s2, continuously conveying the centered and tidy ceramic tile along a conveying line, when the ceramic tile moves to the position of the tape breaker 2 to stop, taking out a half-wrap angle from a storage bin 4 through a wrap angle taking head 7 by a first telescopic device 5 of two upper wrap angle devices 3 positioned at the front side of the tape breaker 2, driving the first telescopic device 5 to turn over 180 degrees upwards by a turner 6, turning over the wrapping edge of the half-wrap angle from bottom to top, driving the half-wrap angle by the first telescopic device 5 to move to the vertex angle position at the front side of the upper surface of the ceramic tile, and reversely buckling the half-wrap angle on the upper surface of the ceramic tile by the wrap angle taking head 7;
S3, wrapping angles on two vertex angles of the front side of the upper surface of the ceramic tile by the tape breaker 2, sleeving the semi-wrapped angles and the ceramic tile by the tape, continuously conveying the tape-broken ceramic tile along a conveying line, and stopping until the rear side of the upper surface of the ceramic tile moves to the position of the tape breaker 2;
s4, the first retractors 5 of the other two upper corner wrapping machines 3 positioned at the rear side of the taping machine 2 take out a half corner from the storage bin 4 through the corner wrapping heads 7, the turners 6 drive the first retractors 5 to turn over 180 degrees upwards, the edges of the half corner are turned over from bottom to top, the first retractors 5 drive the half corner to move to the top angle position at the rear side of the upper surface of the ceramic tile, and the corner wrapping heads 7 are used for reversely buckling the half corner on the upper surface of the ceramic tile;
s5, wrapping angles on two vertex angles at the rear side of the upper surface of the ceramic tile by using the tape-binding device 2, and then sleeving the half-wrapping angles and the ceramic tile by using the tape-binding device;
s6, outputting the ceramic tiles along the conveying line and finishing the packaging work of the ceramic tiles.
The turner 6 drives the first telescopic device 5 to turn 180 degrees, the wrapping edge of the half wrap angle is turned upwards, the first telescopic device 5 and the wrapping head 7 are used for reversely buckling the half wrap angle on the upper surface of the ceramic tile, the ceramic tile is not required to be supported by paper, the ceramic tile is not required to be stacked on the paper, the tape-binding device 2 is used for binding the half wrap angle and the ceramic tile, so that the half wrap angle falls off from the ceramic tile in the ceramic tile transportation process, the integral packaging work of the half wrap angle, the tape-binding and the ceramic tile is completed, and the packaging cost and the labor or equipment cost are reduced.

The integrated tile corner bead taping packaging machine of claim 1, wherein: the conveyor line comprises a first conveyor arranged on the centering mechanism, a second conveyor arranged between the centering mechanism and the tape breaker and a third conveyor arranged behind the tape breaker, wherein the first conveyor comprises a conveyor belt and two conveyor wheel sets, the two conveyor wheel sets are arranged on the frame, and the conveyor belt is sleeved with the two conveyor wheel sets.
3. The packaging method of the ceramic tile corner bead taping integrated packaging machine is characterized by comprising the following steps of: an integral ceramic tile corner protector taping packaging machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 2, comprising the steps of:
S1, stacking ceramic tiles on a conveying line, and inputting the ceramic tiles into a centering mechanism along the conveying line, wherein the centering mechanism centers the ceramic tiles in order;
S2, continuously conveying the centered and tidy ceramic tile along a conveying line, taking out a half wrap angle from a storage bin by a first telescopic device of two upper wrap angle devices positioned at the front side of the tape device through a wrap angle taking head when the ceramic tile moves to the position of the tape device, enabling a turner to drive the first telescopic device to turn upwards by 180 degrees, enabling the wrapping edge of the half wrap angle to turn upwards from bottom to top, enabling the first telescopic device to drive the half wrap angle to move to the top angle position at the front side of the upper surface of the ceramic tile, and enabling the wrap angle taking head to reversely buckle the half wrap angle on the upper surface of the ceramic tile;
S3, wrapping angles on two vertex angles on the front side of the upper surface of the ceramic tile by the tape, sleeving the half wrapping angles and the ceramic tile by the tape, continuing conveying the tape-punched ceramic tile along a conveying line, and stopping until the rear side of the upper surface of the ceramic tile moves to the position of the tape-punching device;
S4, taking out a half wrap angle from a storage bin through a wrap angle taking head by using a first telescopic device of the other two upper wrap angle devices positioned at the rear side of the tape breaker, driving the first telescopic device to upwards turn over 180 degrees, enabling the wrapping edge of the half wrap angle to upwards turn over from bottom to top, driving the half wrap angle to move to the top angle position at the rear side of the upper surface of the ceramic tile by using the first telescopic device, and reversely buckling the half wrap angle on the upper surface of the ceramic tile through the wrap angle taking head;
S5, wrapping angles on two vertex angles at the rear side of the upper surface of the ceramic tile by using a tape, and sleeving the half wrap angles and the ceramic tile by using a tape;
s6, outputting the ceramic tiles along the conveying line and finishing the packaging work of the ceramic tiles.
