Working principle:

When the movable seat 202 is stored, the hand screw 206 is unscrewed to push the movable seat 202 to a proper position, and then the hand screw 206 penetrates through the limit sliding seat 201 and is screwed with the movable seat 202, so that the position of the movable seat 202 is fixed. Pulling the pull ring of the insert rod 204 causes the round head of the insert rod 204 to be completely retracted into the through hole of the movable seat 202, then the rotary seat 209 is rotated to be vertical, then the pull ring of the insert rod 204 is released, the insert rod 204 is inserted into the insertion hole of the rotary seat 209 under the elasticity of the return spring 205, and the rotary seat 209 is kept vertical. Pulling the second bolt 211 breaks away from the turning plate 210, when the turning plate 210 turns over and rotates vertically, loosening the pull rod of the second bolt 211, and under the elasticity of the second fixed spring 212, returning the second bolt 211, the stop block at the top of the second bolt 211 props against the side wall of the turning plate 210, so that the turning plate 210 is kept vertical, folding and storage are facilitated, and meanwhile, the height of the telescopic handrail mechanism 4 is compressed to be the lowest.

The bottom surfaces of the rotating seat (209) and the turning plate (210) are fixedly provided with a group of cutting and crushing mechanisms (3), and the three groups of cutting and crushing mechanisms (3) are linearly and uniformly arranged;
Each group of the cutting and crushing mechanisms (3) comprises: the automatic cutting device comprises an inclined folding frame (301) and a fixed seat (309) which are fixedly connected with the bottom surface of a rotating seat (209) or a turning plate (210), wherein two guide plates of the inclined folding frame (301) are respectively and rotatably provided with two driving wheels (304), two driving wheels (304) arranged on the same guide plate are jointly sleeved with a folding belt (305), the bottom surfaces of the two guide plates of the inclined folding frame (301) are respectively and fixedly connected with an installation seat (306), each installation seat (306) is respectively and rotatably provided with an extrusion wheel (307) through a bearing, a cavity of the fixed seat (309) is fixedly provided with a cutting motor (310), and an output shaft of the cutting motor (310) penetrates through a gap between the folding belts (305) and is coaxially and fixedly connected with a cutting blade (311);
The weed is gathered together by the guide plates of the inclined gathering frame (301), the gathering belts (305) rotating in opposite directions gather the weed between the two gathering belts (305), the extrusion wheels (307) rotating in opposite directions vertically push the gathered weed downwards, and the cutting motor (310) drives the cutting blade (311) to rotate so as to cut the weed.
