The invention is further described in connection with the following detailed description in order to make the technical means, the creation characteristics, the achievement of the purpose and the effect of the invention easy to understand.
As shown in fig. 1, the production steps of the marine grape mask cloth according to the embodiment of the invention are as follows:
s1: adding the sea grape extract, the litchi extract, the aloe extract, the propolis extract and the collagen according to a proportion, fully stirring, heating to 75-85 ℃ for mixing and reacting for 5-10 minutes, adding the crosslinking liquid, stirring and mixing, keeping the reaction temperature at 75-85 ℃, and reacting for 8-12 minutes to prepare the hydrogel containing the sea grape essence;
s2: drying the hydrogel, and then adding the hydrogel into a spinning machine for spinning treatment, so as to generate a sea grape fiber felt;
s3: dissolving chitosan in acetic acid aqueous solution to prepare chitosan solution, obtaining impregnating solution, putting the impregnating solution into an impregnating box, immersing the sea grape fiber felt into the impregnating box, carrying out impregnating treatment through the impregnating solution, taking out, carrying out negative pressure defoaming for 10-20s, extruding redundant liquid, and drying to obtain the sea grape composite fiber felt;
s4: and reinforcing the marine grape composite fiber felt through a hydroentangling machine to obtain the marine grape mask cloth.
The sea grape is called as 'green caviar', 80% of the sea grape is composed of seaweed polysaccharide, collagen and dietary fiber, the sea grape contains 11 amino acids necessary for human body, the sea grape is balanced in composition and complete in variety, cell activity can be enhanced, cell regeneration can be improved, skin elasticity is enhanced, the sea grape also has a special hydrogel moisturizing factor, skin cells can be tightly grasped in skin furrows to generate an upward lifting effect, skin is forced to be absorbed by a large mouth and a large mouth under the action of negative pressure, skin cells are accurately repaired, the synergistic effect of whitening and repairing is realized, the skin is returned to a good state of water, moisture and elastic moisture again, meanwhile, the sea grape membrane cloth is manufactured by the process, various rich nutrients are further used for rapidly repairing skin barriers, loose and dark yellow skin becomes more elastic and tender, the trouble of melanin is thoroughly kept away from, the grain size of essence molecules can be reduced to a nanometer level through a nanometer molecular technology, and thus the permeability of the sea grape is thoroughly improved, and the skin absorption is more facilitated.
As shown in fig. 2 to 12, a device for preparing a maritime mask cloth for preparing the above-mentioned maritime mask cloth comprises an impregnation tank; the dipping box comprises a box body 1; a placing plate 11 is fixedly connected to the side wall of the top end of the box body 1; the placing plate 11 is provided with a discharging roller 12 and a receiving roller 13; the inner side wall of the box body 1 is rotationally connected with a first guide roller 14, a second guide roller 15 and a third guide roller 16, the first guide roller, the second guide roller 15 and the third guide roller are distributed in an isosceles triangle, and the second guide roller 15 is positioned at the top end of the isosceles triangle; the inner side wall of the box body 1 is rotatably connected with a fourth guide roller 17, a fifth guide roller 18 and a sixth guide roller 19; the fourth guide roller 17 is positioned right above the first guide roller 14; the fifth guide roller 18 is positioned right above the second guide roller 15; the sixth guide roller 19 is positioned right above the fifth guide roller 18; during operation, the base fabric body 2 is firstly placed in the discharging roller 12, then the base fabric body 2 firstly passes through the lower part of the first guiding roller 14, the upper part of the second guiding roller 15, the lower part of the third guiding roller 16, the upper part of the fifth guiding roller 18 and the lower part of the fourth guiding roller 17, the material collecting treatment is carried out through the material collecting roller 13, the flow path of the base fabric body 2 is completed, meanwhile, when the base fabric body 2 flows in the box body 1, the rolling drying treatment is carried out through the gap between the second guiding roller 15 and the fifth guiding roller 18, the gap between the fifth guiding roller 18 and the sixth guiding roller 19 and the gap between the first guiding roller 14 and the fourth guiding roller 17, the base fabric body 2 can be subjected to three-padding treatment, the cyclic padding and the rolling rod can ensure the dipping effect of the base fabric body 2, the modified quality is ensured, meanwhile, the discharging roller 12 and the material collecting roller 13 have power, the prior art is not explained, meanwhile, the flow path of the base fabric body 2 is in the form of a circular isosceles triangle, the running can be continuously accumulated on the device, the running up and the guide body can be ensured to be fully padded in the limited padding space of the base fabric 2.
