In order to make the objects, technical schemes and advantages of the present invention more clear, the following describes in further detail a conveying device with a function of opening and closing a tobacco frame according to the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings and detailed description. The advantages and features of the present invention will become more apparent from the following description. It should be noted that the drawings are in a very simplified form and are all to a non-precise scale, merely for the purpose of facilitating and clearly aiding in the description of embodiments of the invention. For a better understanding of the invention with objects, features and advantages, refer to the drawings. It should be understood that the structures, proportions, sizes, etc. shown in the drawings are for illustration purposes only and should not be construed as limiting the invention to the extent that any modifications, changes in the proportions, or adjustments of the sizes of structures, proportions, or otherwise, used in the practice of the invention, are included in the spirit and scope of the invention which is otherwise, without departing from the spirit or essential characteristics thereof.
Examples
The technical scheme of the conveying device with the cigarette frame opening and closing function of the invention will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 1 to 13 and the specific embodiments.
As shown in fig. 3 to 13, a conveying apparatus with a function of opening and closing a tobacco frame in this embodiment includes a frame 1 having an opening and closing station 11, an unstacking station 12 and a tobacco frame stack transferring station 13 which are sequentially arranged, the frame 1 is installed in a workshop along a horizontal direction, the opening and closing station 11, the unstacking station 12 and the tobacco frame stack transferring station 13 are sequentially arranged along a length direction of the frame 1, a first chain conveying line 14 for driving the tobacco frame 9 to move between the opening and closing station 11 and the unstacking station 12 and a second chain conveying line 15 for driving the tobacco frame 9 to move between the unstacking station 12 and the tobacco frame stack transferring station 13 are further provided on the frame 1, and when the tobacco frame 9 is placed on the chain conveying line, a rotation axis of a side frame plate 93 of the tobacco frame 9 is also parallel to the length direction of the frame 1.
Specifically, the opening and closing station 11 includes two frame opening and folding manipulators 2 symmetrically disposed at two sides of the first chain conveying line 14, the frame opening and folding manipulators 2 include a mounting platform 22 connected with the frame 1, a mechanical arm 23 rotationally connected with the mounting platform 22, and a driving mechanism for driving the mechanical arm 23 to rotate, the top surface of the mounting platform 22 is kept horizontal, the mechanical arm 23 is rotationally connected to the top surface of the mounting platform 22, and the rotation axis of the mechanical arm 23 is parallel to the length direction of the frame 1. The mechanical arm 23 is provided with the plug mechanism 24 and the jack mechanism 26, the plug mechanism 24 comprises a plug structure 242 which is in plug fit with the side opening of the side column 931 of the side frame plate 93, and a plug cylinder 241 which is used for driving the plug structure 242 to reciprocate along the direction parallel to the rotation axis of the mechanical arm 23, after the plug structure 242 is aligned with the side opening of the side column 931 of the side frame plate 93 in the swinging process of the mechanical arm 23, the plug structure 242 can be inserted into the side opening of the side column 931 of the side frame plate 93 by controlling the plug cylinder 241 to operate, so that the side frame plate 93 of the smoke frame 9 is connected with the mechanical arm 23, and the mechanical arm 23 can drive the side frame plate 93 to rotate through the plug structure 242 when rotating, so that the side frame plate 93 can be switched between the unfolded or folded state. The jacking mechanism 26 comprises a jacking structure which is abutted with the cross beam 933 of the side frame plate 93 and a jacking air cylinder 261 for driving the jacking structure to move, when the unfolded cigarette frame 9 needs to be folded, the side frame plate 93 is still in a vertical state, at the moment, the side frame plate 93 needs to be driven to move upwards by the jacking mechanism 26, so that the positioning protrusion 932 of the side frame plate 93 is separated from the positioning groove 922 of the hinge structure 92, and then the side frame plate 93 can be folded; when the cigarette frame 9 needs to be unfolded, the lifting mechanism 26 is required to support the side frame plate 93 rotated to the vertical state, and then the side frame plate 93 is slowly dropped, so that the positioning protrusion 932 of the side frame plate 93 is aligned with the positioning groove 922 embedded in the hinge structure 92, and the side frame plate 93 is locked to the vertical state.
The unstacking station 12 comprises two groups of lifting bearing devices 3 which are respectively positioned at two sides of the first chain conveying line 14, the number of each group of lifting bearing devices 3 is two, the two lifting bearing devices 3 are arranged along the length direction of the frame 1, and when the folded cigarette frames 9 are conveyed to the unstacking station 12, two groups of four lifting bearing devices 3 are respectively positioned at four corners of the folded cigarette frames 9. The lifting bearing device 3 can lift the whole stack of the tobacco frames 9 or all the other tobacco frames 9 except the bottom layer tobacco frame 9 to a certain height, and can be matched with a chain conveying line to supply the tobacco frames 9, so that one tobacco frame 9 can be conveniently piled into the bottom layer of the stack of the tobacco frames 9 again, or the tobacco frames 9 positioned at the bottom layer of the stack of the tobacco frames 9 can be transferred to the opening and closing station 11.
When the conveying equipment with the opening and closing functions of the tobacco frames 9 opens and closes the tobacco frames 9 and performs stacking and unstacking operation, the first conveying line and the second conveying line are matched to transfer the tobacco frames 9 or the tobacco frames 9 stacks. The lifting bearing device 3 of the unstacking station 12 can lift the whole tobacco frames 9 or part of the tobacco frames 9 in the tobacco frames 9, so that the tobacco frames 9 at the bottom layer of the tobacco frames 9 can be conveniently taken out, and new tobacco frames 9 can be stacked at the bottom layer of the tobacco frames 9; the mechanical arm 23 of the opening and closing station 11 is used for controlling the opening and closing of the cigarette frames 9, so that the cigarette frames 9 can be automatically unfolded or folded, and staff are not required to take and put the cigarette frames 9 in the process of transferring the cigarette frames 9 and the process of stacking or unstacking the cigarette frames 9, so that the operation is simple and convenient, a large amount of manpower can be saved, the operation efficiency is high, and the operation fatigue degree is low.
