Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗皱针织面料的生产工艺,采用如下生产工艺:织造‑定型‑轧柔‑干燥定型。其中轧柔过程中采用由渗透剂、抗静电助剂,抗皱整理剂组成的轧柔溶液进行处理。与现有技术相比,本发明制备的抗皱针织面料使用了特定的工艺步骤和抗皱整理剂,改善针织面料的抗皱性能,并且制备的针织面料还具有抗菌作用,耐水洗性能强,不易变黄。

本发明涉及纺织技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗皱针织面料的生产工艺。
背景技术
目前,存在多种技术和方法用于生产抗皱针织面料。以下是一些常见的现有技术:高温定型技术:通过在高温条件下对面料进行定型,使其保持平整,减少皱褶的形成。这可以通过热轧、热压或热气定型等方法实现。化学整理技术:使用化学整理剂对面料进行处理,改变面料纤维的表面性质,减少皱褶。常见的化学整理剂包括抗皱剂、柔软剂、抗静电剂等。纤维混纺技术:通过将不同性质的纤维混合纺织,可以提高面料的抗皱性能。例如,将天然纤维如棉纤维与合成纤维如聚酯纤维混纺,可以获得具有较好抗皱性能的面料。特殊纺织结构设计:通过设计特殊的纺织结构,如缎纹、斜纹、特殊编织等,可以改善面料的抗皱性能。这些结构可以提供更好的拉伸性能和抗皱弹性。表面处理技术:在面料表面施加特殊的涂层或处理剂,增加面料的平整度和抗皱性能。例如,采用硅烷处理、PTFE涂层等。纳米技术应用:利用纳米材料的特殊性质,如纳米涂层、纳米颗粒等,可以改善面料的抗皱性能和其他性能。
其中,表面处理技术可以在面料表面形成一层涂层或处理剂,增加面料的平整度,减少皱褶的形成,从而提高抗皱性能。通过表面处理技术,可以使面料表面更加平整,减少织物内部纤维的移动和变形,进一步减少皱褶的形成。一些表面处理技术可以提供较长时间的抗皱效果,具有较好的耐久性,使面料保持平整和光滑的外观更长时间。可针对特定性能进行定制:表面处理技术可以根据面料的特定需求进行定制,例如提供防水、防污、抗菌等功能,从而增加面料的附加价值。但是存在也存在一些缺陷:一些表面处理技术会在面料表面形成一层涂层或膜,可能会降低面料的透气性,在面料表面形成硬化层,导致面料变得更加僵硬,影响穿着舒适度;而且不具有抗菌性,还容易导致纤维素纤维变黄。
综上所述,表面处理技术在改善抗皱性能方面具有一定优势,但也需要权衡其对面料其他性能的影响以及生产成本和环境健康因素。在选择和应用表面处理技术时,需要综合考虑各方面的因素,并根据具体需求进行评估和优化。
中国授权发明专利CN113043672B公开了一种抑菌抗皱针织面料,包括上下叠加设置的抑菌层、连接层、抗皱层,所述抑菌层包括上滤菌层、中滤菌层和下滤菌层,所述中滤菌层包括上层无纺布、下层无纺布、复数个交叉设置的单丝;所述中滤菌层顶部向上凸起形成复数个弧面凸部,所述中滤菌层底部向下凹陷形成复数个弧面凹部;所述连接层包括复数个第一连接部、复数个第二连接部、设于抑菌层和抗皱层之间的棉层;所述抗皱层包括由复数个抗皱纱线交织而成。该发明涉及面料领域,抑菌层三层抗菌结构,抗菌效果好,且舒适感强,具有良好的抗皱效果,解决了抗菌针织面料抗菌效果差,且舒适感差,抗皱效果差的技术问题。但是该发明制备的针织面料由多层组成,舒适性差,难以应用在服装面料中,而且水洗抗菌性低。
发明内容
有鉴于现有技术中面料存在舒适性差、应用面窄,抗皱抑菌效果不理想,易黄变的缺点,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种舒适性好、应用面宽,抗皱抑菌效果理想,不易黄变的抗皱针织面料的生产工艺。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明采用了如下的技术方案:
一种抗皱针织面料的生产工艺如下:
