Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a network reading method for a conference record according to an embodiment of the present invention, where this embodiment is applicable to a situation of reading a saved conference record, and the method may be executed by a network reading device for a conference record according to an embodiment of the present invention, and the device may be implemented in a software and/or hardware manner. Referring to fig. 1, the method may specifically include the following steps:
s110, when a reading instruction of the meeting record file in the network storage space is received, acquiring attribute information of a background picture of the meeting record file and touch handwriting information.
The network storage space generally refers to a carrier space for storing or managing data through a physical storage medium by using a network connection, and when the smart tablet is applied in a conference scene, the network storage space may be a carrier storage space associated with the smart tablet. Optionally, the association may be performed through a personal account of a user, for example, the account is logged in a network storage space, and a file or data that is synchronized to the account and stored in the account may be acquired. In one particular example, the file or data stored in the network storage space may be a conference recording file.
Specifically, when a reading instruction of the meeting record file in the network storage space is received, the attribute information of the background picture of the meeting record file and the touch handwriting information are obtained. The reading operation of the conference record file comprises double-clicking the file name of the conference record file or selecting the option of 'reading file' which is popped up by pressing the conference record file for a long time. Optionally, the touch handwriting information includes coordinates of touch points, pixel point information, handwriting types and the like, and the handwriting types include points, straight lines, curves and the like.
Optionally, the attribute information of the background picture includes an identifier of the picture, a hyperlink, an MD5 value, and/or a uniform resource locator.
The identifier of the picture may be an identifier added in the use process of the picture to distinguish each picture, for example, a triangle a with a set shape and size is added at the upper right corner of the picture, and the background picture where the triangle a is located can be found through the triangle a; the hyperlink is detected by adding the hyperlink to some elements in the picture, and the picture corresponding to the hyperlink can be detected by detecting the hyperlink, and in addition, the hyperlink can be clicked to jump to the linked content; the MD5 value (Message-Digest Algorithm 5) is a hash function widely used in the field of computer security to provide integrity protection for messages, and operate data as a fixed length value, in a specific example, the length of the MD5 value calculated for data of any length is fixed, for example, the MD5 value of each file is different, and comparing whether the MD5 values of two files are the same, it can be determined whether the two files are the same; a Uniform Resource Locator (URL) indicates a location and an access method of a resource obtained from the internet, and is an address of a standard resource on the internet, that is, each file on the internet has a unique URL, and information contained in the URL indicates a location of the file and a processing operation of the file by a browser, and a background picture is determined by querying the URL.
And S120, confirming whether a first picture which is the same as the attribute information of the background picture exists in the local storage space, if so, executing S131, otherwise, executing S132.
Optionally, the specific process of determining whether the first picture having the same attribute information as the background picture exists in the local storage space may be implemented as follows:
determining a background picture by referring to the background picture attribute information and the background picture corresponding relation list; the background picture can also be determined by identifying the characteristics of the attribute information of the background picture, wherein the characteristics of the attribute information comprise shape information of an identifier in the attribute information, website information in a hyperlink and uniform resource identifier information; the picture with the same MD5 value as the MD5 value of the background picture can also be looked up in the local storage space as the background picture.
S131, acquiring the first picture from the local as a local background picture.
And when the local storage space has the first picture which is the same as the attribute information of the background picture, acquiring the first picture from the local as the local background picture. In a specific example, the local storage space is a certain memory space allocated in the smart tablet for storing the conference record.
And S132, acquiring the picture as a local background picture according to the picture confirmation instruction.
Specifically, when the local storage space does not have the first picture which is the same as the attribute information of the background picture, the picture is obtained as the local background picture according to the picture confirmation instruction. The picture confirmation instruction may be that when the user cannot obtain the background picture locally, some pictures are obtained as the background picture in other ways or ways such as network obtaining, and whether the pictures can be used as the background picture is judged according to the picture confirmation instruction of the user. Optionally, the picture confirmation instruction includes an instruction corresponding to the obtained click operation for the picture meeting the requirement of the background picture.
And S140, displaying the touch handwriting information by taking the local background picture as a background.
Specifically, after the local background picture is determined, the touch handwriting information is displayed with the local background picture as a background. The local background picture is used for being displayed in cooperation with the touch handwriting information, different local background pictures may generate different display effects on the touch handwriting information, and for example, when the background picture elements are few, the touch handwriting information can be clearly displayed. By displaying the touch handwriting information, the reproduction of the initial conference record is realized, so that the user can review and edit the conference record again.
In the embodiment of the invention, when a reading instruction of a conference recording file in a network storage space is received, acquiring attribute information and touch handwriting information of a background picture of the conference recording file, and confirming whether a first picture which is the same as the attribute information of the background picture exists in a local storage space; if a first picture with the same attribute information as the background picture exists in the local storage space, acquiring the first picture from the local storage space as a local background picture; if the local storage space does not have the first picture with the attribute information identical to that of the background picture, obtaining the picture as the local background picture according to the picture confirmation instruction, and finally displaying the touch handwriting information by taking the local background picture as a background. In the reading process of the conference record, unnecessary downloading data is reduced, vector information of the touch track is stored in the touch handwriting information, only the transmission data volume of the touch handwriting information is extremely small, the required data transmission time is extremely short, and the downloading speed of the conference record is effectively improved.