Before describing a conveying apparatus with a function of opening and closing a cigarette frame, please refer to fig. 1 and 2, first, a specific structure of a cigarette frame 9 used at present is described as follows:
the tobacco frame 9 includes a bottom plate 91 for bearing tobacco leaf, the four corners of bottom plate 91 all upwards extend has vertical tube-shape hinge structure 92, be equipped with a pair of hinge structure 92 respectively promptly bottom plate 91's both sides, be connected with a side frame 93 between two hinge structure 92 of same pair, side frame 93 includes the side post 931 that both sides are parallel, still welded fastening has two crossbeams 933 between two side posts 931, welded fastening has the web structure 934 that forms with a plurality of steel bars in the region of encircleing between two crossbeams 933 and two side posts 931, the width of crossbeam 933 is greater than the thickness of web structure 934. The side columns 931 are C-shaped steel, and the side openings of the two side columns 931 of the same side frame plate 93 face the other side column 931 respectively.
The side columns 931 on two sides of the side frame plate 93 are respectively matched with the two hinge structures 92, the side faces of one end, close to the hinge structures 92, of the two side columns 931 of the side frame plate 93 are welded with pin shafts matched with the hinge structures 92, the axes of the two pin shafts coincide, and the side frame plate 93 is in running fit with the two hinge structures 92 through the two pin shafts. And the side of the hinge structure 92 is provided with a oblong hole 921 for the pin shaft to pass through, and the oblong hole 921 has a certain length in the vertical direction, thereby allowing the side frame plate 93 to move relative to the cross beam 933. In addition, the side surface of the hinge structure 92 is further processed with a avoiding groove for the bottom end of the side column 931 to pass through when rotating.
The side of side post 931 still welded fastening has location arch 932, and when side frame plate 93 rotated to vertical state, and the round pin axle was located the top of slotted hole 921, location arch 932 was located the open top of hinge structure 92, and the open department in top of hinge structure 92 still processed has the constant head tank 922 with location arch 932 complex, and when the side frame plate 93 of vertical state moved downwards, the round pin axle can slide down in slotted hole 921 the distance enough location arch 932 slide in the constant head tank 922. After the positioning protrusion 932 slides into the positioning groove 922, the blocking side column 931 can be matched to rotate, so that the side frame plate 93 is locked in the vertical state for use.
In addition, the four corners of the bottom plate 91 of the cigarette frame 9 are further extended downwards to form supporting legs 911, when the folded cigarette frames 9 are stacked, the bottom ends of the supporting legs 911 of the upper cigarette frame 9 are abutted against the top ends of the hinge structures 92 of the lower cigarette frame 9, so that the bottom plates 91 of the adjacent two cigarette frames 9 are separated.
Referring to fig. 3 to 9, the following describes a specific structure of the frame opening and folding manipulator 2 as follows:
the frame opening and folding manipulator 2 comprises a mounting plate 21 bolted on the side surface of the frame 1 and a mounting platform 22 in sliding fit with the mounting plate 21 along the vertical direction, wherein the top surface of the mounting platform 22 is horizontally arranged, two shaft seats 221 are welded and fixed on the top surface of the mounting platform 22, and the axes of the two shaft seats 221 are coincident and parallel to the length direction of the frame 1. When the cigarette frame 9 passes through the opening and closing station 11, the rotation axis of the side frame plate 93 of the cigarette frame 9 is also parallel to the axis of the shaft seat 221.
The mechanical arm 23 is rotatably connected with the mounting platform 22 through the shaft seat 221, one end of the mechanical arm 23 connected with the mounting platform 22 is used as a connecting end, the other end is used as a free end, a shaft body 231 matched with the shaft seat 221 is fixedly welded at the connecting end of the mechanical arm 23, and two ends of the shaft body 231 respectively penetrate through one shaft seat 221 and are rotatably matched with the shaft seat 221. The mounting platform 22 is also provided with a driving mechanism for driving the mechanical arm 23 to rotate, and when the mechanical arm 23 rotates, the mechanical arm can approach or depart from the smoke frame 9 at the opening and closing station 11.
Specifically, the mounting plate 21 in this embodiment is disposed vertically, and the mounting plate 21 is provided with a slide rail 211 and a screw pair 212 extending in the vertical direction, and the mounting platform 22 is slidably engaged with the slide rail 211, and is further connected with the mounting plate 21 through the screw pair 212, the screw pair 212 includes a screw rotationally connected with the mounting plate 21 and a nut threadedly engaged with the screw, the axis of the screw is disposed in the vertical direction, and the nut is fixedly connected with the mounting platform 22. A lifting motor 213 is further installed on one side, close to the frame 1, of the mounting plate 21, and the lifting motor 213 drives a screw of the screw pair 212 to rotate through a pulley group for transmission, so that the mounting platforms 22 of the two frame opening and folding manipulators 2 are lifted synchronously. The rotation track of the mechanical arm 23 can be conveniently changed by controlling the mounting platform 22 to slide along the vertical direction, so that the mechanical arm is suitable for opening and closing the cigarette frames 9 with different specifications.
Specifically, the driving mechanism comprises a driving motor 222 bolted to the mounting platform 22 and a tensioning cylinder 214 connected to the mounting plate 21, and an output shaft of the driving motor 222 is in transmission connection with one end of the shaft body 231 through a speed reducer. The cylinder body of the tensioning cylinder 214 is hinged with the mounting plate 21, the piston rod is hinged with the mechanical arm 23, and the hinge axes of the tensioning cylinder 214, the mounting plate 21 and the mechanical arm 23 are parallel to the rotation axis of the mechanical arm 23. The arm 23 in this embodiment is connected to a protruding hinge plate 232 and is hinged to the piston rod of the take-up cylinder 214 by the hinge plate 232. In practical design and production, it should also be noted that the piston rod axis of the driving tensioning cylinder 214 and the rotation axis of the mechanical arm 23 cannot intersect, so as not to affect the driving effect of the tensioning cylinder 214 on the mechanical arm 23.
