Abstract

本发明公开了一种绿色的牡蛎礁礁体修复方法,包括如下步骤:(1)对碎贝壳、疏浚泥等实验材料进行预处理;(2)按照一定质量比将选用的碎贝壳、生物诱导剂、疏浚泥、水泥、河砂、深色颜料、水等进行均质揉捏混合;(3)将混合材料放入模具中,进行常温陈腐;(4)将陈腐后的礁体进行干燥和焙烧,烧制成型。本发明的创新之处是,根据现有研究,根据牡蛎的生物习性加入生物诱导剂和深色颜料,此外还使用碎贝壳和疏浚泥等废弃物,进行了废弃资源的再次利用,为牡蛎礁礁体修复提供了一种新的方法。

技术领域
本发明属于人工牡蛎礁构建和修复技术领域,具体涉及一种绿色的牡蛎礁礁体修复方法。
背景技术
牡蛎礁是由大量牡蛎固着生长于硬底物表面所形成的一种生物礁,受水质污染和病害等主要威胁影响。
本发明提出了一种绿色的牡蛎礁礁体修复方法,是一种使用废弃物作为修复原料的绿色修复方法,对于牡蛎礁修复方法的推广有一定意义。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种绿色的牡蛎礁礁体修复方法,该方法使用碎贝壳、生物诱导剂、疏浚泥、水泥、河砂、深色颜料、水等环境友好、来源广泛、价格低廉的材料,选用适应牡蛎生物特性的生物诱导剂和深色颜料作为牡蛎礁礁体的主要成分,通过较为简单的方法修复牡蛎礁,技术方法可操作性较强。
技术方案如下:
1、原料的预处理:对选用的碎贝壳、疏浚泥等实验材料进行预处理。用行星式球磨机将贝壳和牡蛎壳进行破碎,在一定转速下球磨90min,破碎为粒径范围为0.05-5mm的碎贝壳,备用;将自然晾干的疏浚泥破碎成粒径为0.05-5mm的固体的颗粒备用;水为常用自来水。
2、原料的混合均质:将准备好的碎贝壳、生物诱导剂、疏浚泥、水泥、河砂、深色颜料、水等按一定份数比例混合均匀,揉捏均质0.5h以上,制成混合材料。
3、牡蛎礁礁体制备:将混合材料放入模具中,在20℃±3℃,90%湿度条件下进行常温陈腐3-24h。
4、礁体的烧制成型:烘干流程:烘干温度为100-110℃,升温速率1-5℃/min,保温时间8-12h,其中优选烘干温度105-110℃,升温速率1-3℃/min,保温时间8-10h。
焙烧流程:焙烧温度不高于1100℃,升温速率5-10℃/min,保温时间5-8h,其中优选阶梯式升温,升温速率为5℃/min在200℃、400℃、600℃、800℃、1000℃下分别保温1h后自然冷却至100℃以下制成牡蛎礁礁体。
其特征在于:
上述技术方案中,所述牡蛎礁礁体修复材料中碎贝壳、生物诱导剂、疏浚泥、水泥、河砂、深色颜料、水的份数比(整体为100份)为a∶b∶c∶d∶e∶f∶g,a为5-8,b为5-8,c为25-30,d为10-20,e为25-30,f为5-8,g为10-15,其中优选a为5-6,b为6-8,c为28-30,d为15-18,e为28-30,f为6-8,g为11-13。
上述技术方案中,原料需要揉捏混合均质需在0.5h以上。
上述技术方案中,生物诱导剂为碳酸钙、硫酸钙、柠檬酸钙、乳酸钙中的一种或几种混合。
上述技术方案中,深色原料为碳粉、煤渣等的一种或几种混合。
上述技术方案中,放入模具后的混合材料需要在20℃±3℃,90%湿度条件下进行常温陈腐3-24h,优选12-16h。
上述技术方案中,烘干温度为100-110℃,升温速率1-5℃/min,保温时间8-12h,其中优选烘干温度105-110℃,升温速率1-3℃/min,保温时间8-10h。
上述技术方案中,焙烧温度不高于1100℃,升温速率5-10℃/min,保温时间5-8h,其中优选阶梯式升温,升温速率为5℃/min在200℃、400℃、600℃、800℃、1000℃下分别保温1h后自然冷却至100℃以下,制成牡蛎礁礁体。
本发明的优点:
本发明的创新之处是,根据现有研究,根据牡蛎的生物习性加入生物诱导剂和深色颜料,此外还使用碎贝壳和疏浚泥等废弃物,进行了废弃资源的再次利用,为牡蛎礁礁体修复提供了一种新的方法。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体的实施例对本发明进行进一步的描述。
实施例和对比例所使用的化学试剂均为市场所售药品,分析纯,所用水为自来水。
以下实施例可以使本专业技术人员更全面的理解本发明,但不以任何方式限制本发明,凡在本申请技术方案基础上做的等同变换均落入本发明的保护范围。
具体制备步骤如下
1、原料的预处理:对选用的碎贝壳、疏浚泥等实验材料进行预处理。用行星式球磨机将贝壳和牡蛎壳进行破碎,在350r/min下球磨90min,破碎为粒径范围为3-5mm的碎贝壳,备用;将自然晾干的疏浚泥在350r/min下球磨90min,破碎成粒径为3-5mm的固体的颗粒备用;水为常用自来水。
2、原料的混合均质:碎贝壳、生物诱导剂、疏浚泥、水泥、河砂、深色颜料、水按5∶6∶25∶18∶25∶8∶13的份数比例混合均匀,即取疏浚淤泥、石灰、深色颜料、水泥、河砂、生物诱导剂、水的质量分别约为22.42g,26.90g,112.10g,80.71g,112.10g,35.87g,58.29,揉捏均质0.5h以上,制成混合材料。
3、牡蛎礁礁体制备:将混合材料放入模具中,在20℃±3℃,90%湿度条件下进行常温陈腐12h。
4、礁体的烧制成型:通过设定升温程序,进行烧制成型。升温程序见图2,其中,由常温升温至105℃的升温速率为1℃/min,继续升温过程的升温速率均为5℃/min,在1050℃的高温烧结保温时间为10min。升温程序结束后,在箱式电阻炉闭合状态下,烧结后的砖坯试样经自然冷却至100℃以下后取出,制成牡蛎礁礁体。