步骤1、将纱线用大圆机采用纬平针组织织造成针织面料坯布;
步骤2、将步骤1制备的针织面料坯布进行定型,得到定型坯布;
步骤3、将步骤2中的定型坯布采用轧柔溶液进行轧柔,按照1:4~6浴比浸轧入轧柔溶液中,接着将面料放入浸轧机中在常温下浸泡1~5h,然后通过浸轧机将面料中多余的水分轧出,轧液率为40~70%,然后在360~370nm波长、100~400W的紫外光源下照射0.5~2min,得到轧柔面料;
步骤4、将步骤3制备的轧柔面料进行干燥定型,干燥温度为80~90℃,干燥速度为10~15m/min,得到抗皱针织面料;
所述纱线为莫代尔纤维纱线和棉纤维纱线按照质量比40~50:50~60组成。
所述针织面料坯布的克重为150~200g/m2。
所述步骤2中定型温度为170~190℃,车速为15~20m/min,风量50~80%,超喂10~30%。
所述轧柔温度100~120℃,轧柔溶液由渗透剂、抗静电助剂,抗皱整理剂组成;渗透剂浓度为1~5g/L;抗静电助剂浓度为15~25g/L,抗皱整理剂浓度为20~25g/L;所述轧柔的车速为10~20m/min,风量为50~80%,超喂10~30%。
所述抗皱整理剂的制备方法如下,以重量份计:
S1、将1~1.5份海藻酸钠加入到40~60份水中,调整温度为30~40℃,将溶液50~200rpm搅拌20~40min,加入0.1~0.8mol/L盐酸调节pH至3~5,得到混合溶液;将0.4~0.6份含醛物、2~3份4-氨基二苯乙烯-2-磺酸、0.5~1份环己烷-1,4-二异氰酸酯和15~25份甲醇分别加入混合溶液中,在30~40℃、100~300rpm搅拌10~30h,用分子量为3000~4000Da的透析膜透析3~8d,冻干,得到改性海藻酸钠;
S2、将0.1~0.3份改性海藻酸钠、1~3份酯类化合物和0.02~0.06份光引发剂1173加入到20~30份水,在功率为300~400W,频率为40~60kHz的超声波处理机中,20~30℃处理1~3h,得到乳液,在乳液中加入5~10份促进剂和5~15份3~8wt%次磷酸钠水溶液,100~300rpm搅拌1~5h,得到抗皱整理剂。
所述含醛物为2,4-二甲氧基苯甲醛、甲醛中的一种。
所述酯类化合物为4-(2,2,2-三氟乙酰基)苯甲酸乙酯、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯中的一种。
所述促进剂为9-恶草酚酸、叶酸中的一种。
海藻酸钠的改性是通过醛基、氨基、异氰酸酯基团和羧基、羟基进行反应实现的,通过该反应制得两亲性海藻酸钠,同时引入双键使其具有参与自由基共聚的能力。
一般来说,稳定的水乳化系统需要具有较高的绝对电位值。否则,液滴之间的排斥力无法抵消液滴之间的相互吸引,导致乳液稳定性差。乳状液稳定性是控制其贮存保质期、使用特性和最终涂层性能的重要物理性能之一。在紫外线照射过程中,4-(2,2,2-三氟乙酰基)苯甲酸乙酯分子在自由基和引发剂的作用下开始聚合,在很短的时间内形成表面涂层,这将限制棉花分子链的变形和相对滑动,从而达到抗皱的目的。同时,改性海藻酸钠中的活性双键也会参与4-(2,2,2-三氟乙酰基)苯甲酸乙酯分子的聚合,强化涂层效果,进一步提高棉织物的表面抗皱性能。聚合后4-(2,2,2-三氟乙酰基)苯甲酸乙酯分子本身具有较强的疏水性。改性海藻酸钠的加入可以提高4-(2,2,2-三氟乙酰基)苯甲酸乙酯分子的聚合密度,进一步增强其疏水性。
本发明采用室温下紫外线刺激,将改性海藻酸钠和4-(2,2,2-三氟乙酰基)苯甲酸乙酯分子进行聚合,减少了副产物的产生,减少了纤维分子链的分解,从而显著降低了纤维的黄变。改性海藻酸钠和4-(2,2,2-三氟乙酰基)苯甲酸乙酯分子形成的共聚物牢固地附着在面料上,增强了面料的耐洗性。