When the frame is opened, since the side frame plate 93 rotates from the horizontal state to the vertical state, the inserting and pulling structure 242 of the mechanical arm 23 is responsible for pulling the side frame plate 93 to rotate, the torsion force applied to the mechanical arm 23 is relatively large, and if the tensioning cylinder 214 is not configured, a driving motor 222 and a speed reducer with higher power are required to be selected for smooth frame opening operation. The hinge points between the hinge plates 232 and the tensioning cylinder 214 and the plugging structure 242 in this embodiment are respectively located at two sides of the rotation axis of the mechanical arm 23, after the tensioning cylinder 214 is configured, the tension of the tensioning cylinder 214 to the mechanical arm 23 is equivalent to adding a counterweight to the mechanical arm 23, so that the rotation resistance of the mechanical arm 23 during frame opening can be reduced, the driving motor 222 is convenient to drive the mechanical arm 23 to rotate, the frame opening action is completed, the configuration cost of the driving motor 222 is reduced, the load of the driving motor 222 during working is small, and faults are not easy to occur. In the process of folding the tobacco frame 9, the tension cylinder 214 can be set to be freely telescopic, so that the folding of the tobacco frame 9 is not hindered.
In addition, the free end of the mechanical arm 23 is fixedly connected with a limiting rod 233, and the limiting rod 233 is located at one side of the mechanical arm 23 facing the first chain conveying line 14 and has a certain distance from the mechanical arm 23. The length direction of the limiting rod 233 is parallel to the rotation axis of the mechanical arm 23, short rods 234 are welded between two ends of the limiting rod 233 and the free end of the mechanical arm 23, and the limiting rod 233, the short rods 234 and the free end of the mechanical arm 23 are combined to form a frame structure.
In this scheme, two plug mechanisms 24 are configured to be respectively matched with side columns 931 on two sides of a side frame plate 93, and the two plug mechanisms 24 are respectively installed at two ends of a limit rod 233 and are respectively matched with the side columns 931 on two sides of the side frame plate 93 of the cigarette frame 9. The plug structure 242 comprises a plug cylinder 241 which is bolted with the limit rod 233, the piston rod of the plug cylinder 241 is parallel to the length direction of the limit rod 233, and the plug structure 242 which is matched with the side opening of the side column 931 is connected.
In addition, the short rod 234 is further provided with an inner tightening mechanism 25 matched with the plug-in mechanism 24, the inner tightening mechanism 25 comprises an inner tightening cylinder 251 which is bolted with the short rod 234, the piston rod axis of the inner tightening cylinder 251 is also parallel to the length direction of the limit rod 233, the piston rod of the inner tightening cylinder 251 is connected with an inner tightening structure 252, and the distance between the piston rod axis of the inner tightening cylinder 251 and the piston rod axis of the plug-in cylinder 241 is kept constant. When the free end of the mechanical arm 23 rotates towards the cigarette frame 9 of the opening and closing station 11, the position of the inner fastening structure 252 corresponds to the position of the side column 931 of the side frame plate 93, and the mechanical arm 23 can rotate to be abutted with the corresponding side column 931, and when the inner fastening structure 252 abuts with the side column 931, the mechanical arm 23 also stops moving, namely, the inner fastening structure 252 is utilized to play a role in positioning, so that the mechanical arm 23 stops at a position close to the side column 931, and the plug structure 242 is aligned with the side opening of the side column 931. The plug structure 242 is then inserted into the side opening of the post 931 by controlling the extension and retraction of the plug cylinder 241. In this embodiment, rollers are selected for the plug structure 242 and the inner tightening structure 252, the plug structure 242 is rotationally connected with a piston rod of the plug cylinder 241, the inner tightening structure 252 is rotationally connected with a piston rod of the inner tightening cylinder 251, and the rotation axes of the plug structure 242 and the inner tightening structure 252 are parallel to the rotation axis of the mechanical arm 23, which is because the mechanical arm 23 drives the side frame plate 93 to rotate, the plug structure 242 and the inner tightening structure 252 can relatively move with the side column 931, and the rollers can reduce friction among the plug structure 242, the inner tightening structure 252 and the side column 931, so that the service lives of the plug structure 242, the inner tightening structure 252 and the side column 931 are prolonged. In addition, a limiting ring is formed on one side, away from each other, of the two inner fastening structures 252 of the mechanical arm 23 on the same side, the diameter of the limiting ring is larger than that of the inner fastening structures 252, when the inner fastening structures 252 are propped against the side posts 931, the end faces of the limiting ring can be propped against the side faces, opposite to each other, of the side posts 931 of the same side frame plate 93, and the positions of the side frame plates 93 are locked, so that the side frame plates 93 are prevented from being deviated along the direction parallel to the rotation axis of the mechanical arm 23.
The mechanical arm 23 rotates towards the cigarette frame 9 at the opening and closing station 11 until the inner tightening structure 252 is abutted against the side column 931, at this time, the inserting and pulling structure 242 is aligned with the side opening of the side column 931, the inserting and pulling cylinder 241 is controlled to operate to insert the inserting and pulling structure 242 into the side opening of the side column 931, namely, the side frame plate 93 and the mechanical arm 23 can be connected, so that the side frame plate 93 rotates along with the rotation of the mechanical arm 23, and the inserting and pulling structure 242 can slide in the side opening of the side column 931 along the length direction of the side column 931.
