Abstract

Provided are an information processing method and apparatus, and an electronic device and a storage medium. The method comprises: displaying an online database table, wherein the online database table comprises at least one preset task field; receiving task data which is input by a user in the online database table and which corresponds to the task field; and in response to a first preset operation of the user in the online database table, creating task information in a task application on the basis of the task data, which is input by the user.

Technical Field

The present disclosure relates to the field of computer technology, and in particular to an information processing method, device, electronic device and storage medium.

Background technique

In task-oriented team collaboration, tasks need to be created, distributed, managed, updated and maintained in a timely manner.

In a first aspect, according to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided an information processing method, comprising:

displaying an online database form, the online database form including at least one preset task field;

receiving task data corresponding to the task field entered by a user in the online database form;

In response to a first preset operation of the user in the online database table, task information is created in the task application based on the task data input by the user.

In a second aspect, according to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided an information processing device, including:

A display unit, configured to display an online database form, wherein the online database form includes at least one preset task field;

A receiving unit, configured to receive task data corresponding to the task field input by a user in the online database table;

The creating unit is used to create task information in the task application based on the task data input by the user in response to a first preset operation of the user in the online database table.

In a third aspect, according to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, an electronic device is provided, comprising: at least one memory and at least one processor; wherein the memory is used to store program code, and the processor is used to call the program code stored in the memory so that the electronic device executes the information processing method provided according to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure.

In a fourth aspect, according to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, a non-transitory computer storage medium is provided, wherein the non-transitory computer storage medium stores a program code, and when the program code is executed by a computer device, the The computer device executes the information processing method provided according to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure.

In a fifth aspect, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a computer program product, which, when executed by a processor, implements the information processing method described in any of the above embodiments.

Embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Although certain embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the accompanying drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure can be implemented in various forms and should not be construed as being limited to the embodiments described herein, which are instead provided for a more thorough and complete understanding of the present disclosure. It should be understood that the drawings and embodiments of the present disclosure are only for exemplary purposes and are not intended to limit the scope of protection of the present disclosure.

It should be understood that the steps described in the embodiments of the present disclosure may be performed in different orders and/or in parallel. As used herein, the term "including" and its variations are open inclusions, i.e., "including but not limited to". The term "based on" means "based at least in part on". The task management solution provided by the related technology has the problem of low task processing efficiency.

Referring to FIG. 1 , FIG. 1 shows a flowchart of an information processing method 100 provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure. The method 100 includes steps S120 to S160 .

Step S120: displaying an online database form, wherein the online database form includes at least one preset task field.

In some embodiments, an online database table can be a table document that can be edited online by users, collaborated by multiple users, and saved in real time in the cloud. It can be displayed through a page such as Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML), and relies on the communication between the client and the server to synchronize the user's edited content. Unlike conventional excel or spreadsheets, each column of data in a database table is configured with a data type, and only data corresponding to the data type can be entered in the cells of the column; each cell will be assigned a data type when it is created, and the data type corresponds to the field in the header row of each column of cell data.

In some embodiments, the executor of method 100 may be a client, such as an instant messaging (IM) client. The client integrates the function of an online database table. Based on the user's click operation, the client calls the browser kernel through the interface provided by the browser to load the page of the online database table. Based on the loaded page, the user can create and edit the online database table. Of course, the user can share the online database table through the client. In other embodiments, a browser kernel is integrated in the client, and the page of the online database table is displayed in the client by calling the browser kernel. In other embodiments, the client is an online database table client, and the page loading and display of the online database table is realized by running the online database table client. In other embodiments, there is a small program corresponding to the online database table function, and the client loads and displays the page of the online database table by downloading and running the source code of the online database table small program.

In some embodiments, the at least one preset task field includes one or more of the following: a field for indicating the task title, a field for indicating the task ID, a field for indicating the task content, a field for indicating the person associated with the task, a field for indicating the task time information, a field for indicating the task reminder method, a field for indicating the creation, cancellation or update of the task, a field for indicating the completion status of the task, and a field for indicating the synchronization status of the task.