On the basis of the above technical solution, the method for reading a conference record by a network according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes: and if the storage operation in the conference process is detected, integrating the current touch handwriting information, the background picture and the attribute information of the background picture into a conference recording file and storing the conference recording file into the network storage space.
When editing operations such as writing and the like are performed on the conference recording file in the conference process, if the storage operation is detected, the current touch handwriting information, the background picture and the attribute information of the background picture are integrated into the conference recording file and stored in the network storage space.
Optionally, the saving operation includes that the user clicks a saving button in the current display page or a set touch area with a saving function, and in addition, when the operation that the user exits the current display page is detected, the operation is also defined as a saving operation in a conference process, and the conference record is saved, so that the display content of the current page is prevented from being lost when the user exits the current display page by mistake.
It should be noted that the saving operation does not have a strict sequence with other steps, and may be performed to save a newly created conference record file during a certain conference, or may be performed to save an existing conference record file during a viewing process. In general, all the reading processes of the meeting record files are performed on the basis of the saved meeting record files.
Further, taking the attribute of the background picture as a hyperlink as an example, the presentation form of the conference recording file after integrating the current touch handwriting information, the background picture and the attribute information of the background picture is as follows: and displaying the current touch note information by taking the background picture as a background, wherein a corresponding hyperlink exists in the background picture, and the user can jump to a corresponding display page by clicking the hyperlink. By detecting the saving operation in the reading process of the conference recording file in real time, the updating and saving of the conference recording file are realized.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a network reading method for a conference record according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and in this embodiment, "acquire a picture as a local background picture according to a picture confirmation instruction" is optimized on the basis of the above embodiment. Referring to fig. 2, the method may specifically include the following steps:

And S232, acquiring a pre-stored picture from the local storage space as a local background picture according to the picture confirmation instruction, or acquiring a background picture of the conference record from the network storage space as the local background picture.
Specifically, the method for acquiring the local background picture is determined according to different picture confirmation instructions, wherein the method for acquiring the background picture includes: and acquiring a pre-stored picture from the local storage space as a local background picture, or acquiring a background picture of a conference record from the network storage space as the local background picture. Optionally, the manner of obtaining the background picture of the conference record from the network storage space as the local background picture includes: searching the background picture from the network storage space according to the attribute information of the background picture recorded by the conference, wherein the specific searching mode is the same as the mode of searching the background picture in the local storage space according to the attribute information of the background picture, and only the searched positions are different (the searched positions are the network storage space and the local storage space respectively), and the specific searching mode is not repeated herein.
And S240, displaying the touch handwriting information by taking the local background picture as a background.
In the embodiment of the invention, when a first picture which is the same as the attribute information of the background picture does not exist in the local storage space, a pre-stored picture is acquired from the local storage space as the local background picture according to a picture confirmation instruction, or a background picture of a conference record is acquired from the network storage space as the local background picture. The picture confirmation instructions are different, and the positions and the obtaining modes of the storage spaces for obtaining the background pictures of the conference records are different. The determination of the background picture is realized when the first picture which is the same as the attribute information of the background picture does not exist in the local storage space.
On the basis of the above technical solution, "acquiring a pre-stored picture from the local storage space as a local background picture according to a picture confirmation instruction" may be specifically implemented in the following manner: activating and displaying thumbnails or file lists of a plurality of prestored pictures according to the picture confirmation instruction; and confirming the corresponding pre-stored picture as a local background picture according to the click operation detected in the thumbnail or the file list.
Specifically, when the picture confirmation instruction is detected to be that a pre-stored picture is acquired in the local storage space and serves as a local background picture, the thumbnail or the file list of the pre-stored pictures is activated and displayed according to the picture confirmation instruction. The thumbnail is a small image processed by compressing the image on the web page or in the computer, and usually contains a hyperlink pointing to the image with the complete size. The pre-stored pictures are pictures pre-stored in a local storage space by a developer, the number of the pictures is at least one, the pre-stored pictures can be specially used as background pictures of the conference record, are activated and displayed when picture confirmation instructions are detected in the process of reading the conference record, and can also be used as pictures for providing other functions or purposes. Alternatively, the file list may be a list including attribute information such as a file name, a modification date, a file type, and a file size.
After the thumbnails or the file lists of a plurality of pre-stored pictures are activated and displayed, the corresponding pre-stored pictures are confirmed to be used as local background pictures according to the click operation detected in the thumbnails or the file lists. Wherein the clicking operation comprises a double-clicking operation on the thumbnail or the file list and clicking a 'confirmation' option popped up when the thumbnail or the file list is pressed for a long time. And confirming the pre-stored picture corresponding to the click operation through the click operation, and taking the pre-stored picture as a background picture. In a specific example, if the user double-clicks a thumbnail of a pre-stored picture with a file name a1031, the pre-stored picture a1031 is taken as a local background picture. The acquisition of the local background picture in the local storage space is realized.