Specifically, the jacking cylinder 261 of the jacking mechanism 26 is connected to a side of the mechanical arm 23 facing the first chain conveying line 14, a cylinder body of the jacking cylinder 261 is hinged with the mechanical arm 23, and a hinge axis between the cylinder body and the mechanical arm 23 is parallel to a rotation axis of the mechanical arm 23; the piston rod of the jacking cylinder 261 extends through the frame structure described above in a direction away from the rotational axis of the robot arm 23, and is swingable within the frame structure, and the end of the piston rod is connected to the jacking structure. When the mechanical arm 23 opens the side frame plate 93, the mechanical arm 23 deflects towards the tobacco frame 9 on the chain conveying line as a whole, the lifting cylinder 261 deflects towards the tobacco frame 9 on the chain conveying line due to self weight of the mechanical arm, until the inner tightening structure 252 is abutted against the side column 931 or the lifting cylinder 261 is abutted against the limit rod 233, and then the lifting cylinder 261 is controlled to extend, so that the lifting structure is abutted against the side face of the net structure 934 of the corresponding side frame plate 93, if the lifting cylinder 261 extends, the lifting structure slides on the net structure 934 of the side frame plate 93 along the length direction of the side column 931 and gradually moves away from the rotation axis of the mechanical arm 23, and meanwhile the lifting cylinder 261 integrally rotates relative to the mechanical arm 23, so that the frame structure leaves a margin distance enough for the lifting cylinder 261 to swing. In the process that the lifting structure is far away from the cylinder body of the lifting cylinder 261 along the side frame plate 93, the lifting structure is abutted against the cross beam 933 of the side frame plate 93 far away from the hinge structure 92, and if the lifting cylinder 261 continues to stretch, the side frame plate 93 can be pushed to move.
Specifically, the jacking structure includes a jacking plate 262 connected to a piston rod of the jacking cylinder 261, the length direction of the jacking plate 262 is parallel to the extending direction of the jacking cylinder 261, the jacking plate 262 is integrally formed with a jacking block 263 towards the side surface of the first chain conveyor line 14, when the jacking structure rotates until the jacking plate 262 abuts against the side frame plate 93, the jacking plate 262 slides on the side frame plate 93 along with the extension of the jacking cylinder 261 until the edge of the jacking plate 262 facing away from the mounting platform 22 or the jacking block 263 abuts against the side frame plate 93 and is far away from the cross beam 933 of the hinge structure 92, so that the side frame plate 93 can be pushed to move. The side surface of the lifting block 263 far away from the rotation axis of the mechanical arm 23 is perpendicular to the axis of the piston rod of the lifting cylinder 261, and the lifting block 263 is arranged because the plate surface of the lifting plate 262 is kept at an approximately parallel angle with the side frame plate 93 of the smoke frame 9 in the swinging process of the mechanical arm 23, the edge of the lifting plate 262 is not easy to stably abut against the cross beam 933 of the side frame plate 93, the lifting block 263 extends along the direction perpendicular to the axis of the piston rod of the lifting cylinder 261, and the side surface of the lifting block 263 far away from the lifting cylinder 261 abuts against the cross beam 933 of the side frame plate 93, so that slipping is not easy to occur.
It should be noted that, when the side frame plate 93 is pushed to slide relative to the hinge structure 92, the pin shaft of the side column 931 can only slide within the length range of the oblong hole 921 of the hinge structure 92, so that the side frame plate 93 needs to be rotated to be close to the vertical state, that is, parallel to the length direction of the oblong hole 921, to smoothly push the side frame plate 93 to slide relative to the hinge structure 92.
In this embodiment, the lifting structure is rotationally connected with the mechanical arm 23 through the lifting cylinder 261, which is to adapt to the cigarette frames 9 of different specifications, when the cigarette frames 9 of different specifications are opened and closed or the side frame plates 93 of different angles are opened and closed, the rotation angle of the mechanical arm 23 is different, the distance between the mechanical arm 23 and the side frame plates 93 is also different, and in order to ensure that the lifting structure can contact with the side frame plates 93, the lifting cylinder 261 needs to rotate relative to the mechanical arm 23 to ensure that the lifting structure can rotate to a position abutting against the side frame plates 93. The function of the above-mentioned limit lever 233 in this scheme is to limit the rotation angle of the jacking cylinder 261 and restrict the rotation range of the jacking cylinder 261, so as to prevent the mechanical arm 23 from directly falling down the jacking structure when swinging.
Further, a constant pressure valve (not shown) is installed in the pneumatic circuit of the jacking cylinder 261, and in the process of controlling the expansion of the cigarette frame 9, the jacking cylinder 261 is gradually compressed, and the constant pressure valve can keep the jacking pressure of the cylinder stable, but does not excessively increase the rotation torque force so as not to prevent the expansion of the cigarette frame 9. If the pressure in the pneumatic circuit is too high, the movement of the jacking cylinder 261 is blocked, and the constant pressure valve can release the pressure of the pneumatic circuit, so that the output jacking force is continuously increased after the movement of the jacking cylinder 261 is prevented, and the jacking cylinder 261 or the side frame plate 93 of the smoke frame 9 is prevented from being damaged.
When the cigarette frame 9 reaches the opening and closing station 11, a certain distance is provided between the rotation axis of the mechanical arm 23 and the rotation axis of the side frame plate 93 of the cigarette frame 9, so as to ensure that the mechanical arm 23 is not blocked by the cigarette frame 9 when rotating to be close to the side frame plate 93. In addition, in the horizontal direction, the contact position between the lifting structure and the side frame plate 93 is always located at one side of the hinge axis of the lifting cylinder 261 facing the other frame opening and folding manipulator 2, so as to ensure that the lifting cylinder 261 always has a tendency to swing towards the limit rod 233, and further the mechanical arm 23 swings towards the side frame plate 93 and contacts with the net structure 934 of the side frame plate 93 in the process of rotating towards the side frame plate 93.
When the side frame plate 93 of the cigarette frame 9 is in the unfolded state, the side frame plate 93 remains vertical, and if the cigarette frame 9 is to be folded, the lifting mechanism 26 needs to be controlled to operate first, the side frame plate 93 is pushed to move upwards by using the lifting structure, so that the positioning protrusion 932 is separated from the positioning groove 922, and then the side frame plate 93 can be driven to rotate. When the side frame plates 93 of the cigarette frame 9 are in the folded state, the side frame plates 93 are horizontally stacked on the bottom plate 91 of the cigarette frame 9, if the cigarette frame 9 is to be folded, the mechanical arm 23 is required to drive the side frame plates 93 to rotate to a nearly vertical state, and then the jacking mechanism 26 is required to drive the side frame plates 93 to move upwards, so as to ensure that the positioning protrusions 932 do not abut against the side surfaces of the hinge structures 92 when the side frame plates 93 rotate to the vertical state, otherwise, the side frame plates 93 are blocked and cannot rotate to the vertical state.
