As shown in fig. 9, the positioning mechanism 3 further includes a first fixing sleeve 33, a disc spring 34 and a fixing nut 35, the axis of the first fixing sleeve 33 is horizontally disposed on the support 32, one end of the outer circumferential surface of the first fixing sleeve 33 is provided with a first fixing ring 331, the fixing nut 35 is in threaded connection with the other end of the first fixing sleeve 33, the fixing column 322 is coaxially and slidably disposed in the first fixing sleeve 33, the disc spring 34 is sleeved on the fixing column 322, and the disc spring 34 is located between the first fixing ring 331 and the needle 321.
In order to enable the thimble to stably clamp the valve rod and prevent the action of the cylinder 31 of the sliding table 43 from directly acting on the valve rod, the first fixing sleeve 33 is horizontally arranged on the bracket 32, the first fixing sleeve 33 is fixedly connected with the bracket 32 through the fixing nut 35 and the first fixing ring 331, the fixing column 322 is coaxially and slidingly arranged in the first fixing sleeve 33, the disc spring 34 is arranged between the first fixing ring 331 and the needle body 321, and the disc spring 34 is compressed when the cylinder 31 of the sliding table 43 drives the needle body 321 to abut against the end part of the valve rod, so that the action of the cylinder 31 of the sliding table 43 is prevented from directly acting on the valve rod, and meanwhile, the fixing nut 35 can prevent the fixing column 322 from being separated from the first fixing sleeve 33 due to the elastic force of the disc spring 34.
As shown in fig. 9 and 11, the positioning mechanism 3 further includes a second fixed ring 361, a connecting rod 362, and an abutment claw 363, where a first slot extending along a radial direction of the first fixed ring 331 is provided on an outer circumferential surface of the first fixed ring 331, the second fixed ring 361 is coaxially and fixedly provided on an outer circumferential surface of the needle 321, a second slot extending along a radial direction of the second fixed ring 361 is provided on an outer circumferential surface of the second fixed ring 361, the abutment claw 363 is rotatably provided in the second slot, two ends of the connecting rod 362 are respectively connected with the first slot and one end of the abutment claw 363 in a rotating manner, and the other end of the abutment claw 363 is radially abutted on the outer circumferential surface of the valve rod.
Because the abutment claw 363 is rotatably disposed in the second slot on the outer circumferential surface of the second fixed ring 361, when the fixed post 322 slides in the first fixed sleeve 33, the first fixed ring 331 approaches the second fixed ring 361, and the first fixed ring 331 drives one end of the abutment claw 363 to deflect through the connecting rod 362, so that the other end of the abutment claw 363 can radially abut against the circumferential surface of the valve rod, and when an abutment force is provided on the circumferential surface of the valve rod, the valve rod cannot rotate between the two needle bodies 321, thereby improving the machining precision of the valve rod.
The clamping end of the abutting claw 363 is provided with a connecting pin 3631, a rubber sleeve 3632 is sleeved on the connecting pin 3631, the outer diameter of the rubber sleeve 3632 is larger than that of one end of the abutting claw 363, and the abutting claw 363 clamps the end part of the valve rod through the rubber sleeve 3632.
As shown in fig. 9, the positioning mechanism 3 further includes a second fixing sleeve 371 and a clamp 372, the second fixing sleeve 371 is coaxially screwed on the outer circumferential surface of the needle 321, one end of the outer circumferential surface of the first fixing sleeve 33 is provided with a stop ring 3711, the second fixing ring 361 is coaxially disposed on the outer circumferential surface of the second fixing sleeve 371, the outer circumferential surface of the second fixing sleeve 371 is further provided with a ring groove coaxial with the second fixing sleeve 371, the clamp 372 is coaxially disposed on the ring groove, and the second fixing ring 361 is located between the clamp 372 and the stop ring 3711.
