The cable paying-off cutting device for electric power engineering according to claim 1, wherein two empty slots are symmetrically formed in the second vertical plate with respect to two belts, a tensioning mechanism is installed in each empty slot, each tensioning mechanism comprises a sliding block, a tensioning wheel and a bolt, the sliding blocks are slidably installed in the empty slots, the tensioning wheels are installed on one sides of the sliding blocks through third rotating shafts and are abutted to the inner sides of the belts, cavities are formed in the tops of the sliding blocks, movable plates are arranged in the cavities, the bottoms of the bolts are connected with the movable plates, and the bolts are installed on the second vertical plate in a threaded mode.

The cable paying-off cutting device for electric power engineering according to claim 1, wherein a peeling mechanism is arranged between the conveying mechanism and the cutting mechanism, the peeling mechanism is installed on the bottom plate and comprises a barrel, a gear ring, a second gear and a second motor, the gear ring is installed on the periphery of the barrel, the second motor is installed on the bottom plate, the second gear is installed on an output shaft of the second motor, the second gear is meshed with the gear ring and connected, a first telescopic rod is installed in the barrel, peeling cutters are installed at the end portions of the first telescopic rod, rollers are arranged at the end portions of two sides of the barrel and are in butt joint with the barrel, second telescopic rods are installed on the bottom plate in an up-down symmetrical mode on two sides of the barrel, one second telescopic rod is installed on the U-shaped frame, the other second telescopic rod is installed on the bottom plate, and a fixing plate is installed at the end portion of the second telescopic rod.
