本申请是申请号为202080014684.4、申请日为2020年2月11日、发明名称为“包含吡唑化合物的农药混合物”的专利申请的分案申请。
本发明涉及包含吡唑化合物和至少一种杀真菌剂或杀虫剂作为活性化合物的协同增效农药混合物。
因此,本发明涉及包含如下化合物作为活性化合物的农药混合物:
1)式I的1-[(1RS)-1,2-二甲基丙基]-N-乙基-5-甲基-N-哒嗪-4-基-1H-吡唑-4-甲酰胺(通用名:嗪虫唑酰胺(dimpropyridaz)):

在害虫防治领域出现的一个典型问题在于需要降低活性成分的剂量率以降低或避免不利的环境或毒理学效果,同时仍允许有效的害虫防治。遇到的另一问题涉及需要具有对宽范围的害虫或作物病害有效的可用杀虫防治剂。
与农药使用相关的另一难点是重复和唯一地施用单一农药化合物在许多情况下导致对所述活性化合物产生天然或适应耐受性的害虫和有害真菌的快速选择。因此,需要有助于防止或克服耐受性的害虫防治剂。
式I化合物由WO 2012/143317已知。提到该化合物可以用于防除无脊椎动物害虫。
因此,本发明的目的是要提供解决了作为降低剂量率、提高活性谱或组合击倒活性和长期防治或者耐受性管理所讨论的问题中至少一个的农药混合物。
已经发现这些目的中的至少一个由开头所定义的活性化合物的组合实现。
此外,还已发现同时,即联合或分开施用嗪虫唑酰胺和一种或多种活性化合物B或者依次施用嗪虫唑酰胺和一种或多种活性化合物B与使用单独化合物可能的防治率相比允许增强害虫和/或有害真菌的防治。
此外,本发明涉及:
-一种包含包含本文所定义的农药混合物和至少一种惰性液体和/或固体可接受载体的农业组合物;
-一种防治或防除无脊椎动物害虫的方法,包括使所述害虫或其食物供应源、栖息地、繁殖地与农药有效量的本文所定义的农药混合物接触;
-本文所定义的农药混合物在保护生长植物或植物繁殖材料以防无脊椎动物害虫侵袭或侵染中的用途;

本发明混合物可以是嗪虫唑酰胺和至少一种化合物B的物理混合物。因此,本发明还提供了一种包含嗪虫唑酰胺和至少一种化合物B的混合物。然而,该组合物也可以是嗪虫唑酰胺与至少一种化合物B的任何组合,其中不要求化合物A和B一起存在于相同配制剂中。
本文所用术语“无脊椎动物害虫”(也称为动物害虫)包括可能侵袭植物,从而对被侵袭植物造成显著损害的动物种群,如昆虫、蜘蛛和线虫。
术语“本发明化合物”或“式I化合物”或“吡唑化合物A”包括如本文所定义的嗪虫唑酰胺及其立体异构体、盐、互变异构体或N-氧化物。
嗪虫唑酰胺具有一个手性中心;它作为对映体混合物存在。本发明提供了纯对映体或非对映体及其混合物二者以及嗪虫唑酰胺的纯对映体或其混合物的本发明用途。

我们已经发现同时,即联合或分开施用嗪虫唑酰胺和至少一种化合物B或者依次施用嗪虫唑酰胺和至少一种化合物B与单独使用各化合物可能的防治相比允许更好地防治动物害虫和/或有害真菌(协同增效混合物)。
嗪虫唑酰胺可以用作不同杀真菌活性化合物的增效剂。通过同时,即联合或分开施用嗪虫唑酰胺和至少一种活性化合物B1-B7,杀真菌活性以超加和方式提高。通过同时,即联合或分开施用嗪虫唑酰胺和化合物B8,杀虫活性以超加和方式提高。
下面关于各变量的优选实施方案所作说明进一步单独以及优选适用的话就嗪虫唑酰胺而言以及就本发明用途和方法及本发明混合物而言相互结合有效。
本发明的特别方面是农药混合物A、B、C、D、E、F、G和H中的任一种:
农药混合物A包含如下化合物作为活性组分:
A1)嗪虫唑酰胺,和
A2)选自如开头所定义的B.2组的琥珀酸脱氢酶抑制剂;
其中组分A1)和组分A2)以1000:1-1:1000,优选100:1-1:100,特别是20:1-1:20的总重量比例存在。在上述比例中,一个实施方案涉及1:1至过量嗪虫唑酰胺的比例;在另一实施方案中,比例为1:1至过量化合物B。

本发明混合物可以转化成农业化学组合物常用的类型,例如溶液、乳液、悬浮液、粉剂、粉末、糊、颗粒、模压品、胶囊及其混合物。这些和其他组合物类型在“Catalogue ofpesticide formulation types and international coding system”,TechnicalMonograph,第2期,2008年5月第6版,CropLife International中有定义。