以2,4-二甲氧基苯甲醛、4-氨基二苯乙烯-2-磺酸、环己烷-1,4-二异氰酸酯为改性剂,制备了两亲性海藻酸钠。改性剂与海藻酸盐骨架成功接枝。随后,将改性后的海藻酸钠作为乳化剂,在水中制备4-(2,2,2-三氟乙酰基)苯甲酸乙酯乳液,改性海藻酸钠对4-(2,2,2-三氟乙酰基)苯甲酸乙酯具有更高的乳化能力,在溶液中形成更小、更稳定的海藻酸钠液滴。最后,用稳定的4-(2,2,2-三氟乙酰基)苯甲酸乙酯乳液对面料进行室温紫外光固化处理,面料的抗皱性能显著提高,通过白度测试,改性海藻酸钠和4-(2,2,2-三氟乙酰基)苯甲酸乙酯分子进行紫外光固化后,共聚物可以牢固地附着在面料上,并且面料变黄现象不明显,耐洗性能增强。
含羧基、氨基和羟基的9-恶草酚酸可以作为偶联剂,为与纤维素织物的偶联提供了合适的条件。9-恶草酚酸的羧酸与纤维素纤维链表面的羟基在高温条件和次磷酸钠作用下发生酯化反应。并且经洗涤后,面料上接枝的9-恶草酚酸具有较好的洗涤稳定性。酯化反应对面料的纤维素链没有损伤,9-恶草酚酸通过酯化反应与纤维素织物连接,9-恶草酚酸的氨基几乎不发生反应,因此,由于含有游离氨基,处理过的纤维素表现出抗菌活性,9-恶草酚酸对面料具有紫外线防护作用,通过吸收紫外光,降低纤维的黄变。面料的抗弯刚度和抗拉强度、折痕恢复角和耐磨性均有所提高。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:
1)本发明所述抗皱针织面料的生产工艺使用了特定的工艺步骤和抗皱整理剂,使用定型和轧柔工艺可以改善针织面料的抗皱性能。定型可以通过加热和拉伸过程使面料保持平整,减少皱褶的形成,轧柔过程可以进一步使面料柔软,减少折痕和皱纹的出现。
2)本发明制备的抗皱整理剂中的成分具有抗菌作用,可以提供面料一定程度的抗菌性能,有助于减少微生物的滋生和生长。
3)本发明制备的抗皱整理剂通过化学键与纤维连接,改善了面料的抗皱性能、水洗抗菌性能,并且不易变黄。

实施例1
一种抗皱针织面料的生产工艺如下:
步骤1、将莫代尔纤维纱线和棉纤维纱线用大圆机采用纬平针组织织造成针织面料坯布,莫代尔纤维纱线和棉纤维纱线质量比45:55,所述针织面料坯布的克重为180g/m2;
步骤2、将步骤1制备的针织面料坯布进行定型,定型温度为180℃,车速为18m/min,风量70%,超喂20%,得到定型坯布;
步骤3、将步骤2中的定型坯布采用轧柔溶液进行轧柔,轧柔温度110℃,轧柔溶液由渗透剂、抗静电助剂,抗皱整理剂组成;渗透剂浓度为3g/L;抗静电助剂浓度为20g/L,抗皱整理剂浓度为22g/L;所述轧柔的车速为15m/min,风量为70%,超喂20%,按照1:5浴比浸轧入轧柔溶液中,接着将面料放入浸轧机中在常温下浸泡3h,然后通过浸轧机将面料中多余的水分轧出,轧液率为65%,然后在365nm波长、300W的紫外光源下照射1min,得到轧柔面料;
步骤4、将步骤3制备的轧柔面料进行干燥定型,干燥温度为85℃,干燥速度为12m/min,得到抗皱针织面料;
所述抗皱整理剂的制备方法如下:
S1、将1.2g海藻酸钠加入到50g水中,调整温度为35℃,将溶液100rpm搅拌30min,加入0.5mol/L盐酸调节pH至3.6,得到混合溶液;将0.5g 2,4-二甲氧基苯甲醛、2.5g 4-氨基二苯乙烯-2-磺酸、0.7g环己烷-1,4-二异氰酸酯和20g甲醇分别加入混合溶液中,在35℃、200rpm搅拌24h,用分子量为3500Da的透析膜透析7d,冻干,得到改性海藻酸钠;
S2、将0.2g改性海藻酸钠、2g 4-(2,2,2-三氟乙酰基)苯甲酸乙酯和0.04g光引发剂1173加入到25g水,在功率为350W,频率为60kHz的超声波处理机中,25℃处理2h,得到乳液,在乳液中加入7g 9-恶草酚酸和10g 5wt%次磷酸钠水溶液,200rpm搅拌3h,得到抗皱整理剂。

一种抗皱针织面料的制备方法与实施例1基本相同,唯一区别仅仅在于:所述抗皱整理剂的制备方法不同。

测试例1
抗皱性能测试
