Working principle: when in use, the box body 1 is placed in river water to be detected, the detection head 8 can carry out online detection on the water quality in the river water, the detection head 8 is assisted and protected by the circular filtering protection cover 7, the box body 1 is driven by the propulsion device 4 to move so as to facilitate the detection of the detection head 8 on each position of the river water, the water flow in the running direction enters the circular cavity 501 through the water inlet through hole 502 in the process of driving the box body 1 to move, the liquid flowing in the circular cavity 501 can drive the inclined blade 503 to rotate, the linkage effect between the inclined blade 503 and the second rotating shaft 504 is utilized to transmit power to the second rotating shaft 504, the second rotating shaft 504 drives the third gear 505 to rotate, and the third gear 505 drives the second ring gear 506, the arc frame 507, the arc frame 508 and the cleaning block 509 to rotate, the cleaning block 509 is used for periodically cleaning water plants wound outside the circular filtering protection cover 7 or adhered impurities on line, meanwhile, the arc-shaped frame 507 drives the annular frame 510, the annular connecting block and the cleaning head 511 to rotate, the cleaning head 511 is used for periodically cleaning the surface of the detection head 8, the second annular gear 506 drives the projection 601 to rotate in the rotating process, the sliding plate 602 and the air bag 603 are continuously extruded in the rotating process of the projection 601, air in the air bag 603 is conveyed into the first cavity 607 formed inside the annular frame 605, the T-shaped annular block 606 and the second annular gear 506 through the air conveying pipe 604, then conveyed to the top of the third cavity 14, and as the pressure in the first cavity 607 and the pressure in the third cavity 14 are continuously increased, the piston 608, the guide rod 609 and the cutting head 610 are downwards moved, the arc-shaped frame 508 is conveyed through the cutting head 610, the cleaning block 509 and the circular filtering protection cover 7 are cut off, and along with the movement of the pushing device 4, the cut-off aquatic weed can be moved in a direction away from the arc-shaped frame 508, the cleaning block 509 and the circular filtering protection cover 7;
the driving motor 301 is started according to the requirement, the driving motor 301 drives the first rotating shaft 302 and the first gear 303 to rotate, power is transmitted to the first ring gear 304 by utilizing the linkage effect between the first gear 303 and the first ring gear 304, the first ring gear 304 drives the second gear 305, the telescopic rod 306, the propelling device 4 and the water inlet through hole 502 to rotate, the use angles of the propelling device 4 and the water inlet through hole 502 are adjusted, and the applicability of the device is improved.
