Abstract

In the embodiment, the same node is supported to send an auditing request to at least two auditing nodes in an auditing flow, and any one auditing node passes the auditing, so that the auditing time is greatly shortened compared with the traditional auditing; meanwhile, the quality of the drawing can be ensured by adopting a mode of checking before signing.
In one of the application scenarios of the embodiment, the basis needs to be provided for modifying the electronic drawing, for example, corresponding change orders and post-design service functions need to be provided; when a user submits to audit, only a corresponding audit template is selected to create an audit flow, and audit requests can be sent out, if the audit person of the current audit node does not conduct audit operation within a first preset time (such as 10 minutes), first audit reminding can be conducted, and if the audit person of the current audit node does not conduct audit within a second preset time (such as 30 minutes) after the first audit reminding is sent out, second audit reminding can be conducted. The second preset time is longer than the first preset time, and in the single auditing process, the single auditing node is sent with two auditing reminders at most.
In another application scenario of the embodiment, any one of a short message prompt, a system popup prompt, a telephone voice prompt and a mail prompt can be adopted to prompt an auditor corresponding to the auditing node when the first auditing prompt and the second auditing prompt are carried out, and the short message prompt is taken as an example, and comprises the steps of inputting the mobile phone number of the auditor, sending an auditing request notice to the auditor according to the input mobile phone number, so that the auditor corresponding to the auditing node can obtain the auditing request notice at the first time, and the time spent on the auditing process is reduced.
In one preferred embodiment of the present invention, the method further comprises constructing a reference authority, the reference authority including at least one of: a full member disclosure level, a project disclosure level, a punctuation disclosure level, a job level disclosure level, and a custom disclosure level.
The embodiment can realize unified management on the electronic drawings, thereby avoiding drawing leakage and avoiding that a construction unit can look at the electronic drawings of similar engineering projects by mistake when looking up the electronic drawings.
In one of the application scenarios of the embodiment, the electronic drawing stored in the database or the modified electronic drawing will be released to the corresponding engineering project for the relevant personnel with the reference authority to refer. According to the consulting authorities of different personnel, the consulting range is limited, wherein personnel entering the system can give initial authorities, the drawing level that initial authorities can check is the opening level of the whole person, and if the drawing outside the authority of the personnel is to be checked, the authority of the personnel can be temporarily promoted by submitting and checking.
In another application scenario of the present embodiment, a reference procedure in the reference terminal through the reference authority includes: entering a corresponding item, selecting a corresponding contract section/standard section, finding an album to be checked, and referring to the management of a historical electronic drawing by referring to the authority, wherein the historical electronic drawing comprises information such as time for generating/uploading, personnel for generating/uploading and the like.
In one preferred embodiment of the present invention, the method further includes limiting the reference range, specifically including:
when receiving a reference request, acquiring reference authority corresponding to the reference request;
opening engineering projects and electronic drawings corresponding to the consulting authority;
returning information corresponding to the reference request from the opened engineering projects and the electronic drawings;
in one preferred embodiment of the present invention, the method further includes submitting a temporary reference authority, specifically including:
receiving a temporary permission request application based on the auditing template and outputting feedback information;
and when the feedback information contains temporary permission information, opening temporary reference rights corresponding to the temporary rights request application based on the request time of the temporary rights request application.
In this embodiment, when a review request is received, by acquiring the review authority corresponding to the review request, an engineering project and an electronic drawing corresponding to the review authority are opened to a terminal sending the review request, and information corresponding to the review request is returned, so that the purpose of limiting the review range according to the review authority of different people is achieved.
Further, when different project items corresponding to the reference requests have different reference rights, the corresponding project items and electronic drawings are opened based on the reference rights with the highest level.
In another application scenario of the embodiment, when there is a need to refer to an electronic drawing outside the self-reference authority, the electronic drawing outside the self-reference authority can be referred to in the temporary reference authority after the temporary permission information is obtained by submitting the temporary reference authority, so that the operation flow of referring to the electronic drawing is more standard and is suitable for different application scenarios.
Referring to fig. 4, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, when the feedback information includes permission information, updating the electronic drawing according to the modification request includes:
s401, marking the electronic drawing corresponding to the modification request in a database as a second state;
s402, marking the electronic drawing contained in the feedback information as a first state and storing the first state in a database.