Among them, the associated persons of the task include but are not limited to the creator, executor, follower, supervisor, etc. of the task; the task time information includes but is not limited to the creation time of the task and the deadline of the task; the task reminder method includes but is not limited to the reminder time, reminder cycle, or reminder rule of the task; the task status includes but is not limited to the unfinished status of the task and the completed status of the task; the task synchronization status is used to reflect whether the task has been created successfully, or whether it has been synchronized to the task-associated persons, or whether it has been synchronized to the preset task server.

Step S140: receiving the task number corresponding to the task field entered by the user in the online database table; according to.

In some embodiments, the online database table may be an online table, and the task field may be a field of the online table, and the user may fill in the corresponding data under the field. Exemplarily, referring to FIG2 , a plurality of task fields are sequentially arranged in the cells of the first row of the online database table, for example, including task fields “task ID”, “task title”, “task notes”, “task personnel”, “deadline”, “reminder time”, “create/cancel task”, “task status”, “synchronization status”, etc. The user may enter the corresponding data below each task field as the corresponding task data. For example, referring to FIG2 , the user is currently entering the task data “Project B” in the second row under the “task title” field as the title of the task to be created.

It should be noted that, in combination with the teachings of the aforementioned embodiments and specific practical needs, other preset task fields can be added to the online database table or the existing task fields can be divided at a finer granularity, which will not be described in detail in this disclosure. For example, a "task attachment" field, a "task creation time" field, and a "task link" field can be added, and "task personnel" can be further divided into "task executors" or "task followers", etc.

In some embodiments, the user can also add new task fields or delete existing task fields in the online database table.

Step S160: In response to a first preset operation of the user in the online database table, creating task information in the task application based on the task data input by the user.

The task application may be an application program for providing users with services such as creation, distribution, and management (e.g., updating, deleting, etc.) of task information, which may be integrated into a client or a server. In some embodiments, the task application may be integrated into an instant messaging client, and users may create, distribute, and manage tasks in the instant messaging client.

After the user has input the task data corresponding to all or part of the task fields, a new task can be created based on the input task data through a preset operation. The first preset operation includes but is not limited to a somatosensory control operation, a gesture control operation, an eye movement operation, a touch operation, a voice control command, or an operation of an external control device.

In some embodiments, the first preset operation of the user in the online database form includes the user inputting preset first data under the first preset task field in the online database form. Exemplarily, referring to FIG3, the user can input "create task" under the first preset task field "create/cancel task" to enable the task application to create a new task based on the task data input by the user.

In a specific implementation, referring to FIG3 , the preset field “Create/Cancel Task” may also provide one or more options (such as “Create Task”, “Delete Task”, “Update Task”) for the user to select, without the need for the user to manually input. For example, the option “Create Task” is used to trigger the function of creating a new task based on the task data input by the user; the option “Delete Task” is used to trigger the function of deleting an existing task corresponding to the record (such as a row or column); the option “Create Task” is used to trigger the function of updating an existing task based on the current record.

In some embodiments, after the user performs a preset operation on the online database table, the client may send various task data input by the user to the server so that the server can create corresponding task information.

Thus, according to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, by displaying an online database form, the online database form includes at least one preset task field, receiving task data corresponding to the task field input by a user in the online database form, and in response to a first preset operation of the user in the online database form, creating task information in a task application based on the task data input by the user, thereby enabling the user to use the online database to complete the task. Tasks can be created through tables, and users can use online database tables to organize, summarize and subsequently manage the created tasks.

In some embodiments, the method 100 further includes:

Step S171: determining task-associated personnel based on the task data;

Step S172: Sending the task information and/or reminder information of the task information to the task-related personnel.

Task-related personnel may include but are not limited to task creators, task executors, task followers, task supervisors, etc.

For example, the task-associated person can be determined based on the user information (e.g., user name, user nickname, or user ID, etc.) filled in by the user under the task field "task personnel"; the created task information or its reminder information can be sent to the task-associated person in the form of instant messaging, SMS, email, system notification, etc. Referring to FIG5 , if the task data of the task "Project B" under the "Task Personnel" field is "Wang Wu", it can be determined that the task-associated person includes the user "Wang Wu", and the task information and/or task reminder information can be sent to the user "Wang Wu".

