Fruit cleaning equipment for fruit wine production according to claim 1, characterized in that the middle part of the n-shaped plate (47) is provided with water through holes, the front side and the rear side of the n-shaped plate (47) are respectively provided with through holes at intervals, the through holes are aligned with the supporting blocks (23), and the n-shaped plate (47) can block the fruit outlet (21) after being moved upwards.

Fruit cleaning equipment for fruit wine production according to claim 4, characterized in that the water shutoff mechanism comprises a square frame (81) connected to the inner upper part of the water storage tank (1), the shutoff plate (83) is arranged at the bottom of the n-shaped plate (47) through the square plate (82), the square frame (81) is plugged after the shutoff plate (83) moves up, and the shutoff plate (83) is positioned below the U-shaped pipe (56).