织物抗皱性的表征指标是折皱回复角。织物折皱回复角用纵向的折皱回复角和横向的折皱回复角之和来表示,其值越大,制成的防晒衣在穿着过程中,越不容易起皱,外观性越好。
将本发明制备的抗皱针织面料采用YG(B)541E织物褶皱弹性仪(温州大荣纺织仪器有限公司),参照GB/T3819-1997《纺织品织物折痕回复性的测定回复角法》测试针织防晒衣面料的抗皱性能。试样的尺寸大小为回复翼20×15mm,固定翼20×40mm,形状呈“凸”状,纵向5块,横向5块,将试样在恒温恒湿的条件下平衡24h;然后打开测试软件,试验方法设定为垂直法,启动仪器,仪器将自动运行一圈,旋转结束后,将试样固定翼安装在夹持器上,折叠回复翼,盖上压板,将其余试样按照相同的方法安装好,安装完所有试样,仪器将自动开始实验;当试样承受压力达到5分钟后,仪器将自动取下重锤,试样卸除负荷达到5分钟后,仪器将自动测得折痕回复角;最后将实验的结果保存、导出。实验结果取5块试样的平均值,具体见表1。

实施例1的纵向折皱回复角为175.5°,横向折皱回复角为168.8°,折皱回复角之和为344.3°。相比之下,对比例1、对比例2、对比例3和对比例4的折皱回复角均较低。较大的折皱回复角意味着面料在穿着过程中不易起皱,外观性更好。实施例1相对于对比例1、对比例2、对比例3和对比例4在抗皱性能方面表现更佳。
测试例2
抑菌性能测试
将本发明实施例1和对比例1~4制备的抗皱针织面料根据GB/T20944.3-2008《纺织品抗菌性能的评价第3部分:振荡法》中的规定进行测试,测试的菌种为大肠杆菌AATCC8099、白色念珠菌AATCC 10231和金黄色葡萄球菌AATCC 6538为试验菌种。
采用该标准中的耐洗色牢度试验机洗涤方法对面料进行洗涤一次,洗涤后的面料也进行相同的抗菌测试,实验中以不含试样的细菌培养液作为对照组,计算抗菌率。每个试样测试三组取平均值,测试结果见表2。

实施例1在抑菌性能测试中对大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率均较高。洗涤前的抗菌率分别为99.6%、99.2%和99.9%。即使经过一次洗涤后,抗菌率依然保持较高水平,分别为98.8%、98.1%和99.0%。相比之下,对比例1、对比例2、对比例3和对比例4的抗菌率普遍较低,尤其是经过洗涤后的抗菌率明显下降。因此,实施例1相对于对比例1、对比例2、对比例3和对比例4在抑菌性能方面表现更出色。

使用Data color600X电脑配色仪,将本发明实施例1和对比例1~4制备的抗皱针织面料折叠4次,固定在仪器的试样夹上,在D65/10°光源下,采用10mm小孔径在织物上测量4个不同位置的白度值,取平均值为织物的白度值,测试结果见表3。

白度测试结果显示,实施例1的织物白度为72.5,而对比例1、对比例2、对比例3和对比例4的织物白度分别为67.3、65.8、64.7和66.3。较高的白度值表示面料具有更好的白色表现。因此,实施例1在白度方面相对于对比例1、对比例2、对比例3和对比例4表现更佳。
从测试例1~3的测试结果可以看出,实施例1制备的抗皱针织面料具有较好的抗皱抗菌性能,而且更耐水洗,不易黄变,可能原因在于本发明实施例1将莫代尔纤维纱线和棉纤维纱线织造成针织面料坯布,经过定型、轧柔、干燥定型,得到抗皱针织面料;轧柔过程中所述抗皱整理剂是将海藻酸钠加入到水中搅拌,加入盐酸调节pH,得到混合溶液;将2,4-二甲氧基苯甲醛、4-氨基二苯乙烯-2-磺酸、环己烷-1,4-二异氰酸酯和甲醇分别加入混合溶液中搅拌,透析,冻干,得到改性海藻酸钠;将改性海藻酸钠、4-(2,2,2-三氟乙酰基)苯甲酸乙酯和光引发剂1173加入到水中,超声处理,得到乳液,在乳液中加入9-恶草酚酸和次磷酸钠水溶液搅拌,得到抗皱整理剂。
