Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a network reading method for a meeting record according to an embodiment of the present invention, where this embodiment is applicable to a case of reading a meeting record file stored in a network storage space, and the method may be executed by a network reading device for a meeting record according to an embodiment of the present invention, and the device may be implemented in a software and/or hardware manner. Referring to fig. 1, the method may specifically include the following steps:
step S101: and confirming that the conference record file to be read from the network storage space comprises a plurality of sub-pages.
The network storage space generally refers to a carrier space for storing or managing data through a physical storage medium by using a network connection, and when the smart tablet is applied in a conference scene, the network storage space may be a carrier storage space associated with the smart tablet. Optionally, the association may be performed through a personal account of a user, and a common association method is, for example, inputting an account password into the smart tablet, or scanning a two-dimensional code displayed by the smart tablet for authorized login through the mobile terminal. After the account is logged in the network storage space, the file or data and the like stored under the account can be acquired. In one particular example, the file or data stored in the network storage space may be a conference recording file.
Specifically, when a reading instruction of the meeting record file in the network storage space is received, the attribute information of the background picture of the meeting record file and the touch handwriting information are obtained. The reading operation of the conference record file comprises double-clicking the file name of the conference record file or selecting the option of 'reading file' which is popped up by pressing the conference record file for a long time. Optionally, the touch handwriting information includes coordinates of touch points, pixel point information, handwriting types and the like, and the handwriting types include points, straight lines, curves and the like.
Optionally, the attribute information of the background picture includes an identifier of the picture, a hyperlink, an MD5 value, and/or a uniform resource locator.
The identifier of the picture may be an identifier added in the use process of the picture to distinguish each picture, for example, a triangle a with a set shape and size is added at the upper right corner of the picture, a background picture where the triangle a is located can be found through the triangle a, and the identifier may also be a picture identifier generated through a specific naming rule; the hyperlink is detected by adding the hyperlink to some elements in the picture, and the picture corresponding to the hyperlink can be detected by detecting the hyperlink, and in addition, the hyperlink can be clicked to jump to the linked content; the MD5 value (Message-Digest Algorithm 5) is a hash function widely used in the field of computer security to provide integrity protection for messages, and operate data as a fixed length value, in a specific example, the length of the MD5 value calculated for data of any length is fixed, for example, the MD5 value of each file is different, and comparing whether the MD5 values of two files are the same, it can be determined whether the two files are the same; a Uniform Resource Locator (URL) indicates a location and an access method of a Resource obtained from the internet, and is an address of a standard Resource on the internet, that is, each file on the internet has a unique URL, and information contained in the URL indicates a location of the file and a processing operation of the file by a browser, and a background picture is determined by querying the URL.
In the conference process, as the conference progress advances, the output of touch handwriting can be continuously generated, when one page is full, a user can add a new page, and each page corresponds to a sub-page in the conference recording file after being stored. Each conference recording file comprises a plurality of sub-pages, which is the implementation basis of the scheme, the sub-pages are used as basic units for one-time display, if only one sub-page is provided, the whole conference recording file is equivalently downloaded integrally, the conference recording file can be displayed after being downloaded, and the waiting time during display cannot be further shortened; if a plurality of sub-pages exist, for a user and an intelligent tablet, the optimal file viewing effect and the optimal display effect can only correspond to one sub-page, at the moment, the first sub-page can be downloaded and viewed firstly, and the sub-page which does not need to be displayed is downloaded in a background while the first sub-page is viewed.
Step S102: and downloading and rendering a first sub-page for displaying the conference recording file.
And generating and storing sub-pages in the conference recording file one by one along with the advance of the conference process, wherein the first sub-page is the page which is added with the second page in the conference process and confirms that the input is completed. When a conference is input on the intelligent tablet, a preset background picture is generally available, the background picture can be a pure color picture preset from the user experience angle, can be a picture with a user special identifier set from the commercial angle, and can also be a drawing or a photo serving as a conference discussion object. When the first sub-page is downloaded, the corresponding background picture can be obtained, the background picture is rendered and displayed, then the touch handwriting is rendered on the background picture, and finally the display of the first sub-page is achieved.
Step S103: and downloading the sub-page behind the first sub-page, and rendering and displaying the sub-page behind the first sub-page according to the page browsing operation.
And downloading the subsequent sub-page of the first sub-page is carried out when the first sub-page is displayed, if the page browsing operation of the next sub-page is detected in the display process of the conference record file, the next sub-page is displayed, and the downloading and rendering display of the subsequent sub-page is similar to the downloading and rendering display process of the first sub-page.