The ends of the second guide roller 15, the fifth guide roller 18 and the sixth guide roller 19 extend out of the box body 1 and are fixedly connected with a first gear 22, a second gear 23 and a third gear 24 respectively; the first gear 22 and the second gear 23 are meshed with each other, and the second gear 23 and the third gear 24 are meshed with each other; the outer side wall of the box body 1 is fixedly connected with a first motor 21 through an L-shaped rod; the output end of the first motor 21 is connected with the fifth guide roller 18; during operation, when padding is performed in the box 1, the rotating forces of the first guide roller 14, the second guide roller 15, the third guide roller 16, the fourth guide roller 17, the fifth guide roller 18 and the sixth guide roller 19 are all driven by the flowing force of the base cloth body 2, but the base cloth body is a sea grape fiber felt, the surface of the base cloth body is not subjected to water jet reinforcement treatment, a plurality of fiber filaments (the firm force is insufficient at the moment) are carried on the surface of the base cloth body, in order to avoid the loss of a large number of fiber filaments, the first motor 21 is provided, the first motor 21 drives the fifth guide roller 18 to rotate clockwise, meanwhile, the first gear 22 and the second gear 23 are meshed with each other, the second gear 23 and the third gear 24 are meshed with each other, and further, when the fifth guide roller 18 rotates, the second guide roller 15 and the sixth guide roller 19 are driven to rotate, the rotating direction of the base cloth body is opposite to the flowing direction of the base cloth body 2, the firm force of the surface fiber filaments is prevented from being carried out by the power in the opposite direction, and the dry quality of the base cloth body can be prevented from being increased during the dipping, and the dry quality of the fiber filaments can be basically rolled.
A group of pipelines 3 are fixedly connected to the inner side wall of the box body 1, the group of pipelines 3 are square, and the horizontal central plane of the group of pipelines 3 and the plane where the central points of the second guide roller 15 and the third guide roller 16 are located are mutually overlapped; a group of rotating rods 31 are rotatably connected to the pipeline 3, the rotating rods 31 are obliquely arranged, and auger sheets 32 are fixedly connected to the rotating rods 31; the rotating rod 31 rotates through a power piece; during operation, when the basic body is impregnated, the basic cloth body 2 generally flows, the impregnating solution is in a non-flowing state, the impregnating effect and the impregnating quality are poor, meanwhile, when the basic cloth body 2 is impregnated, the basic cloth body 2 can take away a part of the impregnating solution, the impregnating solution needs to be added at the moment, but after the subsequent addition, the concentration in the box body 1 presents different states at different positions due to the non-flowing of the impregnating solution, the impregnating quality of the basic cloth body 2 can be further influenced, therefore, during operation, when the basic cloth body 2 is in a flowing state, the power piece can drive the rotating rod 31 to rotate, the rotating rod 31 can drive the auger sheet 32 to rotate, the auger sheet 32 can drive the impregnating solution of the whole box body 1 to flow, the same modified concentration of the box body 1 is ensured, and the impregnating quality of the basic cloth body 2 is further improved at the same time.
