技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于传递车辆的驱动力的等速万向节,更具体地,涉及一种配备有附接于外圈的润滑脂保持器的等速万向节。
背景技术
等速万向节是传递旋转驱动力的装置,并且被用作为用于通过与车辆的驱动轴、传动轴等结合而传递旋转驱动力的装置。
诸如Rzeppa万向节的等速万向节包括外圈、内圈、设置在外圈和内圈之间的多个滚珠以及容纳这些滚珠的滚珠架。在这样的等速万向节中,外圈通常具有开口侧,并且滚珠、滚珠架和内圈穿过该开口侧插入。在这样的等速万向节中,外圈和内圈分别包括滚珠槽,并且用于传递扭矩的滚珠设置在由外圈和内圈的对应的滚珠槽形成的空间中。

发明效果
根据本发明,通过形成具有沿着纵向轴线延伸的通孔的外圈并且具有堵塞该通孔的具有朝向滚珠和滚珠架所在的空间突出的凸起形状的润滑脂保持器,可以减少填充在外圈和内圈之间的润滑脂的量。此外,通过允许滚珠架或内圈在铰接期间与凸起的润滑脂保持器碰撞,可以限制铰接,因此可以在无需额外部件或诸如堆垛的额外工序的情况下防止滚珠在加工期间分离。

具体实施方式
下面将参照附图详细描述本发明的实施方式。
参照图1至图3,等速万向节包括被构造为分别与分离的动力传动元件连接的外圈11和内圈21。滚珠31作为用于传递扭矩的介质,并且以被容纳在滚珠架32的腔33中的状态而被放置在外圈11和内圈21之间。可以设置多个滚珠31,并且外圈11和内圈21可以各自具有配对形成容纳每个滚珠31的空间的外滚珠槽12和内滚珠槽22。外圈11和内圈21之间的旋转动力传动通过放置在由外滚珠槽12和内滚珠槽22形成的空间中的滚珠31进行。图2示例性示出了设置八个滚珠31的情况,但是滚珠31的数量不限于此并且可以变化,例如六个、十个等。
外圈11形成沿着纵向轴线X1延伸的通孔13,并且内圈21也可以形成沿着纵向轴线X2延伸的通孔23。在根据本发明的等速万向节的实施方式中,当被安装在差速齿轮和传动轴之间时,内圈21可以通过花键耦合紧固于插在通孔23中的差速齿轮的输出轴,并且外圈11的一个端部(图1中的左端部)可以通过焊接与传动轴的中空轴耦合。
外圈11和内圈21可以被构造为在它们彼此成角度地位移时旋转以进行动力传动。在图1和图3中,分别示出了外圈11的纵向轴线X1和内圈21的纵向轴线X2同轴的非铰接状态和它们形成一定角度的铰接状态。在根据本发明的等速万向节的实施方式中,其被构造为允许外圈11和内圈21在铰接的同时在预定角范围内旋转。
滚珠31和滚珠架32所在的外圈11和内圈21之间的空间填充有润滑脂。尽管未在附图中明确示出,但是可以设置用于在外圈11的限定开口的端部(图1中的右端部)与内圈21的外周表面之间进行润滑脂密封的护罩50(在图1中以虚线示出)。护罩50可以由诸如橡胶的可变形材料制成,并且一端可以固定于外圈11,而另一端可以固定于内圈21。虽然未在附图中描绘,但是护罩50的两个端部都可以通过诸如夹具的夹紧装置分别紧固于外圈11和内圈21。

润滑脂保持器41可以位于设置在外圈11的内表面上的座槽14中。润滑脂保持器41可以由诸如钢的金属材料制成,并且可以通过压配合而固定在座槽14中。如图1和图3所示,润滑脂保持器41可以包括被设计成位于外圈11的座槽14中的环形固定部411以及与固定部411连接并且朝向放置滚珠31和滚珠架32的空间凸形地突出的密封部412。例如,密封部412可以是球形形状。通过将保持器41的密封部412形成为成凸形地突出到填充有润滑脂的空间中,可以减小填充润滑脂的空间的体积,这可以减少引入的润滑脂的量。引入的润滑脂的量的减少使得等速万向节的制造成本和重量减少。

内圈,其形成分别与所述外滚珠槽配对的多个内滚珠槽;
多个滚珠,它们分别位于由配对的所述外滚珠槽和所述内滚珠槽形成的空间中;
滚珠架,其容纳多个所述滚珠;以及
润滑脂保持器,其与所述外圈耦合,以防止填充放置所述滚珠和所述滚珠架的空间的润滑脂通过所述通孔泄漏,
其中所述润滑脂保持器具有朝向所述滚珠和所述滚珠架突出的凸起形状。
2.根据权利要求1所述的等速万向节,其中,所述润滑脂保持器被构造为在所述外圈和所述内圈之间铰接期间与所述内圈和所述滚珠架中的一个或多个碰撞,从而限制所述滚珠架的旋转。