When the side frame plates 93 of the cigarette frame 9 are unfolded or folded, the two side frame plates 93 need to be sequentially operated, for example, when the two side frame plates 93 are folded, the two side frame plates 93 are sequentially stacked on the bottom plate 91 of the cigarette frame 9; in the case of expanding the side frame plates 93, it is necessary to expand the side frame plates 93 stacked above, and then to expand the side frame plates 93 placed on the bottom plate 91.
Referring to fig. 3, 10 and 11, the following describes the specific structure of the elevating bearing device 3 as follows:
the lifting bearing devices 3 are respectively configured on two sides of the first chain conveying line 14 in one group, each group of lifting bearing devices 3 comprises two parallel lifting bearing devices along the length direction of the first chain conveying line 14, the number of the two groups of lifting bearing devices 3 is four, and when the cigarette frame 9 or the cigarette frame 9 stack reaches the stacking station 12, the four lifting bearing devices 3 are respectively positioned at four corners of the cigarette frame 9 or the cigarette frame 9 stack.
The lifting bearing device 3 comprises a stand column 31 which is arranged in the vertical direction and is bolted with the frame 1, a rolling guide rail pair 311 and a worm wheel screw lifter 312 are arranged on the side surface of the stand column 31 in the vertical direction, the stand column 31 is slidably connected with a bearing structure 32 through the rolling guide rail pair 311, and the worm wheel screw lifter 312 is also connected with the bearing structure 32 so as to drive the bearing structure 32 to slide in the vertical direction. The supporting structure 32 comprises a device main body 321 matched with the rolling guide rail pair 311 and the worm gear screw lifter 312, a through groove 322 is formed in the side surface of the device main body 321 in a penetrating manner along the horizontal direction, the through groove 322 penetrates through the device main body 321 along the direction perpendicular to the first chain conveying line 14, and the through groove 322 is also communicated with the top surface of the device main body 321; also disposed within the channel 322 is a carrier insert 325 for supporting all or a portion of the cigarette packet 9 of the stack of cigarette packets 9. All the cigarette frames 9 of the cigarette frame 9 stack are supported by the bearing plugboard 325, so that a folded cigarette frame 9 can be conveyed to the lower part of the current cigarette frame 9 stack, and then the supported cigarette frame 9 is dropped, so that stacking can be completed; the carrying plugboard 325 is utilized to lift up part of the tobacco frames 9 of the stack of the tobacco frames 9, the part of the tobacco frames 9 which are not lifted up can be transferred by the first chain conveying line 14, and if the part of the tobacco frames 9 which are not lifted up are only one tobacco frame 9 which is positioned at the bottom layer, the tobacco frames 9 at the bottom layer can be transferred to the opening and closing station 11 to carry out the unfolding work of the tobacco frames 9.
Further, the supporting structure 32 is slidably matched with the side column 931 through the rolling guide pair 311, the unstacking station 12 further includes a synchronous motor 33 for driving the worm wheel screw lifters 312 of each lifting bearing device 3 to operate synchronously, the synchronous motor 33 is bolted with the frame 1, an output shaft of the synchronous motor 33 is in transmission connection with a dual-shaft output reducer 331, two output shafts of the dual-shaft output reducer 331 are in transmission connection with two transmission rods, the two transmission rods are respectively in transmission connection with a dual-shaft output reducer 331, the two dual-shaft output reducers 331 driven by the transmission rods are respectively located at two sides of the first chain conveyor line 14, and are respectively used for driving the worm wheel screw lifters 312 of one group of lifting bearing devices 3 to operate, that is, the synchronous motor 33 obtains four output shafts for transmission by means of the three dual-shaft output reducers 331, and is in transmission connection with the four worm wheel screw lifters 312 by using the four output shafts for transmission.
Specifically, the carrying insertion plate 325 is connected with the through groove 322 through two connecting rods 324, the two connecting rods 324 are equal in length and parallel to each other, two ends of the connecting rods 324 are hinged with the carrying insertion plate 325 and the through groove 322 respectively, the hinge axis is parallel to the length direction of the first chain conveying line 14, and four hinge points of the two connecting rods 324 can be sequentially connected to form a parallelogram. A telescopic cylinder 323 for driving the bearing plugboard 325 to move is further arranged between the two side walls of the through groove 322, a cylinder body of the telescopic cylinder 323 is rotationally connected with the side walls of the through groove 322, and the rotation axis of the cylinder body is parallel to the hinging axes at the two ends of the connecting rod 324; the piston rod of the telescopic cylinder 323 is hinged with the bearing insert plate 325, the hinge axis is parallel to the rotation axis of the cylinder body, when the telescopic cylinder 323 stretches, the bearing insert plate 325 can be driven to move, and due to the two connecting rods 324, when the bearing insert plate 325 moves, the angle of the bearing insert plate 325 can not change, and only can translate in a plane perpendicular to the hinge axis of the connecting rods 324.
The end of the carrying plugboard 325 near the other carrying plugboard 325 in the embodiment is provided with a horizontal abutting surface 326, and when the carrying plugboard 325 translates, the abutting surface 326 always keeps horizontal, so that the cigarette frame 9 stack can be stably carried. When the carrying plugboard 325 supports the stack of the cigarette frames 9, the two connecting rods 324 are in a vertical state, and the abutting surface 326 of the carrying plugboard 325 is positioned below the bottom plate 91 of one cigarette frame 9 and abuts against the bottom surface of the bottom plate 91 of the cigarette frame 9. At this time, the pressure applied to the carrier insert 325 is transmitted to the device body 321 by the connecting rod 324, and the telescopic cylinder 323 is hardly stressed and is not easily damaged. When the carrying plugboard 325 is not needed to support the cigarette frame 9 stack, the piston rod of the telescopic cylinder 323 is retracted, and the carrying plugboard 325 leaves the area where the cigarette frame 9 stack is located so as not to interfere with the movement of the cigarette frame 9 stack.
