The steel wire rope cleaning device with the winding and arranging functions comprises a base (1), wherein the base (1) is connected with a mounting rack (36), a second bracket (5) and a first bracket (4); a first preparation box (2) and a second preparation box (3) are arranged on the base (1); a cutting piece is arranged on the second bracket (5); the method is characterized in that: a finishing member is arranged on the mounting frame (36) for batch winding of the finishing wire; the arrangement part comprises an azimuth disc (35) rotatably mounted on the mounting frame (36), winding parts are arranged on the azimuth disc (35) in a circular array, each winding part comprises a rotary drum (46) rotatably mounted on the azimuth disc (35), an electromagnetic clamping rod (47) is slidably arranged in the rotary drum (46), a winding drum (10) is fixedly supported at one end of each electromagnetic clamping rod (47), and an access hole is formed in each winding drum (10); a clamping motor (48) is arranged at the end part of the electromagnetic clamping rod (47), a clamping rod (49) is connected to an output shaft of the clamping motor (48), one end of the clamping rod (49) is connected with a clamping wheel (50), and steel wires connected into the winding drum (10) are clamped through the clamping wheel (50); an electromagnetic clamping piece is arranged on the end face of the azimuth disc (35) and used for fixing the rotary drum (46), and a driving piece is arranged on the mounting frame (36) and used for fixing and driving the azimuth disc (35); a detection piece is arranged on the second bracket (5) and is used for detecting the position of an access hole on the winding drum (10); the cleaning device is arranged on the base (1) and used for cleaning the steel wires, and comprises a first cleaning ring (18) and a second cleaning ring (20) which are fixedly arranged on the base (1), wherein the first cleaning ring (18) is communicated with the first preparation tank (3), and the second cleaning ring (20) is communicated with the first preparation tank (2) so as to transport cleaning liquid and cleaning water; the inner sides of the first cleaning ring (18) and the winding drum (10) are communicated with an access seat (25); a cleaning rotary drum (24) is rotatably arranged on the access seat (25), the cleaning rotary drum (24) is of a hollow structure, access holes (2401) are formed in two ends of the cleaning rotary drum (24), and the access holes (2401) are positioned in the access seat (25) so that the cleaning rotary drum (24) is communicated with the access seat (25); an access piece is arranged on the first bracket (4) and used for accessing the cut steel wire into an access hole on the winding drum (10); the access piece comprises a movable seat (26) which is slidably arranged on a first bracket (4), an access seat (27) is slidably arranged on the movable seat (26), an access plate (29) is connected to the end face of the access seat (27), a traction piece is arranged on the access plate (29) and used for traction of steel wires, an access butt joint barrel (34) is slidably arranged on the end face of the access plate (29), and a spring III (31) is connected between the access butt joint barrel (34) and the access plate (29).
2. The wire rope cleaning device with a winding finishing function according to claim 1, wherein: the cutting piece comprises a cutting oil cylinder (7) arranged on the second bracket (5), and a cutter (6) is arranged on a telescopic rod of the cutting oil cylinder (7).
