In this embodiment: when the transportation rod 101 is subjected to the cleaning treatment of the high-pressure air jet cylinder 211, the transportation rod 101 is fixedly sleeved with the overturning gear 105 at the two ends of the transportation rod 101, the first overturning rack 104, the second overturning rack 108 and the third overturning rack 109 are respectively arranged at the upper edge and the lower edge of the moving groove 106, so that when the transportation rod 101 enters the inside of the waste gas treatment box 2, the overturning gear 105 gradually contacts with the first overturning rack 104 and finishes the meshing effect between the first overturning rack 104, and when the overturning gear 105 is meshed with the first overturning rack 104, the transportation rod 101 realizes the clockwise rotating effect in the meshing process of the first overturning rack 104 and the overturning gear 105, and at the moment, the connecting inserting rod 113 fixedly connected with the transportation rod 101 starts to rotate along with the clockwise rotation of the overturning gear 105, and at the moment, the connecting clamping block 112 in the second connecting area 115 also slides from the second connecting area 115 to the direction of the third connecting area 107 because the rotation of the connecting inserting rod 113 starts, and when the overturning gear 105 leaves the first overturning gear 104, the connecting clamping block 112 just moves to the third connecting area 107;
simultaneously, the paint spraying member 102 fixed by the clamping of the clamping assembly 103 can synchronously realize the rotation effect on the rotation of the conveying rod 101, and the clockwise rotation effect on the paint spraying member 102 can be effectively realized in the mode, so that the paint spraying assembly 216 can perform paint spraying treatment on one surface of the paint spraying member 102;
when the transportation rod 101 moves to the position of the second turning rack 108, since the length of the second turning rack 108 is greater than the length of the first turning rack 104, and the direction of the mouth of the second turning rack 108 is opposite to that of the mouth of the first turning rack 104, the transportation rod 101 rotates in a counterclockwise direction when the transportation rod 101 is meshed with the second turning rack 108 through the turning gear 105, and similarly, the connection fixture block 112 in the third connection area 107 slides from the third connection area 107 to the first connection area 114 due to the rotation of the turning gear 105, and when the turning gear 105 leaves the second turning rack 108, the connection fixture block 112 just moves to the inside of the first connection area 114;
the counterclockwise rotation effect on the painting member 102 is effectively achieved in this way so that the painting assembly 216 can paint the other face of the painting member 102;
when the transporting rod 101 moves to the position of the third turning rack 109, the length and the tooth mouth direction of the third turning rack 109 are consistent with those of the first turning rack 104, so that the transporting rod 101 will rotate clockwise again after the transporting rod 101 is meshed with the third turning rack 109 through the turning gear 105, and similarly, the connecting clamping block 112 in the first connecting area 114 will slide from the first connecting area 114 to the second connecting area 115 along with the clockwise rotation of the turning gear 105, and when the turning gear 105 leaves the third turning rack 109, the connecting clamping block 112 will move just to the second connecting area 115
And when the transportation rod 101 leaves the third overturning rack 109, the painting piece 102 is restored to the initial position just entering the waste gas treatment box 2;
through the above manner, the rotating effect of the painting part 102 can be effectively realized in the process of moving the conveying rod 101, so that when the painting assembly 216 performs painting treatment on the painting part 102, the painting treatment effect on different surfaces of the painting part 102 can be finished, so that the painting efficiency on the painting part 102 is improved to a certain extent, and the arrangement of the third overturning rack 109 ensures that the painting part 102 is in a vertical state when leaving the waste gas treatment box 2 and the painting part 102 enters the waste gas treatment box 2, and in this manner, the painting part 102 is not excessively large due to the contact area when contacting with the gas wall, so that the painting waste gas inside the waste gas treatment box 2 flows out of the waste gas treatment box 2, and different degrees of injury is caused to operators;
the paint spray heads 220 arranged on the first paint storage bag 219 and the second paint storage bag 221 are all obliquely arranged, and the oblique direction corresponds to the rotation direction of the conveying rod 101 in the waste gas treatment box 2, so that when paint is sprayed into the first paint storage bag 219 and the second paint storage bag 221 through the first paint pipe 217 and the second paint pipe 218 respectively, the paint spray heads 220 can perform concentrated paint spraying treatment on one surface of the paint spraying part 102, and the paint spraying effect of the paint spraying part 102 is also effectively ensured and the paint spraying efficiency is also improved in this way.
And when the paint spray head 220 is subjected to paint spraying treatment, the exhaust fan 222 arranged in the second accommodating cavity 223 is also in a starting state, and when the exhaust fan 222 works, paint spraying waste gas in the waste gas treatment box 2 enters the first accommodating cavity 215 through the communicating through groove formed in the bottom of the upper treatment box 201, and the primary treatment of the paint spraying waste gas is completed through the activated carbon plate 214, after the primary treatment of the paint spraying waste gas, the paint spraying waste gas is discharged out of the waste gas treatment box 2 under the action of the exhaust fan 222, the subsequent treatment effect is completed through an external pipeline, and the air flow discharged into the upper treatment box 201 through the third air pipe 209 is also discharged into the external pipeline through the action of the exhaust fan 222, and the subsequent treatment of the paint spraying waste gas is consistently completed.
