间形成高度稳定的粘合。底层点的涂布量应在2~5g/m2,优选在2.5~4g/m2范围,而至于上层点,根据用途之不同,应在4~8g/m2,尤其是5~7g/m2的范围。代替共聚聚酰胺,还可以使用例如基于对苯二甲酸、间苯二甲酸与丁二醇或者丁二醇与少量其他二元醇如己二醇或聚乙二醇形成的混合物的羟端基共聚聚酯,其熔点在100~150℃。
该底层点可以浆糊的形式进行涂布,形成层点涂层。类似地,该反应活性粉末混合物也可用散乱撒播的方法施涂上去。
实施例:
33.3%(重量)VESTANAT T 1890在挤塑机中于125℃与66.6%(重量)VESTOPLAST 408均匀混合,混合物经造粒,冷研磨,最后用50微米筛子进行筛分。
25%(重量)上述粉末在高速混合机中与75%(重量)VESTAMELTX 1027-P1进行混合。
将该粉末混合物加工成可印刷浆糊,其间采用通常的分散剂和增稠剂,如Stockhausen公司生产的INTRASOL 12/18/5以及MIROX TX,可参见DE-B 20 07 971、DE~B 22 29 308、DE-B 24 07 505以及DE-B25 07 504,随后,用装有CP 66模板的轮转丝网印刷机将该浆糊印刷到包含高蓬松纱的35克聚酯针织物上。涂布量为2g/m2。将VESTAMELTX 1027-P816撒播到仍然是湿的浆糊点上,多余的粉末用真空抽掉,然后,材料在130℃的干燥炉内干燥并部分烧结。上层点包含5g/m2的涂布物,因此总涂布量为7g/m2

新技术的优点在于,底层点,即使在于燥条件下就可发生交联,上层点由于是以胺基封端的,在熔融期间与底层点发生交联,故产生极好的粘合效果。由于在涂布之后,底层点的分子量有了显著升高,故它不再能沉入到针织物的内部。在随后的粘合过程中,上层点的低粘度聚酰胺,由于无法再朝下流失,故被迫使紧抵住上面要与之粘合的布料流动,致使即便在很少的热熔粘合剂施涂量的情况下,也产生了非常高的粘附力。作为迄今为止一直是这类体系最薄弱环节,尤其是在水洗期间,上层点与底层点之间的界面层,在本发明的体系中要比以往的体系中的更能经受水解的浸蚀,因此表现出相当高的稳定性。
所使用的产品:
VESTAMELT X 1027-P1是Huls公司出品的胺基团封端的三元共聚聚酰胺,主要成分为LL、CL与DDS/MPD,熔点120℃,胺端基数100~400毫克当量/千克,优选250~350毫克当量/千克。
VESTOPLAST 408-P1是Huls公司出品的α-烯烃三元共聚物,软化点118℃,且190℃的熔体粘度为8000mPas。
VESTANAT T 1890/100是官能度为3~4的多异氰酸酯,其熔点为100~115℃。它是Huls公司的产品。

Claims (14)

1.一种用于涂层和/或片状构造层合体的可交联热熔粘合剂组合物,所述交联剂成分被结合在聚烯烃基质中,从而使其活化温度为100-130℃,其中交联剂成分选自异氰酸酯,且每分子包含2个以上反应活性基团,作为热熔粘合剂组合物中所含的反应活性组分,胺封端的共聚聚酰胺或共聚聚酯只在熔融阶段才与交联剂发生反应,从而在双层点涂层中形成底点涂层。