In some embodiments, the display content of the reminder information includes one or more of the following: title information, task subject information, task personnel information, and task time information. The title information can be generated based on a preset format, for example, the title information can be "User XX has added you as an associated person for the task" or "You are listed as an associated person for the task".

According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, by determining task-associated personnel based on the task data, and sending the task information and/or reminder information of the task information to the task-associated personnel, it is convenient for the task-associated personnel to know the created task in a timely manner after the task is created, thereby improving task notification and processing efficiency.

In some embodiments, the task information and/or reminder information of the task information may be sent to the task-associated person and/or the user via an instant messaging application associated with the online database table.

In some embodiments, the task information and/or reminder information of the task information can be sent in the form of instant communication messages through a message robot (bot) set in the instant communication application, so that the user can receive the task information and/or its reminder information in time through the instant communication messages automatically sent by the message robot.

In some embodiments, the method 100 further includes:

Step S180: In response to a second preset operation of the recipient of the reminder information on the reminder information, displaying task detail information.

In this embodiment, by displaying the task details information in response to the second preset operation of the recipient of the reminder information on the reminder information, the recipient can quickly understand the task details.

In this embodiment, the second page may be a preset task collection page, which may include all task information in which the recipient participates, and the first page may be a page dedicated to displaying task information corresponding to the reminder information.

In some embodiments, the first and second operations include but are not limited to somatosensory control operations, gesture control operations, eye movement operations, Manual operation, touch operation, voice control command, or operation of external control devices.

In a specific embodiment, the reminder information may include a first control and a second control, wherein the first control is used to display a first page after being triggered by a user (for example, after being selected by a user), and the second control is used to display a second page after being triggered by a user (for example, after being selected by a user), but the present disclosure is not limited to this.

In some embodiments, the method 100 further includes:

Step S183: In response to the recipient's editing operation on the task information in the first page and/or the second page, updating the task information.

FIG6 shows that the reminder information of the task information is sent to the task-related personnel in the form of an instant messaging message. Referring to FIG6, the conversation interface 50 of the instant messaging application displays an instant messaging message 51 as the reminder information of the task "Project B", which displays the title information "User A adds you as a task executor", the task subject information "Project B", the task personnel information "Wang Wu" and the task time information "2022/10/28".

The instant messaging message 51 also displays a first control 511. After the first control 511 is triggered by the user, a first page 60 can be displayed on the right side of the conversation interface 50. The first page 60 displays the task ID "222" of the task "Project B", the task subject information "Project B", the task content information or remarks information "XXX", the task personnel information "Wang Wu", the task time information "2022/10/28" and the task comment or description information "User A created the task 17:30". The instant messaging message 51 also displays a second control 512. After the second control 512 is triggered by the user, a second page (not shown in FIG. 6) can be displayed.

The recipient may modify all or part of the task information displayed on the first page to update the task information. For example, referring to FIG6 , the recipient may delete or add a task-associated person by triggering the first identifier 61, or may modify the time information of the task by triggering the second identifier 62, but the present disclosure is not limited thereto.

Furthermore, in some embodiments, the recipient's editing authority may be restricted. For example, only recipients with preset editing authority may be allowed to edit the task information in the first page and/or the second page to update the task information.

In some embodiments, the method 100 further includes:

Step S191: receiving a modification of the target task data of the created task information in the online database table by the user; in response to a third preset operation of the user in the online database table, updating the task information corresponding to the target task data based on the modified target task data; and/or,

Step S192: in response to the fourth preset operation of the user in the online database table, the task information targeted by the fourth task operation is placed in a deletion state.

Exemplarily, taking an online form as an example, a user's modification of a first record in the online form (for example, modification of one or more task data in the first record) can be received, and in response to the user's third preset operation on the first record, the task information corresponding to the first record is updated; and/or, in response to the user's fourth preset operation on the first record, the task corresponding to the first record is placed in a deleted state; wherein the first record can be any record in the online form.

Among them, the third and fourth preset operations include but are not limited to somatosensory control operations, gesture control operations, eye movement operations, touch operations, voice control instructions, or operations of external control devices.

