The invention provides a module for solving the problem of cracking of a mold shell of an investment casting manipulator, wherein a metal manipulator rod is connected with a metal pouring cup rod, a dustproof rubber pad is arranged on a ceramic pouring cup, a metal hexagonal nut is matched with a metal threaded rod, the metal threaded rod is arranged on the inner side of a main pouring channel, and a reinforcing rod is arranged on the outer side of the main pouring channel. A casting method for solving the problem of die set of cracks of a mechanical arm shell of an investment casting uses a die to press a part wax die and a pouring system, a metal threaded rod with a metal hexagonal nut at one end is put into the die in advance during pressing of a main runner, one side of the main runner, which is connected with a ceramic pouring cup, is designed into a conical or special-shaped structure, and a space is reserved on the main runner for placing a reinforcing rod. The invention has the advantages that: solves the problem of low qualification rate of the shell manufacture, and has good implementation effect. After the invention is applied, the manufacturing qualification rate of the manipulator shell is improved, and the metallurgical defects such as inclusion, flame running and the like caused by the shell are obviously reduced.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of investment casting, in particular to a module for solving cracks of a manipulator shell of an investment casting and a casting method.
Background
In the investment casting process, the manufacture of a shell with good quality is a key link for ensuring that castings with good size and metallurgical quality are obtained in the subsequent production process. The manufacturing of the shell comprises two methods of manual operation and automatic shell manufacturing of a mechanical arm shell manufacturing line, along with the progress of industrialization level and technical capability, the mechanical arm shell manufacturing gradually replaces the manual shell manufacturing, but the coating and sanding operation in the mechanical arm shell manufacturing process are carried out at one end of a pouring cup of a mechanical arm clamping module, the stress near the pouring cup is concentrated, and the shell is easy to crack. And the two hands of the operator respectively hold the two ends of the module in the manual shell making process, so that the problem is avoided.
The length of a part of an adjusting piece of an engine exceeds 600mm, a pouring system is complex, the number of layers for manufacturing a molded shell is about 10, the weight of the molded shell reaches 20 kg-30 kg when the molded shell is manufactured to 6 layers and 7 layers, if the molded shell is manufactured manually, the labor intensity of operators is very high, and meanwhile, the quality of the molded shell cannot be ensured. The mechanical arm shell manufacturing process is adopted, the mechanical arm is used for clamping one end of the module pouring cup due to overlarge weight of the module, meanwhile, the mechanical arm is used for clamping one end of the module pouring cup due to longer length of the module, the module is clamped at an inclined angle of 30-60 degrees in the process of coating and sanding operation, one end of the mechanical arm is used for clamping the module pouring cup, the manufacturing qualification rate of the shell is extremely low, the qualification rate is less than 30%, and the unqualified shell is a fracture or crack generated near the pouring cup and the main pouring gate.

The invention aims to meet the casting process of the mould shells of various alloy investment casting mechanical arms, effectively reduce the crack defect of the mould shells caused by overlarge weight of the mould blocks or overlong mould blocks, improve the manufacturing qualification rate of the mould shells, and particularly provide a mould block for solving the crack of the mould shells of the investment casting mechanical arms and a casting method.

A casting method for solving the problem of mould set of cracks of a mould shell of an investment casting manipulator uses a mould to press a part wax mould and a pouring system, wherein a metal threaded rod with a metal hexagonal nut at one end is put in the mould in advance when a main pouring channel is pressed, and the metal hexagonal nut is flush with one side of the main pouring channel connected with a ceramic pouring cup after being pressed;
one side of the main pouring gate, which is connected with the ceramic pouring cup, is designed into a conical or special-shaped structure, and a space is reserved on the main pouring gate for placing a reinforcing rod; the melting point of the reinforcing rod is higher than that of the wax mould material, the room temperature and high temperature strength are higher than those of the shell refractory material, and the cross section is one of round, elliptic, triangular and polygonal; the reinforcing rod is made of ceramic, corundum and metal materials, the surface of the reinforcing rod is coated by white paraffin and beeswax, the coating thickness is not less than 0.2mm, and no upper limit is required.
The manufactured module for solving the cracking of the mould shell of the investment casting manipulator is vertical or inclined, and the ceramic pouring cup is placed downwards; removing wax materials by adopting an electric heating or steam dewaxing kettle, wherein in the removal process, a placed reinforcing rod moves out of a ceramic pouring cup or beside the ceramic pouring cup along with the movement of molten wax materials, and is manually taken out after being cooled to room temperature; and (3) after conventional shell roasting and cleaning, the dewaxed shell is subjected to manufacturing of the qualified shell.
The invention has the advantages that: the die set for solving the cracking of the die shell of the investment casting manipulator and the casting method effectively solve the problem of low qualification rate of the die shell manufacture, and have good implementation effect. After the invention is applied, the manufacturing qualification rate of the manipulator shell is improved, and the metallurgical defects such as inclusion, flame running and the like caused by the shell are obviously reduced.

the side of the main pouring channel 8 connected with the ceramic pouring cup 4 is designed into a conical or special-shaped structure, and a space is reserved on the main pouring channel 8 for placing the reinforcing rod 7; the melting point of the reinforcing rod 7 is higher than that of the wax mould material, the room temperature and high temperature strength are higher than those of the shell refractory material, and the cross section shape is one of round, oval, triangle and polygon; the reinforcing rod 7 is made of ceramic, corundum and metal materials, the surface of the reinforcing rod 7 is coated by white paraffin and beeswax, the coating thickness is not less than 0.2mm, and no upper limit is required.

one side of the main pouring channel (8) connected with the ceramic pouring cup (4) is designed into a conical or special-shaped structure, and a space is reserved on the main pouring channel (8) for placing a reinforcing rod (7); the melting point of the reinforcing rod (7) is higher than that of the wax mould material, the room temperature and high temperature strength are higher than that of the shell refractory material, and the cross section shape is one of round, elliptic, triangular and polygonal shapes; the reinforcing rod (7) is made of ceramic, corundum and metal materials, the surface of the reinforcing rod (7) is coated by white paraffin and beeswax, the coating thickness is not less than 0.2mm, and the upper limit requirement is met.