A group of first rotating shafts 33 are rotatably connected to the outer side wall of the box body 1, the first rotating shafts 33 extend into the pipeline 3, and a group of first bevel gears 36 are fixedly connected to shafts of the first rotating shafts 33 positioned in the pipeline 3; the end part of the rotating rod 31 stretches into the pipeline 3, and a second bevel gear 37 is fixedly connected to the shaft wall of the rotating rod 31 stretching into the pipeline 3; the first bevel gear 36 and the second bevel gear 37 are meshed with each other; the end part of the first rotating shaft 33, which is positioned outside the box body 1, is fixedly connected with a first chain wheel 34; the second guide roller 15 is fixedly connected with a second chain wheel 35 on the peripheral wall of the box body 1; the first sprocket 34 and the second sprocket 35 are driven by a chain; during operation, the second sprocket 35 rotates along with the second guide roller 15, when the second guide roller 15 rotates, the first rotating shaft 33 is driven to rotate through a chain between the second sprocket 35 and the first sprocket 34, the first rotating shaft 33 rotates and then drives the rotating rod 31 to rotate through meshing of the first bevel gear 36 and the second bevel gear 37, and the rotating rod 31 rotates and then drives the auger sheet 32 to rotate, so that the impregnating solution is in a flowing state.
The rotary rod 31 is internally provided with a first cavity 4, the bottom end of the first cavity 4 is in an opening state, and the first cavity 4 is communicated with the pipeline 3; a group of second cavities 41 are formed in the auger sheet 32, and the second cavities 41 are communicated with the first cavities 4; a group of air outlet holes 42 are formed in the auger sheet 32, and the air outlet holes 42 are communicated with the second cavity 41; when the packing auger 32 rotates, the packing auger 32 can generate a local vortex state, gas (air or inert gas) can enter through the pipeline 3, and then the gas is discharged through the first cavity 4, the second cavity 41 and the gas outlet hole 42 to form bubbles, because the vortex motion can enable liquid to flow and rotate at a high speed, the contact between the gas and the liquid can be more frequent and tight, and in the liquid flowing at the high speed, the solubility of the gas can be reduced, so that the gas is easier to release from the liquid and form bubbles. In addition, the vortex motion can also increase the tension of the surface of the liquid, so that the formation and stability of bubbles are facilitated, after the bubbles are generated, the bubbles can move upwards and then can be blocked by the base cloth body 2 flowing above to perform contact explosion treatment, and the performances of surface smoothness, softness, antistatic property, hygroscopicity and the like of the base cloth of the fabric can be improved by utilizing explosion operation.
A group of first circular plates 43 are fixedly connected in the first cavity 4; the middle part of the first circular plate 43 is concave, a group of first through holes 49 are formed in the first circular plate 43, and the group of first through holes 49 are arranged around the inner groove of the first circular plate 43; the inner wall of the first cavity 4 far away from the pipeline 3 is fixedly connected with a supporting plate 46 through a spring, a pushing rod 45 is fixedly connected on the supporting plate 46, and the pushing rod 45 penetrates through the inner grooves of a group of first circular plates 43; a group of vibration balls 44 are fixedly connected to the pushing rod 45, and the vibration balls 44 and the first circular plate 43 are distributed in a staggered manner; the pushing rod 45 is circularly pushed by a pushing piece; during operation, when gas is filled, the push rod 45 can move circularly through the push piece at this moment, so that the push rod 45 drives the vibrating ball 44 and the inner concave surface of the first circular plate 43 to collide back and forth to generate vibration force, the whole auger sheet 32 is vibrated, separation of bubbles is facilitated, overlarge bubble generation is avoided, and the arrangement of the first through hole 49 can ensure smoothness of gas.
The pusher comprises a pusher bar 45; the end part of the pushing rod 45 far away from the opening of the first cavity 4 extends out of the rotating rod 31 and is fixedly connected with a magnetic plate 47; a group of magnetic blocks 48 are fixedly connected in the fifth guide roller 18 and the second guide roller 15; the magnetic blocks 48 and the magnetic plates 47 are magnetically repulsive; when the fifth guide roller 18 and the second guide roller 15 rotate during operation, the magnetic blocks 48 and the magnetic plates 47 repel each other, so that the magnetic plates 47 move circularly under the action of magnetic force and the spring force of the supporting plate 46, and the first circular plate 43 vibrates circularly back and forth, so that the processing state and effect are ensured.