In addition, the telescopic cylinder 323 in the scheme is connected with the device main body 321 and the bearing plugboard 325 in a hinged manner, and if the bearing plugboard 325 is horizontally moved due to uneven stress when bearing the cigarette frame 9 stack, the telescopic cylinder 323 can stretch and rotate so as to prevent the telescopic cylinder 323 from being subjected to larger pressure and also prevent the telescopic cylinder 323 from being subjected to force perpendicular to the axis direction of the piston rod, thereby preventing the telescopic cylinder 323 from being bent to loosen or deformed and damaged after long-term working.
Referring to fig. 3, 12 and 13, the following describes the relevant mechanisms of the pack transfer station 13 as follows:
further, since the stack of tobacco frames 9 may not be accurately placed at the stack transfer station 13 when the stack transfer station 13 places the stack of tobacco frames 9, for example, may be offset by a certain distance along the width direction of the frame 1, or may deviate to cause the rotation axis of the side frame plate 93 not to be parallel to the length direction of the frame 1, these incorrect placement problems all require adjustment of the position of the stack of tobacco frames 9, so as to ensure that the stack of tobacco frames 9 can be stably lifted by the two sets of lifting and bearing devices 3 at the destacking station 12, and that the tobacco frames 9 in the stack of tobacco frames 9 reach the opening and closing station 11, or that the tobacco frames 9 in the stack of tobacco frames 9 can be smoothly opened and closed by the mechanical arm 23. Therefore, the tobacco frame stack transferring station 13 in this embodiment is also provided with an active position correcting device, and the active position correcting device comprises two correcting mechanisms 4 symmetrically arranged at two sides of the second chain conveying line 15, and the positions of the tobacco frame stacks 9 are adjusted by using the correcting mechanisms 4.
The correction mechanism 4 comprises a base plate 41 which is bolted with the frame 1, a knocking arm 42 and a correction cylinder 43 which are arranged on the base plate 41, two lug plates which are arranged along the length direction of the frame 1 are welded and fixed on the top surface of the base plate 41, the knocking arm 42 is rotationally connected between the two lug plates, the rotation axis of the knocking arm 42 is parallel to the length direction of the frame 1, and the bottom end of the knocking arm 42 is also connected with a hinging rod 44 and hinged with a piston rod of the correction cylinder 43 through the hinging rod 44. The correction cylinder 43 is bolted to the top surface of the base plate 41, and the piston rod of the correction cylinder 43 stretches and contracts along the width direction of the frame 1, the piston rod axis of the correction cylinder 43 does not intersect with the rotation axis of the knock arm 42, the hinge point of the hinge rod 44 and the knock arm 42 does not coincide with the rotation axis of the knock arm 42, and when the piston rod of the correction cylinder 43 stretches and contracts, the knock arm 42 can be pulled or pushed by the hinge rod 44 to rotate around the rotation axis of the knock arm 42 itself. In this scheme will strike between arm 42 and the piston rod through articulated rod 44, because when piston rod and striking arm 42 lug connection, strike arm 42 swing or can produce torsion to correction cylinder 43 when receiving the impact, reduce correction cylinder 43's life, and use articulated rod 44 after, strike arm 42 and cylinder indirect connection, correction cylinder 43 is difficult for receiving torsion.
In addition, the knock arm 42 has a certain length along the length direction of the frame 1, the knock arm 42 in this embodiment includes a rectangular frame 421, the rectangular frame 421 has two beams parallel to the length direction of the frame 1 and a side bar fixedly connected between the two beams, when the knock arm 42 rotates toward the pack of cigarettes 9 located at the pack transfer station 13, the knock arm 42 abuts against the side of the pack of cigarettes 9 through the side bar, the side bar of the rectangular frame 421 is in a vertical state, and the distance between the knock arms 42 of the two correction mechanisms 4 is the same as the width of the pack of cigarettes 9. When the knocking arm 42 is abutted with the cigarette frame 9 stack through the side rods, if the cigarette frame 9 stack is in an inclined state, the knocking arm 42 can only abut against the cigarette frame 9 stack through one side rod when rotating, the cigarette frame 9 stack can be pushed to be adjusted along with the continuous rotation of the knocking arm 42 to a vertical state, meanwhile, the knocking arms 42 of the two correcting mechanisms 4 are matched, the cigarette frame 9 stack can be pushed to move, and the cigarette frame 9 stack is accurately placed on the second chain conveying line 15. When the position of the cigarette frame 9 stack is adjusted by the knocking arm 42, the knocking arm 42 can be controlled to unidirectionally rotate towards the cigarette frame 9 stack to directly push the cigarette frame 9 stack to be adjusted to a correct position, the knocking arm 42 can be controlled to repeatedly swing to continuously collide with the cigarette frame 9 stack, and the impact force during collision is utilized to push the cigarette frame 9 stack to be adjusted.
In addition, the knock arm 42 further includes an inclined frame 422 fixedly connected to the rectangular frame 421, and the inclined frame 422 is located at an end of the rectangular frame 421 away from the rotation axis of the rectangular frame 421 itself. The shape of the inclined frame 422 is rectangular, but a certain included angle is formed between the plane where the inclined frame 422 is located and the plane where the rectangular frame 421 is located, when the rectangular frame 421 rotates to be abutted against the cigarette frame 9 stack, the inclined frame 422 is located above the rectangular frame 421, a certain distance is formed between the inclined frame 422 and the cigarette frame 9 stack, and the inclined frame 422 can primarily adjust the position of the cigarette frame 9 deflected above the cigarette frame 9 stack.
