s2: when the welding wire reel (24) is replaced, the hydraulic cylinder (7) pulls the transmission block (8) to be separated from the rotating shaft (1101) and to be contracted into the rotary drum (6), then the first electric telescopic rod (9) pushes the limiting cover (1104) to move rightwards through the second moving plate (1107) and the replacing frame (1103) to expose the right end of the rotating shaft (1101), and therefore the limiting rod (1105) and the clamping block (1106) on the limiting cover (1104) can be pulled out from the clamping groove on the right side of the welding wire reel (24) in the right moving process, and the welding wire reel (24) and the limiting cover (1104) can be automatically separated;
s3: when the second moving plate (1107) pushes the wire reel (24) to continuously move rightwards along the rotating shaft (1101), the clamping groove on the left side wall of the wire reel (24) is separated from the limit rod (1105) and the clamping block (1106) on the base plate (1102) until the wire reel (24) falls from the right end of the rotating shaft (1101), and the whole process of automatically disassembling the wire reel (24) is achieved.
6. The welding machine for automatically replacing a wire reel as in claim 5, wherein said method for automatically replacing a wire reel comprises the steps of:
s1: the second electric telescopic rod (13) pushes the linkage block (12) to be in clamping connection with the replacement frame (1103), so that the sliding plate (1501) on the protection mechanism (15) can be driven to move in a follow-up manner through the second electric telescopic rod (13) and the linkage block (12) when the replacement frame (1103) moves, and then the falling welding wire reel (24) can be received by the sliding plate (1501);
s2: the wire reel (24) clamped in the sliding plate (1501) is taken down, then the electric roller (17) drives the first moving plate (10) to move in the trapezoid seat (19), so that the rotating shaft (1101) of the wire reel (24) assembled in the other assembly can be moved to the inner side of the transmission block (8), and then the first electric telescopic rod (9) pulls the replacement frame (1103), the limiting cover (1104) and the sliding plate (1501) to reset, and automatic replacement of the wire reel (24) can be completed.