实施例1与对比例1相比,可能在于2,4-二甲氧基苯甲醛与甲醛相比含有苯环和甲基,反应后分子链更稳定,乳化能力更强,有利于下道反应。实施例1与对比例2相比,可能在于4-(2,2,2-三氟乙酰基)苯甲酸乙酯和聚氨酯丙烯酸酯相比分子链在苯环的对位,聚合后形成的涂层更稳定,抗皱效果更好。实施例1与对比例3相比,可能在于9-恶草酚酸比叶酸碳氧双键更多,与纤维素纤维的接枝能力更强,更有利于更强耐水洗性能和抗菌性能,降低紫外黄变。
Claims (5)
1.一种抗皱针织面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,生产工艺如下:
步骤1、将纱线用大圆机采用纬平针组织织造成针织面料坯布;
步骤2、将步骤1制备的针织面料坯布进行定型,得到定型坯布;
步骤3、将步骤2中的定型坯布采用轧柔溶液进行轧柔,按照1:4~6浴比浸轧入轧柔溶液中,接着将面料放入浸轧机中在常温下浸泡1~5h,然后通过浸轧机将面料中多余的水分轧出,轧液率为40~70%,然后在360~370nm波长、100~400W的紫外光源下照射0.5~2min,得到轧柔面料;
步骤4、将步骤3制备的轧柔面料进行干燥定型,干燥温度为80~90℃,干燥速度为10~15m/min,得到抗皱针织面料;
所述轧柔温度100~120℃,轧柔溶液由渗透剂、抗静电助剂,抗皱整理剂组成;渗透剂浓度为1~5g/L;抗静电助剂浓度为15~25g/L,抗皱整理剂浓度为20~25g/L;所述轧柔的车速为10~20m/min,超喂10~30%;
所述抗皱整理剂的制备方法如下,以重量份计:
S1、将1~1.5份海藻酸钠加入到40~60份水中,调整温度为30~40℃,将溶液50~200rpm搅拌20~40min,加入0.1~0.8mol/L盐酸调节pH至3~5,得到混合溶液;将0.4~0.6份含醛物、2~3份4-氨基二苯乙烯-2-磺酸、0.5~1份环己烷-1,4-二异氰酸酯和15~25份甲醇分别加入混合溶液中,在30~40℃、100~300rpm搅拌10~30h,用分子量为3000~4000Da的透析膜透析3~8d,冻干,得到改性海藻酸钠;
S2、将0.1~0.3份改性海藻酸钠、1~3份酯类化合物和0.02~0.06份光引发剂1173加入到20~30份水,在功率为300~400W,频率为40~60kHz的超声波处理机中,20~30℃处理1~3h,得到乳液,在乳液中加入5~10份促进剂和5~15份3~8wt%次磷酸钠水溶液,100~300rpm搅拌1~5h,得到抗皱整理剂;
所述含醛物为2,4-二甲氧基苯甲醛、甲醛中的一种;
所述酯类化合物为4-(2,2,2-三氟乙酰基)苯甲酸乙酯、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯中的一种;
所述促进剂为9-恶草酚酸、叶酸中的一种。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种抗皱针织面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述纱线为莫代尔纤维纱线和棉纤维纱线按照质量比40~50:50~60组成。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种抗皱针织面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述针织面料坯布的克重为150~200g/m2。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种抗皱针织面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤2中定型温度为170~190℃,车速为15~20m/min,风量50~80%,超喂10~30%。
5.一种抗皱针织面料,其特征在于,采用如权利要求1~4任一项所述的生产工艺制备而成。