In some embodiments, the third preset operation of the user in the online database table includes: The user enters preset third data in the first preset task field in the online database form; or, the user's fourth preset operation in the online database form includes: the user enters preset fourth data in the first preset task field in the online database form.

Exemplarily, referring to FIG3 , the user can enter the preset third data (e.g., “update task”) or fourth data (e.g., “delete task”) under the first preset task field “Create/Cancel Task” to update or delete the corresponding task. Further, referring to FIG3 , one or more options (e.g., “create task”, “delete task”, “update task”) can also be provided under the preset field “Create/Cancel Task” for the user to select without the need for manual input by the user. For example, the option “create task” is used to trigger the function of creating a new task based on the task data entered by the user; the option “delete task” is used to trigger the function of deleting an existing task corresponding to the record (e.g., row or column); the option “create task” is used to trigger the function of updating an existing task based on the current record.

It should be noted that the target task data can be any type of task data, or it can be a specific type of task data (such as task time, task personnel, etc.) that is allowed to be modified after the task is created. This disclosure does not limit this.

According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, not only can new tasks be created based on the online database table, but already created tasks can also be updated or deleted based on the online database table, thereby achieving more comprehensive management of tasks based on the online database table and further improving task processing efficiency.

In some embodiments, preset content can also be displayed under the second preset task field based on the creation status, update status, deletion status or sending status of the task information, and the preset content is used to indicate whether the status update of the task information is successful.

In some embodiments, if the user enters preset data under the first preset task field in the online database table, the content displayed under the second preset task field in the online database table is updated from the first information to the second information within the preset time. Exemplarily, the first information may be "not synchronized" or "synchronizing", and the second information may be "synchronization successful" or "synchronization failed", but the present disclosure is not limited thereto. For example, referring to FIG4, after the user enters "create task" under the task field "create/cancel task", the second row record where "project B" is located may display "synchronizing" at the corresponding position under the task field "synchronization status"; referring to FIG5, when the task "project B" is successfully created or has been sent to the relevant personnel, the second row record where "project B" is located may change to "synchronization successful" at the corresponding position under the task field "synchronization status". Similarly, when the user enters "update task" or "delete task" under the task field "create/cancel task", the second row record where "project B" is located may display "synchronizing" at the corresponding position under the task field "synchronization status", and when the task information of the task "project B" is successfully updated or deleted, it will display "synchronization successful".

In some embodiments, the online database table may be an online table, the task field may be a field of the online table, and the record of the online table is used to generate the task information. Exemplarily, in the online table, one record (eg, one row or one column) may correspond to one task.

In some embodiments, the online table can be a multidimensional table, and the task information is managed through the multidimensional table. In some embodiments, the rows or columns in the multidimensional table are used to store the task information. In some embodiments, the multidimensional table can record different types of data, including multimedia files such as pictures and videos. The multidimensional table can use row storage or column storage to store the task information of a task in one row or column. For example, each row in FIG. 5 is used to store the task information of different tasks.

According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, users can create, aggregate, manage, and update multiple The online form can simultaneously meet the user's needs for task creation, distribution, management and task list visualization, thereby improving the user's task processing efficiency.

Accordingly, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, an information processing device 700 is provided, as shown in FIG7 , including:

Referring to FIG8 below, it shows a schematic diagram of the structure of an electronic device (e.g., a terminal device or a server) 800 suitable for implementing the embodiments of the present disclosure. The terminal device in the embodiments of the present disclosure may include, but is not limited to, mobile terminals such as mobile phones, laptop computers, digital broadcast receivers, PDAs (personal digital assistants), PADs (tablet computers), PMPs (portable multimedia players), vehicle-mounted terminals (e.g., vehicle-mounted navigation terminals), etc., and fixed terminals such as digital TVs, desktop computers, etc. The electronic device shown in FIG8 is only an example and should not bring any limitation to the functions and scope of use of the embodiments of the present disclosure.

