In a specific embodiment, a target database is taken as an example of a folder in the system for storing talent information of an enterprise, and a data operation event for the target database is obtained, that is, an operation event performed on data in the target folder after a user enters the target folder is obtained. In some embodiments, operational events include, but are not limited to: adding or deleting talent information in the folder, and updating talent information in the folder.
In some embodiments, the data in the target database is obtained after legal authorization, and the user also needs to obtain legal authorization when accessing the data in the target database.
In some embodiments, the user with the reading right of the target folder can enter the target folder, and the user with the editing right of the target folder can edit the data content of the target folder.
Step S02: updating the target database and a data table associated with the target database according to the data operation event;
in some embodiments, according to the data operation event, updating the target database and the data table may be performed simultaneously, or performed sequentially, without specific limitation. For example, when the number of bytes corresponding to the data operation event is smaller than a preset threshold, the target database and the data table are updated and stored at the same time; and when the byte number corresponding to the data operation event is larger than the preset threshold value, updating the data table after the target database is updated. In some embodiments, prompt information is generated at a preset position of the system interface during updating of the database and the data table, respectively, and the prompt information may include success of updating, failure of updating, progress bar of updating, and the like.
In some embodiments, the data table is updated based on data manipulation events in the target database, such as: if the data operation event is the addition of data in the target database, a record is newly built in the data table; if the data operation event is deleting data in the target database, deleting a corresponding record in the data table; and if the data operation event is to modify the data in the target database, correspondingly modifying the data in the data table. Here, a record of a data table may be understood as a data content in the data table, such as a table element (table data).
Step S03: displaying the updated data table in response to a table viewing request for the target database.