In addition, the rectangular frame 421 and the inclined frame 422 are further attached with a protection pad 423 on the side surface facing the stack of the cigarette frame 9, and when the knock arm 42 is abutted against the stack of the cigarette frame 9, the knock arm 42 is abutted against the stack of the cigarette frame 9 by the protection pad 423, and the protection pad 423 can alleviate the impact force between the knock arm 42 and the stack of the cigarette frame 9.
In order to control the rectangular frame 421 integrally formed with the knock arm 42 to be accurately rotated to the vertical state, a magnetic switch (not shown) is mounted on the correction cylinder 43, and the telescopic distance of the piston rod of the correction cylinder 43 is monitored by the magnetic switch, so that the correction cylinder 43 is accurately controlled to stop operating when the rectangular frame 421 is rotated to the vertical state.
Further, the piston rod of the correction cylinder 43 and the top surface of the base plate 41 are both disposed along the horizontal direction, and the top surface of the base plate 41 is also bolted with two positioning blocks 45 arranged on two sides of the piston rod of the correction cylinder 43, the positioning blocks 45 are of a strip structure extending along the axial direction of the piston rod of the correction cylinder 43, and the space between the two positioning blocks 45 is adapted to the width of the hinge rod 44, so that a channel for sliding the hinge rod 44 is formed between the two positioning blocks 45, and the channel is used for guiding the hinge rod 44 to move and preventing the hinge rod 44 from shifting along the length direction of the frame 1. In addition, an arc surface is further processed at one end of the hinge rod 44 hinged to the piston rod of the correction cylinder 43, the axis of the arc surface is coincident with the hinge axis between the hinge rod 44 and the piston rod of the correction cylinder 43, when the knock arm 42 rotates to a vertical state, the hinge rod 44 moves to be in contact with the top surface of the base plate 41, the base plate 41 can provide support for the hinge rod 44, the force applied to the piston rod of the correction cylinder 43 in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the piston rod is relieved, in addition, the base plate 41 can restrict the rotation direction of the hinge rod 44, and the correction cylinder 43 can stably pull the knock arm 42 to rotate.
Specifically, the first chain conveying line 14 and the second chain conveying line 15 in this scheme all include two chain conveying structures 5, and chain conveying structures 5 include two sprocket 51 that rotate with frame 1 and wind the conveyer chain on two sprocket 51, and the sprocket 51 of chain conveying structures 5 is arranged along the length direction of frame 1, and the conveyer chain includes one section horizontal chain 52 of taking at two sprocket 51 tops, and horizontal chain 52 is parallel with frame 1 length direction. The two chain conveying structures 5 of each chain conveying line are juxtaposed along the width direction of the frame 1, and the horizontal chains 52 of the two conveying chains respectively support the legs 911 on both sides of the cigarette frame 9. The state that the cigarette frame 9 or the cigarette frame 9 stack is correctly placed on the chain conveying line means that the four supporting legs 911 of the cigarette frame 9 or the cigarette frame 9 stack bottom layer cigarette frame 9 are respectively placed on the horizontal chains 52 of the two chain conveying structures 5.
The two chain conveying structures 5 of the first chain conveying line 14 are in one-to-one correspondence with the two chain conveying structures 5 of the second chain conveying line 15, in the two chain conveying structures 5 corresponding to each other, the ends of the horizontal chains 52 of the two chain conveying structures 5 are adjacent, and the distance between the adjacent ends of the two horizontal chains 52 is smaller than the width of the supporting leg 911 of the cigarette frame 9, when the horizontal chains 52 move, the cigarette frame 9 or the cigarette frame 9 stack on the horizontal chains 52 can be smoothly driven to move between the two chain conveying structures 5, namely, the cigarette frame 9 or the cigarette frame 9 stack is transferred between the first chain conveying line 14 and the second chain conveying line 15.
Along the length of the frame 1, a first chain conveyor line 14 passes through the opening and closing station 11 and the destacking station 12, while a second chain conveyor line 15 extends from the pack transfer station 13 to adjacent to the first chain conveyor line 14, i.e. the ends of the two chain conveyor lines adjacent to the chains are located between the destacking station 12 and the opening and closing station 11 or the pack transfer station 13. After the second chain conveyor line 15 conveys the stacks of cigarette boxes 9 from the cigarette box stack transferring station 13 to the first chain conveyor line 14, the stacks of cigarette boxes 9 can move to the destacking station 12 and the opening and closing station 11 along with the first chain conveyor line 14. In this scheme, adopt first chain transfer chain 14 and second chain transfer chain 15 to carry cigarette frame 9 or cigarette frame 9 buttress stage by stage, can remove cigarette frame 9 or cigarette frame 9 buttress time between two stations, influence the cigarette frame 9 of another station, certainly when the actual configuration, also can dispose three chain transfer chain, and three chain transfer chain is responsible for the cigarette frame 9 or the cigarette frame 9 buttress transfer work of a station respectively.
Further, the frame 1 is further provided with a plurality of pairs of roller corrector 6, the two roller corrector 6 in the same pair are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the first chain conveying line 14 or the second chain conveying line 15, the horizontal direction perpendicular to the first chain conveying line 14 is the width direction of the frame 1, and the distance between the two roller corrector 6 in the same pair is equal to the length of the cigarette frame 9 along the width direction of the frame 1. The roller corrector 6 comprises a rotating pulley and guide plates positioned at two sides of the pulley, wherein the rotating axis of the pulley is arranged along the vertical direction, the guide plates obliquely point to the positions of the pulleys, and the distance between the guide plates at two sides of the pulley is gradually reduced along the direction of the other roller corrector close to the same pair until the guide plates are close to the pulleys. When the cigarette frame 9 slides on the chain conveying line through the roller corrector 6, the deviated cigarette frame 9 is guided to slide to the pulley by the guide plate, and after the cigarette frame 9 passes between the two roller corrector 6 in the same pair, the position of the cigarette frame 9 can be adjusted and corrected.
The frame 1 is also provided with three stoppers 7 matched with the cigarette frame 9, and the three stoppers 7 are respectively positioned at the opening and closing station 11, the destacking station 12 and the cigarette frame stack transferring station 13.