As shown in FIG8 , the electronic device 800 may include a processing device (eg, a central processing unit, a graphics processing unit, etc.) 801, which can perform various appropriate actions and processes according to the program stored in the read-only memory (ROM) 802 or the program loaded from the storage device 808 to the random access memory (RAM) 803. In the RAM 803, various programs and data required for the operation of the electronic device 800 are also stored. The processing device 801, the ROM 802, and the RAM 803 are connected to each other through a bus 804. An input/output (I/O) interface 805 is also connected to the bus 804.

Typically, the following devices may be connected to the I/O interface 805: input devices 806 including, for example, a touch screen, a touchpad, a keyboard, a mouse, a camera, a microphone, an accelerometer, a gyroscope, etc.; output devices 807 including, for example, a liquid crystal display (LCD), a speaker, a vibrator, etc.; storage devices 808 including, for example, a magnetic tape, a hard disk, etc.; and communication devices 809. The communication device 809 may allow the electronic device 800 to communicate wirelessly or wired with other devices to exchange data. Although FIG. 8 shows an electronic device 800 with various devices, it should be understood that it is not required to implement or have all the devices shown. More or fewer devices may be implemented or have alternatively.

In particular, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the process described above with reference to the flowchart can be implemented as a computer software program. For example, an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a computer program product, which includes a computer program carried on a computer-readable medium, and the computer program contains program code for executing the method shown in the flowchart. In such an embodiment, the computer program can be downloaded and installed from the network through the communication device 809, or installed from the storage device 808, or installed from the ROM 802. When the computer program is executed by the processing device 801, the above-mentioned functions defined in the method of the embodiment of the present disclosure are executed.

It should be noted that the computer-readable medium disclosed above may be a computer-readable signal medium or a computer-readable storage medium or any combination of the above two. The computer-readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electrical, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, device or device, or any combination of the above. The computer-readable medium may be included in the electronic device, or may exist independently without being installed in the electronic device.

The computer-readable medium carries one or more programs. When the one or more programs are executed by the electronic device, the electronic device executes the method of the present disclosure.

Computer program code for performing the operations of the present disclosure may be written in one or more programming languages, or a combination thereof, including object-oriented programming languages, such as Java, Smalltalk, C++, and conventional procedural programming languages, such as "C" or similar programming languages. According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided an information processing method, comprising: displaying an online database form, the online database form comprising at least one preset task field; receiving task data corresponding to the task field input by a user in the online database form; and creating task information in a task application based on the task data input by the user in response to a first preset operation of the user in the online database form.

According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the at least one preset task field includes one or more of the following: a field for indicating a task title, a field for indicating a task ID, a field for indicating task content, a field for indicating task-associated personnel, a field for indicating task time information, a field for indicating a task reminder method, a field for indicating creation, cancellation or update of a task, a field for indicating the completion status of a task, and a field for indicating the synchronization status of a task.

According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, a task-associated person is determined based on the task data; and the task information and/or reminder information of the task information is sent to the task-associated person.

According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, sending the task information and/or reminder information of the task information to the task-associated personnel includes: sending the task information and/or reminder information of the task information to the task-associated personnel via an instant messaging application associated with the online database table.

According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, if the user enters preset data in the first preset task field in the online database form, the content displayed in the second preset task field in the online database form is updated from the first information to the second information within a preset time.

According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, a computer program product is provided. When the computer program product is executed by a processor, the information processing method as described above is implemented.

An information processing method, comprising:

displaying an online database form, the online database form including at least one preset task field;

receiving task data corresponding to the task field entered by a user in the online database form;

In response to a first preset operation of the user in the online database table, task information is created in the task application based on the task data input by the user.
The method according to claim 1, wherein the at least one preset task field comprises one or more of the following:

Field used to indicate the task title, field used to indicate the task ID, field used to indicate the task content, field used to indicate the person associated with the task, field used to indicate the task time information, field used to indicate the task reminder method, field used to indicate the creation, cancellation or update of the task, field used to indicate the completion status of the task, and field used to indicate the synchronization status of the task.

A display unit, configured to display an online database form, wherein the online database form includes at least one preset task field;

A receiving unit, configured to receive task data corresponding to the task field input by a user in the online database table;

The creating unit is used to create task information in the task application based on the task data input by the user in response to a first preset operation of the user in the online database table.
An electronic device, comprising:

at least one memory and at least one processor;