In the embodiment of the invention, when a target terminal receives a shared file from a sending device, whether the shared file can be identified is judged according to the file attribute of the shared file, when the shared file cannot be identified, a feedback signal representing that the shared file is not identified is sent to the sending device of the shared file, and the target shared file obtained by converting the shared file according to the feedback signal and a set conversion rule by the sending device is received. When the files are transmitted among the devices, the files which cannot be identified by the receiving party are processed into the files which can be identified by the receiving party and then transmitted, so that the transmission and sharing of the files among the devices are realized.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a network reading method for a conference record according to a second embodiment of the present invention, which is implemented on the basis of the second embodiment. Referring to fig. 2, the method may specifically include the following steps:
step S201: and confirming that the conference record file to be read from the network storage space comprises a plurality of sub-pages.
Step S202: and confirming whether a first picture which is the same as the attribute information of the background picture of the first sub-page of the conference record file exists in the local storage space.
In a conference recording file, two types of data are mainly presented to a user, namely touch handwriting information and a background picture, wherein the data volume of the background picture is far larger than that of the touch handwriting information, and compared with the data volume of the background picture, the touch handwriting information is used as vector information, and the data volume can be almost ignored. Therefore, when the first sub-page is downloaded, whether the first picture which is the same as the background picture of the first sub-page exists locally can be judged, and whether the background picture in the conference record file needs to be downloaded is determined according to the judgment result.
Step S203: if the first sub-page exists, acquiring the first picture from the local as a background picture and downloading the touch handwriting information of the first sub-page; and otherwise, downloading the background picture and the touch handwriting information of the first sub-page from the network storage space.
If a first picture which is the same as the background picture exists locally, the first picture is taken as the background picture, if the first picture which is the same as the background picture does not exist locally, the background picture of the first sub-page is downloaded from the network storage space, and in addition, if the first picture which is the same as the background picture does not exist locally and the background picture is irrelevant to the display of the touch handwriting information, a default background picture which is stored locally in advance can be used according to the selection instruction.
Step S204: and rendering and displaying the touch handwriting information by taking the background picture as a background.
Specifically, after the local background picture is determined, the touch handwriting information is displayed with the local background picture as a background. The local background picture is used for being displayed in cooperation with the touch handwriting information, different local background pictures may generate different display effects on the touch handwriting information, and for example, when the background picture elements are few, the touch handwriting information can be clearly displayed. By displaying the touch handwriting information, the reproduction of the initial conference record is realized, so that the user can review and edit the conference record again.
In the reading process of the conference recording file, unnecessary downloading data is reduced, vector information of the touch tracks is stored in the touch handwriting information, only the transmission data volume of the touch handwriting information is extremely small, the required data transmission time is extremely short, and the downloading speed of the conference recording file is effectively improved.
Step S205: and downloading the sub-page behind the first sub-page, and rendering and displaying the sub-page behind the first sub-page according to the page browsing operation.
In the subsequent downloading process of the sub-page, because the background picture is downloaded in the background, the current operation of the user is not affected, and whether the direct downloading exists in the local storage space or not can be avoided. Of course, it is also possible to first perform a determination in the local storage space that is the same as the first sub-page, and then determine whether to download.
Step S206: and if the storage operation in the conference process is detected, integrating the current touch handwriting information, the background picture and the attribute information of the background picture into a conference recording file and storing the conference recording file into the network storage space.
When editing operations such as writing and the like are performed on the conference recording file in the conference process, if the storage operation is detected, the current touch handwriting information, the background picture and the attribute information of the background picture are integrated into the conference recording file and stored in the network storage space. Optionally, the saving operation includes that the user clicks a saving button in the current display page or a set touch area with a saving function, and in addition, when the operation that the user exits the current display page is detected, the operation is also defined as a saving operation in a conference process, and the conference record is saved, so that the display content of the current page is prevented from being lost when the user exits the current display page by mistake.
Further, taking the attribute of the background picture as a hyperlink as an example, the presentation form of the conference recording file after integrating the current touch handwriting information, the background picture and the attribute information of the background picture is as follows: and displaying the current touch note information by taking the background picture as a background, wherein a corresponding hyperlink exists in the background picture, and the user can jump to a corresponding display page by clicking the hyperlink. By detecting the saving operation in the reading process of the conference recording file in real time, the updating and saving of the conference recording file are realized.
It should be noted that, step S206 does not have a strict sequence with other steps, and may store the newly created meeting log file during a certain meeting, or store the newly created meeting log file during the process of checking the existing meeting log file. In general, all the reading processes of the meeting record files are performed on the basis of the saved meeting record files.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the target terminal receives the shared file from the sending device, the shared file is compared with the file format list, and whether the shared file can be identified is judged according to the attribute of the shared file. The judgment of whether the target terminal can identify the shared file is realized.