本发明混合物通过用农药有效量的活性化合物处理昆虫、真菌或者要保护以防昆虫或真菌侵袭的植物、植物繁殖材料如种子、土壤、表面、材料或场所而直接或者以组合物形式使用。施用均可在植物、植物繁殖材料如种子、土壤、表面、材料或场所被昆虫感染之前和之后进行。
本发明还包括一种防除动物害虫和有害真菌的方法,包括使真菌和/或动物害虫,其栖息地、繁殖地、食物供应源,其中动物害虫生长或可能生长的栽培植物、种子、土壤、区域、材料或环境或者要保护以防动物侵袭或侵染的材料、植物、种子、土壤、表面或空间与农药有效量的本发明混合物接触。
嗪虫唑酰胺和该一种或多种化合物B通常以1000:1-1:1000,优选100:1-1:100或20:1-1:20,尤其是10:1-1:10的重量比施用。
“农药有效量”通常是指对生长获得可观察到的效果所需的本发明混合物或包含该混合物的组合物的量,所述效果包括坏死、死亡、阻滞、预防和去除效果,破坏效果或减少目标生物体的出现和活动的效果。对于在本发明中使用的各种混合物和/或组合物,农药有效量可以变化。混合物和/或组合物的农药有效量也会根据主要条件如所需农药效果及持续时间、气候、目标物种、场所、施用方式等而变化。
实施例
现在通过下列实施例更详细说明本发明。
协同效应可以描述为其中两种或更多种化合物的组合效果大于各化合物的单独效果之和的相互作用。两种混合配对(X和Y)之间就防治百分数或效果而言协同效应的存在可以使用Colby等式(Colby,S.R.,1967,计算除草剂组合的协同增效和拮抗响应,Weeds,15,20-22)计算:
将测量的参数与不含活性化合物的对照方案的生长(100%)以及不含真菌的空白值相比较,以确定病原体在各活性化合物中的相对生长百分数。将这些百分数转化为效力。
效力为0表示病原体的生长水平与未处理对照的相当;效力为100表示病原体没有生长。
活性化合物混合物的预期效力使用Colby等式[R.S.Colby,“计算除草剂组合的协同增效和拮抗响应”,Weeds 15,20-22(1967)]确定并与观察到的效力相比较。
下列测试可以证实本发明混合物或组合物对特定真菌的防治效力。然而,化合物、混合物或组合物所提供的害虫防治保护并不限于这些品种。在一些情况下,发现本发明化合物与其他无脊椎动物害虫防治化合物或试剂的组合对某些重要的无脊椎动物害虫和/或有害真菌显示出协同效应。
将活性化合物分开在二甲亚砜中配制成浓度为10000ppm的储备溶液。
产品氟噻唑吡乙酮以市售成品配制剂使用并且用水稀释至所述活性化合物浓度。
1.在微滴定试验中对晚疫病病原体致病疫霉的活性
将储备溶液根据比例混合,用移液管移到微滴定板(MTP)中并用水稀释至所述浓度。然后加入含有豌豆汁基含水营养培养基或DDC培养基的致病疫霉孢子悬浮液。将各板置于温度为18℃的水蒸气饱和室中。接种7天后使用吸收光度计在405nm下测量MTP。
2.在微滴定板试验中对灰霉病灰葡萄孢的活性
将储备溶液根据比例混合,用移液管移到微滴定板(MTP)中并用水稀释至所述浓度。然后加入灰葡萄孢在生物麦芽或酵母-细菌蛋白胨-乙酸钠水溶液中的孢子悬浮液。将各板置于温度为18℃的水蒸气饱和室中。接种7天后使用吸收光度计在405nm下测量MTP。
3.在小麦上对由小麦壳针孢引起的叶斑病的活性
将储备溶液根据比例混合,用移液管移到微滴定板(MTP)中并用水稀释至所述浓度。然后加入小麦壳针孢在生物麦芽或酵母-细菌蛋白胨-甘油或DOB水溶液中的孢子悬浮液。将各板置于温度为18℃的水蒸气饱和室中。接种7天后使用吸收光度计在405nm下测量MTP。
4.在微滴定试验中对大豆灰斑病菌的活性
将储备溶液根据比例混合,用移液管移到微滴定板(MTP)中并用水稀释至所述浓度。然后加入大豆灰斑病菌在生物麦芽或酵母-细菌蛋白胨-乙酸钠水溶液中的孢子悬浮液。将各板置于温度为18℃的水蒸气饱和室中。
接种7天后使用吸收光度计在405nm下测量MTP。
5.在微滴定板试验中对南瓜炭疽病(Colletotrichum orbiculare)的活性
将储备溶液根据比例混合,用移液管移到微滴定板(MTP)中并用水稀释至所述浓度。然后加入南瓜炭疽病在生物麦芽或酵母-细菌蛋白胨-乙酸钠水溶液中的孢子悬浮液。将各板置于温度为18℃的水蒸气饱和室中。接种7天后使用吸收光度计在405nm下测量MTP。
6.在微滴定板试验中对黑麦喙孢的活性
将储备溶液根据比例混合,用移液管移到微滴定板(MTP)中并用水稀释至所述浓度。然后加入黑麦喙孢在生物麦芽或酵母-细菌蛋白胨-甘油或DOB水溶液中的孢子悬浮液。将各板置于温度为18℃的水蒸气饱和室中。
接种7天后使用吸收光度计在405nm下测量MTP。
7.在微滴定板试验中对核盘菌的活性
将储备溶液根据比例混合,用移液管移到微滴定板(MTP)中并用水稀释至所述浓度。然后加入核盘菌在生物麦芽或酵母-细菌蛋白胨-甘油或DOB水溶液中的孢子悬浮液。将各板置于温度为18℃的水蒸气饱和室中。
接种7天后使用吸收光度计在405nm下测量MTP。

1.包含如下化合物作为活性组分的农药混合物:
1)式I的1-(1,2-二甲基丙基)-N-乙基-5-甲基-N-哒嗪-4-基吡唑-4-甲酰胺:
和
2)至少一种其他化合物B,选自:
B.3)Qi位点的配合物III抑制剂,为florylpicoxamid;
B.5)甾醇生物合成中的C14脱甲基酶抑制剂(DMI杀真菌剂),为4-[[6-[2-(2,4-二氟苯基)-1,1-二氟-2-羟基-3-(5-硫基-1,2,4-三唑-1-基)丙基]-3-吡啶基]氧基]苄腈;
其中组分1)和组分2)以10:1-1:10的重量比存在。