In this embodiment, the first state and the second state are used to distinguish the modification state of the drawing, where the first state is the latest electronic drawing or the modified electronic drawing; the second state is a history drawing or an electronic drawing before modification; when the feedback information contains permission information and the electronic drawing in the database needs to be updated, the original electronic drawing in the first state in the database is marked as a second state, and then the electronic drawing contained in the feedback information is marked as the first state and is stored in the database, so that the electronic drawing in the first state in the database is ensured to be the latest version, and when the electronic drawing in the first state is searched and the drawing is pushed, the searched electronic drawing can be ensured to be the latest version only by pushing the electronic drawing in the first state, and engineering problems caused by reasons such as disordered electronic drawing version, untimely electronic drawing information updating and the like are avoided.
Referring to fig. 5, in one preferred embodiment of the present invention, the pushing the electronic drawing labeled as the first state includes:
s403, updating the electronic drawing marked as the first state to the cloud;
s404, receiving a comparison result of the version number of the currently displayed electronic drawing sent by the consulting terminal and the version number of the cloud electronic drawing;
and S405, when the comparison results are inconsistent, sending an update prompt to the reference terminal for displaying update prompt information at the reference terminal.
In the process of looking up the electronic drawing in the embodiment, the information of the electronic drawing can be updated in real time through the cloud, so that all the drawings looked up by all the staff are guaranteed to be the latest version; and comparing the version numbers to ensure whether the drawing is up to date, even if browsing old version drawings, the reference terminal can compare the version numbers of the drawing every preset time (such as 15 minutes), and when the comparison is not established, the reference terminal can remind the user that the drawing browsed by the reference terminal is not up to date, and issue an update prompt to ensure that the drawing is up to date when browsing by the user.
In one of the application scenarios of this embodiment, any one of a popup window prompt, an icon prompt and a voice prompt may be used to update the prompt, taking the icon prompt as an example, when a drawing related to a project is referred to by a reference terminal, after the drawing is updated, a prompt of a "new" character icon is displayed in the upper right corner of the corresponding electronic drawing, so as to clearly distinguish the latest electronic drawing after modification from the electronic drawing before modification, and meanwhile, guide a user to click on the electronic drawing with the prompt icon, and when the drawing is clicked for the first time, the icon disappears.
In another application scenario of the embodiment, when the drawing version number comparison result is not established, based on update reminding, the consulting terminal pops up an update reminding popup window on an operation page, and is used for reminding a user of operating or old version electronic drawings and suggesting that the user refreshes drawing information.
Referring to fig. 6, one preferred embodiment of the present invention further provides an electronic drawing monorail management device, including:
the drawing acquisition module 100 is used for acquiring an electronic drawing and storing the electronic drawing into a local database;
the management module 200 is used for identifying project information in the electronic drawing and configuring an audit template;
the auditing module 300 is used for receiving the modification application based on the auditing template and outputting feedback information;
the updating pushing module 400 is configured to update the electronic drawing and push the updated electronic drawing;
the archiving module 500 is configured to integrate and store archiving information to the archive system according to the archiving request.
The electronic drawing management device for the electronic drawing monorail system can effectively solve the problems existing in the traditional drawing management mode. The drawing acquisition module 100 uniformly acquires the electronic drawings and stores the electronic drawings into a database after marking the electronic drawings as a first state; after the auditing template is matched through the management module 200, the auditing and modifying control of the electronic drawing are performed in a mode of auditing and modifying the electronic drawing by receiving the modifying application based on the auditing template and outputting feedback information, so that the accuracy of the drawing is ensured, the engineering quality problem caused by drawing errors is reduced, and meanwhile, the auditing flow is optimized to accelerate the auditing speed. And by updating the pushing module 400, the electronic drawing related to the operation content or the project is pushed and marked, and after uploading the electronic drawing or modifying the electronic drawing in the project implementation process, related personnel can quickly review the electronic drawing of the latest version, so that the working efficiency is improved. Meanwhile, by auditing and modifying the electronic drawing, the drawing quality is ensured, and the engineering quality problem caused by drawing errors is reduced.
Finally, after the project is finished, the archiving module 500 receives the completion drawings and the archiving request, archives all the electronic drawings, the modification application, the feedback information and the related auditing templates into an archiving information package, and stores the archiving information package into the archive system through an archiving interface (WebService) so as to facilitate later consulting and maintenance.
In one preferred embodiment of the present invention, a storage medium is further indicated, where a control program of the electronic drawing monorail management method is stored, and when the control program of the electronic drawing monorail management method is executed by a processor, the steps of the electronic drawing monorail management method according to any one of the above embodiments are implemented.