The frame 1 also has a laser correlation sensor 8, and the laser correlation sensor 8 includes a transmitting unit and a receiving unit, which are respectively located at two sides of the first chain conveyor line 14 or the second chain conveyor line 15.
In the conveying device, a control unit can be further configured, and the control unit is electrically connected with the laser correlation sensor 8, the stopper 7 and the chain conveying line, so that the moving position of the cigarette frame 9 or the cigarette frame 9 stack is monitored and regulated, in addition, the control unit also controls the operation of the frame opening and folding manipulator 2, the lifting bearing device 3 and the correction structure 4, so that the procedures of opening and closing the cigarette frame 9, unstacking and correcting the position are automatically executed after the cigarette frame 9 or the cigarette frame 9 stack reaches a certain station.

The conveying equipment with the cigarette frame opening and closing function according to claim 1, wherein the mounting platform is provided with two shaft seats with coincident axes, one end, connected with the mounting platform, of the mechanical arm is taken as a connecting end, the other end is taken as a free end, the connecting end of the mechanical arm is provided with a shaft body, two ends of the shaft body are respectively inserted into the two shaft seats and are in rotary fit with the shaft seats, and the driving mechanism comprises a driving motor in transmission connection with one shaft body.

The conveying equipment with the cigarette frame opening and closing function according to claim 7, wherein the frame opening and folding manipulator further comprises a mounting plate connected to the side face of the frame, the mounting plate is provided with a sliding rail arranged vertically, a screw pair and a lifting motor used for driving the screw pair to operate, the mounting platform is in sliding fit with the mounting plate through the sliding rail, the screw pair comprises a screw rod rotationally connected with the mounting plate and a nut in threaded fit with the screw rod, the screw rod is in transmission connection with the lifting motor, and the nut is connected with the mounting platform.

The device of claim 8, wherein the driving mechanism further comprises a tensioning cylinder, the cylinder body of the tensioning cylinder is hinged with the mounting plate, the piston rod is hinged with the mechanical arm, the hinge point between the tensioning cylinder and the mechanical arm and the plug structure are respectively positioned at two sides of the rotation axis of the mechanical arm, the hinge axes between the tensioning cylinder and the mounting plate and between the tensioning cylinder and the mechanical arm are parallel to the rotation axis of the mechanical arm, and the piston rod axis of the tensioning cylinder is not intersected with the rotation axis of the mechanical arm.

The conveying device with the cigarette frame opening and closing function according to claim 1, wherein the cigarette frame stack transferring station is further provided with an active position correcting device for correcting the position and the direction of the cigarette frame stack, the active position correcting device comprises two correcting mechanisms symmetrically arranged on two sides of the second chain conveying line, the correcting mechanisms comprise a base plate connected with a frame, the base plate is rotationally connected with a knocking arm, the rotation axis of the knocking arm is parallel to the moving direction of the cigarette frame on the chain conveying line, the knocking arm has a certain length along the direction of the rotation axis of the knocking arm, and the base plate is further connected with a driving component for driving the knocking arm to rotate.

The conveying device with the cigarette frame opening and closing function according to claim 12, wherein the driving assembly comprises a correction cylinder fixedly installed on the top surface of the base plate along the horizontal direction, a hinge rod is arranged between a piston rod of the correction cylinder and the knocking arm and is connected with the correction cylinder and the knocking arm, two ends of the hinge rod are hinged with the correction cylinder and the knocking arm respectively, one end, connected with the piston rod of the hinge rod, of the hinge rod is provided with an arc-shaped surface abutted to the top surface of the base plate, and when the knocking arm rotates to a vertical state, the hinge rod moves to be attached to the top surface of the base plate.
14. A conveyor device with a function of opening and closing a cigarette frame as in claim 12, wherein a protective pad is provided on a side of the knock arm facing the pack, and the knock arm abuts against the side of the pack through the protective pad.

The conveyor with the function of opening and closing the tobacco frames according to claim 1, wherein the frame is further provided with a plurality of pairs of roller corrector, the roller corrector in the same pair is symmetrically arranged at two sides of the chain conveying line, and the distance between the roller corrector in the same pair is equal to the length of the tobacco frames along the connecting line direction of the two roller corrector.

A conveyor device with a function of opening and closing a tobacco frame as claimed in claim 1, wherein the chain conveyor lines comprise a first chain conveyor line for transferring the tobacco frame between an opening and closing station and a destacking station and a second chain conveyor line for transferring the tobacco frame between the destacking station and the tobacco frame stack transferring station, both the chain conveyor lines comprise two parallel horizontal chains, the parallel horizontal chains respectively support the supporting legs of the two sides of the tobacco frame or the tobacco frame stack, the horizontal chains respectively belong to the horizontal chain ends of the first chain conveyor line and the second chain conveyor line and are correspondingly adjacent, and the distance between the horizontal chains of the two chain conveyor lines is smaller than the width of the supporting legs of the tobacco frame stack.

A conveyor apparatus having a function of folding and unfolding a tobacco frame as claimed in claim 16, characterized in that the ends of the two horizontal chains of said chain conveyor lines adjacent to each other are located between the destacking station and the folding station or the frame transfer station.

A conveyor device with a function of opening and closing a tobacco frame as claimed in claim 1, wherein the frame is further provided with three stoppers which are matched with the tobacco frame, and the three stoppers are respectively positioned at the opening and closing station, the unstacking station and the tobacco frame stack transferring station.

The conveyor apparatus with a function of opening and closing a cigarette frame as claimed in claim 18, wherein the frame further comprises a laser correlation sensor, the laser correlation sensor comprises a transmitting unit and a receiving unit, the transmitting unit and the receiving unit are respectively located at two sides of the chain conveyor line, the laser correlation sensor is electrically connected to a control unit, and the control unit is electrically connected to the frame opening and folding manipulator, the lifting bearing device, the active position correcting device and the stopper.
