本发明涉及一种直动式过载补油阀,包括上阀套、溢流阀复位弹簧、球阀座、球芯、阀座、阀芯、维稳弹簧、碟形阀芯、弹簧座、单向阀复位弹簧和下阀套,上阀套、下阀套与阀座为过盈配合,下阀套上设有油口Ⅰ,上阀套上设有油口Ⅱ,溢流阀复位弹簧、球阀座和球芯设于所述上阀套内,所述的阀芯、维稳弹簧、碟形阀芯、弹簧座和单向阀复位弹簧设于所述下阀套内,所述的溢流阀复位弹簧抵设于上阀套和球阀座之间,球阀座的底部连接球芯,球芯连接阀座和阀芯,维稳弹簧抵设于阀芯和下阀套之间,所述的单向阀复位弹簧抵设于弹簧座和下阀套之间,碟形阀芯设置在弹簧座上方。本发明简化补油机构,体积小,结构紧凑、响应快、内泄小、应用灵活、安装维修简便。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种直动式过载补油阀,属于过载补油阀技术领域。
背景技术
过载补油阀是负载敏感多路阀中常用的保护执行机构的压力控制元件,主要作用是保护液压执行机构,使其在过载保护阀的设定压力之下工作。当执行机构油路超过设定压力时,多余油液可以通过过载阀连通油路回油箱,或在执行机构油路出现负压吸空现象时,通过过载补油阀补油,可以避免使执行机构工作时产生噪音、冲击、震动等问题,从而提高执行机构的稳定性及执行机构的控制精度。
现有的专利主要由宁波明企液压机械有限公司申请的“一种直动式溢流阀”。最接近的点是阀芯、阀杆、辅助弹簧的结构,结构主要作用为增大调压范围。该溢流阀包括阀体、位于阀体内的阀芯组件和调压机构,阀体前端设有进油口和溢油口,阀芯组件包括阀芯、阀座和阀杆,阀杆设在阀体前端盖的空腔内,连接一辅助弹簧,调压机构包括设在阀体内的调压弹簧和调压螺杆,调压弹簧一端与阀座固定,另一端与调压螺杆连接,调压螺杆贯穿阀体的后端盖并与之螺纹连接,调压螺杆末端设有手轮,转动手轮可驱动调压螺杆压缩调压弹簧。此技术存在以下不足:其阀芯、阀杆、辅助弹簧的结构主要作用为增大调压范围,其阀杆与球芯配合面为点接触,接触面积小,不稳定。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足之处,本发明提供一种直动式过载补油阀,在现有直动式过载补油阀的结构基础上,进行功能集成并做出结构及性能优化,实现在保证使用功能可靠性的同时,在更小的空间需求上,实现高压过载保护功能和低压补油功能,且可快速缓冲冲击压力,以满足工程机械对液压元件轻量化的要求,拓宽应用范围。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:一种直动式过载补油阀,其特征在于:包括上阀套、溢流阀复位弹簧、球阀座、球芯、阀座、阀芯、维稳弹簧、碟形阀芯、弹簧座、单向阀复位弹簧和下阀套,上阀套、下阀套与阀座为过盈配合,下阀套上设有油口Ⅰ,上阀套上设有油口Ⅱ,所述的溢流阀复位弹簧、球阀座和球芯设于所述上阀套内,所述的阀芯、维稳弹簧、碟形阀芯、弹簧座和单向阀复位弹簧设于所述下阀套内,所述的溢流阀复位弹簧抵设于上阀套和球阀座之间,球阀座的底部连接球芯,球芯连接阀座和阀芯,维稳弹簧抵设于阀芯和下阀套之间,所述的单向阀复位弹簧抵设于弹簧座和下阀套之间,碟形阀芯设置在弹簧座上方。
所述的阀座内设有中心油道和四周的通孔,碟形阀芯内设有镂空区域和外环密封区域,中心油道连通碟形阀芯的镂空区域,所述的单向阀复位弹簧将外环密封区域贴合在阀座四周的通孔底部密封油路。
所述的球阀座受到溢流阀复位弹簧向下的预紧弹簧力,并作用于球芯上,阀芯受到维稳弹簧向上的预紧弹簧力,并作用于球芯上,溢流阀复位弹簧的预紧弹簧力远大与维稳弹簧的预紧弹簧力,球芯被向下压紧在阀座上,密封油路。
所述的油口Ⅱ连通阀座四周的通孔。
所述的油口Ⅰ连通碟形阀芯的镂空区域。
本发明的有益效果是:在保证使用功能可靠性的同时,简化补油机构,具有体积小,结构紧凑、响应快、内泄小、应用灵活、安装维修简便的优点,在振动工况中仍可保持恒定压力,保证了液压系统的可靠运行。采用增加维稳弹簧,快速缓冲冲击压力,使溢流阀开口保持稳定,延长使用寿命。可实现过载补油功能,还可作为单向溢流阀使用,现有过载补油阀均靠吸空时产生的负压推动阀芯进行补油,不可主动使油液从回油口到进油口,可通过吸空时产生的负压推动阀芯实现补油,还可以从回油口主动进油推动碟形阀芯,实现反向单向阀功能。

如图1到图6所示的一种直动式过载补油阀,其特征在于:包括上阀套1、溢流阀复位弹簧2、球阀座3、球芯4、阀座5、阀芯6、维稳弹簧7、碟形阀芯8、弹簧座9、单向阀复位弹簧10和下阀套11,上阀套1、下阀套11与阀座5为过盈配合,下阀套11上设有油口Ⅰ12,上阀套1上设有油口Ⅱ13,所述的溢流阀复位弹簧2、球阀座3和球芯4设于所述上阀套1内,所述的阀芯6、维稳弹簧7、碟形阀芯8、弹簧座9和单向阀复位弹簧10设于所述下阀套11内,所述的溢流阀复位弹簧2抵设于上阀套1和球阀座3之间,球阀座3的底部连接球芯4,球芯4连接阀座5和阀芯6,维稳弹簧7抵设于阀芯6和下阀套11之间,所述的单向阀复位弹簧10抵设于弹簧座9和下阀套11之间,碟形阀芯8设置在弹簧座9上方。