There is also pointed out in one of the preferred embodiments of the present invention an electronic drawing monorail management apparatus 200 comprising:
at least one processor 210; and a memory 220 communicatively connected to the at least one processor 210, the processor 210 and the memory 220 being connected by a communication bus 230, the memory 220 having stored thereon a computer program 240 executable by the at least one processor 210, the computer program 240 being executable by the at least one processor 210 to enable the at least one processor 210, when executed, to implement the electronic monorail management method as described in any of the above embodiments. In this embodiment.

Claims (10)
1. The single-rail management method for the electronic drawing is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
acquiring an electronic drawing and storing the electronic drawing in a local database;
identifying project information in the electronic drawing and configuring an audit template;
receiving a modification application based on the auditing template and outputting feedback information;
when the feedback information contains permission information, updating the electronic drawing according to the modification request, and pushing the updated electronic drawing;
and receiving an archiving request, integrating all electronic drawings corresponding to the archiving request, the modification application and the feedback information to form archiving information, and storing the archiving information to an archive system.
2. The method for monorail management of electronic drawings according to claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining the electronic drawings and storing the electronic drawings in a local database comprises:
identifying a drawing catalog and an engineering project number of the electronic drawing;
creating a storage space corresponding to a target segment in the engineering project based on the engineering project number;
splitting the electronic drawing into an album corresponding to the project label segments based on the drawing catalog;
and storing the album into a storage space corresponding to the project number according to the project standard section.
3. The method for monorail management of an electronic drawing according to claim 1, wherein the identifying project information in the electronic drawing and configuring an audit template comprises:
acquiring the project information, and matching a reference template consistent with the project information as an auditing template;
and/or acquiring the project information, matching a reference template with the highest overlapping degree with the project information, and adjusting auditing node information of the reference template based on the project information to obtain an auditing template.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein receiving a modification application based on the audit template and outputting feedback information comprises:
receiving a modification application, creating an auditing flow based on the auditing template, and sending auditing requests to at least two auditing nodes;
if the auditing feedback is not received within the first preset time, a first auditing prompt is sent to the auditing node;
if the first audit prompt is sent and audit feedback is not received within a second preset time, sending a second audit prompt to the audit node;
receiving audit feedback of any one audit node, outputting feedback information and ending the audit flow;
the modification application comprises a change order and designed service function information, and the modification mode of the modification application at least comprises one of the following steps: the method comprises the steps of replacing a drawing, modifying a drawing name and drawing number, adding a drawing, modifying the state of the drawing and canceling the state of the drawing.
5. The electronic drawing monorail management method of any one of claims 1-4, further comprising constructing a reference authority, the reference authority comprising at least one of: a full member disclosure level, a project disclosure level, a punctuation disclosure level, a job level disclosure level, and a custom disclosure level.
6. The method for monorail management of electronic drawings of claim 5, further comprising limiting a reference range, specifically comprising:
when receiving a reference request, acquiring reference authority corresponding to the reference request;
opening engineering projects and electronic drawings corresponding to the consulting authority;
returning information corresponding to the reference request from the opened engineering projects and the electronic drawings;
and/or, the method further comprises the step of submitting temporary consulting permission, and specifically comprises the following steps:
receiving a temporary permission request application based on the auditing template and outputting feedback information;
and when the feedback information contains temporary permission information, opening temporary reference rights corresponding to the temporary rights request application based on the request time of the temporary rights request application.
7. The method for monorail management of electronic drawings according to claim 6, wherein pushing the electronic drawings marked as the first state comprises:
updating the electronic drawing marked as the first state to the cloud;
receiving a comparison result of the version number of the currently displayed electronic drawing sent by the consulting terminal and the version number of the cloud electronic drawing;
and when the comparison results are inconsistent, sending an update prompt to the reference terminal for displaying update prompt information at the reference terminal.

A storage medium, wherein a control program of an electronic drawing monorail management method is stored on the storage medium, and when the control program of the electronic drawing monorail management method is executed by a processor, the steps of the electronic drawing monorail management method according to claims 1-7 are implemented.
10. An electronic drawing monorail management device, comprising:
at least one processor; the method comprises the steps of,
a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the memory has stored thereon a computer program executable by at least one processor, the computer program being executable by the at least one processor to enable the at least one processor, when executed, to implement the electronic drawing monorail management method of any one of claims 1-7.