1.一种绿色的牡蛎礁礁体修复方法,其特征在于:牡蛎礁修复材料主要由碎贝壳、生物诱导剂、疏浚泥、水泥、河砂、深色颜料、水等混合制成。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种绿色的牡蛎礁礁体修复方法,步骤如下:
(a)对选用的碎贝壳、疏浚泥等实验材料进行预处理;
(b)按照一定质量比将1中选用的材料进行均质揉捏混合;
(c)将混合材料放入模具中,进行常温陈腐;
(d)将养护后的礁体进行干燥和焙烧,烧制成型。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种绿色的牡蛎礁礁体修复方法,其特征在于生物诱导剂为碳酸钙、硫酸钙、柠檬酸钙、乳酸钙中的一种或几种混合。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种绿色的牡蛎礁礁体修复方法,其特征在于:河砂选用普通河砂,粒径范围为3-5mm。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种绿色的牡蛎礁礁体修复方法,其特征在于:深色颜料为碳粉、煤渣等的一种或几种混合。
6.如权利要求2所述的一种绿色的牡蛎礁礁体修复方法,其特征在于:需要将贝壳和牡蛎壳进行破碎,破碎为粒径范围为0.05-5mm的碎贝壳;疏浚泥在使用前需先自然晾干,后用球磨机破碎至0.05-5mm的固体。
7.如权利要求2所述的均匀混合预处理材料的方法,其特征在于:碎贝壳、生物诱导剂、疏浚泥、水泥、河砂、深色颜料、水的份数比(整体为100份)为a∶b∶c∶d∶e∶f∶g,a为5-8,b为5-8,c为25-30,d为10-20,e为25-30,f为5-8,g为10-15,其中优选a为5-6,b为6-8,c为28-30,d为15-18,e为28-30,f为6-8,g为11-13。混合后需要揉捏混合均质0.5h以上。