所述的阀座5内设有中心油道51和四周的通孔52,碟形阀芯8内设有镂空区域81和外环密封区域82,中心油道51连通碟形阀芯8的镂空区域81,所述的单向阀复位弹簧10将外环密封区域82贴合在阀座5四周的通孔52底部密封油路。
所述的球阀座3受到溢流阀复位弹簧2向下的预紧弹簧力,并作用于球芯4上,阀芯6受到维稳弹簧7向上的预紧弹簧力,并作用于球芯4上,溢流阀复位弹簧2的预紧弹簧力远大与维稳弹簧7的预紧弹簧力,球芯4被向下压紧在阀座5上,密封油路。
所述的油口Ⅱ13连通阀座5四周的通孔52。
所述的油口Ⅰ12连通碟形阀芯8的镂空区域81。
所述的油口Ⅰ12为过载阀进油口、补油阀出油口,油口Ⅱ13为过载阀出油口、补油阀进油口,具体动作如下:
初始位置:球阀座3受到溢流阀复位弹簧2向下的预紧弹簧力,并作用于球芯4上,阀芯6受到维稳弹簧7向上的预紧弹簧力,并作用于球芯4上,由于溢流阀复位弹簧2的预紧弹簧力远大与维稳弹簧7的预紧弹簧力,故初始状态时球芯4被向下压紧在阀座5上,密封油路;碟形阀芯8受到弹簧座9传递的单向阀复位弹簧10的预紧弹簧力,压紧在阀座5底面上,密封油路。
实施例1直动式过载补油阀的过载功能:
当油液从油口Ⅱ13进入,碟形阀芯8与弹簧座9接触、受到维稳弹簧7向上的弹簧力与阀座5金属面配合,单向阀关闭,油液通过碟形阀芯8镂空区域81到达阀座5中心油道51,油液压力作用于球芯4,当进口压力较低时,阀芯4在溢流阀复位弹簧2的弹簧力的作用下被压在最低位置,阀座5中心通道密封,阀不溢流;当阀的进口压力升高,使球芯4下端的油压作用力足以克服溢流阀复位弹簧力时,球阀座3、球芯4和阀芯6向上移动,使得油口Ⅰ12与油口Ⅱ13相通,实现溢流。
实施例2直动式过载补油阀的补油功能:
当油口Ⅱ13的压力因为液压缸或液压马达的运动产生负压的时候,油口Ⅰ12的油液通过阀座5四周的孔52,作用与碟形阀芯8外环密封区域82上,克服单向阀复位弹簧10的弹簧力时,碟形阀芯8向下移动,使得油口Ⅰ12与油口Ⅱ13相通,实现补油功能。

1.一种直动式过载补油阀,其特征在于:包括上阀套(1)、溢流阀复位弹簧(2)、球阀座(3)、球芯(4)、阀座(5)、阀芯(6)、维稳弹簧(7)、碟形阀芯(8)、弹簧座(9)、单向阀复位弹簧(10)和下阀套(11),上阀套(1)、下阀套(11)与阀座(5)为过盈配合,下阀套(11)上设有油口Ⅰ(12),上阀套(1)上设有油口Ⅱ(13),所述的溢流阀复位弹簧(2)、球阀座(3)和球芯(4)设于所述上阀套(1)内,所述的阀芯(6)、维稳弹簧(7)、碟形阀芯(8)、弹簧座(9)和单向阀复位弹簧(10)设于所述下阀套(11)内,所述的溢流阀复位弹簧(2)抵设于上阀套(1)和球阀座(3)之间,球阀座(3)的底部连接球芯(4),球芯(4)连接阀座(5)和阀芯(6),维稳弹簧(7)抵设于阀芯(6)和下阀套(11)之间,所述的单向阀复位弹簧(10)抵设于弹簧座(9)和下阀套(11)之间,碟形阀芯(8)设置在弹簧座(9)上方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种直动式过载补油阀,其特征在于:所述的阀座(5)内设有中心油道(51)和四周的通孔(52),碟形阀芯(8)内设有镂空区域(81)和外环密封区域(82),中心油道(51)连通碟形阀芯(8)的镂空区域(81),所述的单向阀复位弹簧(10)将外环密封区域(82)贴合在阀座(5)四周的通孔(52)底部密封油路。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种直动式过载补油阀,其特征在于:所述的球阀座(3)受到溢流阀复位弹簧(2)向下的预紧弹簧力,并作用于球芯(4)上,阀芯(6)受到维稳弹簧(7)向上的预紧弹簧力,并作用于球芯(4)上,溢流阀复位弹簧(2)的预紧弹簧力远大与维稳弹簧(7)的预紧弹簧力,球芯(4)被向下压紧在阀座(5)上,密封油路。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种直动式过载补油阀,其特征在于:所述的油口Ⅱ(13)连通阀座(5)四周的通孔(52)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种直动式过载补油阀,其特征在于:所述的油口Ⅰ(12)连通碟形阀芯(8)的镂空区域(81)。