A group of filter plates 5 are fixedly connected to the inner walls of the two sides of the box body 1, the positions of the filter plates 5 correspond to those of the pipeline 3, and the filter plates 5 are arranged in a wave shape; a group of rotating rods 31 on the pipeline 3 penetrate through the wave grooves of the filter plates 5; the filter plate 5 is provided with a group of first filter holes 51; during operation, because some fiber silk that drops can exist in the liquid in the box 1, especially in the middle of two-layer base cloth body 2 department, the flow of fiber silk is easy and some tiny impurity in the liquid carry out the picture gathering, lead to the later stage to adhere to on the base cloth body 2, form some small ball settings, influence the manufacturing and the smooth soft sense of follow-up base cloth body 2, can set up and can be equipped with filter 5, and filter 5 is wavy, the rotation of auger piece 32 at this moment can drive liquid flow, let the liquid can pass through filter 5, then through the barrier of filter 5, let the impurity collect on filter 5, avoid some gathering treatments that are in the liquid flow state and cause the agglomeration thing.
The side walls of the two sides of the filter plate 5 are fixedly connected with coiled plates 52, and the coiled plates 52 are spirally shaped in cross section; a group of second filtering holes 53 are formed in the coiled plate 52; during operation, when the water flows to the direction force of the filter plate 5, liquid can be pushed to two sides, impurities can also flow along, the base cloth body 2 can be easily attached again, the coil plate 52 is arranged, the coil plate 52 is utilized for collecting and processing the impurities, and meanwhile, the second filter holes 53 are formed, so that the flow of the liquid is ensured.
Working principle: the base fabric body 2 is firstly placed in the discharging roller 12, then the base fabric body 2 firstly passes through the lower part of the first guiding roller 14, the upper part of the second guiding roller 15, the lower part of the third guiding roller 16, the upper part of the fifth guiding roller 18 and the lower part of the fourth guiding roller 17, the material receiving treatment is carried out through the material receiving roller 13, the flow path of the base fabric body 2 is completed, meanwhile, when the base fabric body 2 flows in the box body 1, the rolling dry treatment is carried out through the gap between the second guiding roller 15 and the fifth guiding roller 18, the gap between the fifth guiding roller 18 and the sixth guiding roller 19 and the gap between the first guiding roller 14 and the fourth guiding roller 17, so that the base fabric body 2 can be subjected to three-soaking and three-rolling treatment, the dipping effect of the base fabric body 2 can be ensured, the modification quality is ensured, and meanwhile, the discharging roller 12 and the material receiving roller 13 are provided with power, the prior art is not illustrated, and meanwhile, the flow path of the base fabric body 2 is in the shape of a circular isosceles triangle, the running process can be continuously added on the device, the running process of the base fabric body can be ensured to be fully rolled in the limited space of the base fabric body 2; when the basic body is impregnated, the basic cloth body 2 generally flows, the impregnating solution is in a non-flowing state, the impregnating effect and the impregnating quality are poor, meanwhile, when the basic cloth body 2 is impregnated, the basic cloth body 2 takes away a part of the impregnating solution, the impregnating solution needs to be added, but after the subsequent addition, the concentration in the box body 1 is in different positions and is in different states due to the non-flowing of the impregnating solution, so that the impregnating quality of the basic cloth body 2 is further influenced, and when the basic cloth body 2 is in a flowing state in work, the power piece drives the rotating rod 31 to rotate, the rotating rod 31 drives the auger sheet 32 to rotate, the auger sheet 32 drives the impregnating solution of the whole box body 1 to flow, the modified concentration of the box body 1 is ensured to be the same, and meanwhile, the impregnating quality of the basic cloth body 2 is further improved; the second sprocket 35 rotates along with the second guide roller 15, when the second guide roller 15 rotates, the first rotating shaft 33 is driven to rotate by a chain between the second sprocket 35 and the first sprocket 34, the first rotating shaft 33 rotates and drives the rotating rod 31 to rotate by meshing the first bevel gear 36 and the second bevel gear 37, and the rotating rod 31 rotates and drives the auger sheet 32 to rotate, so that the impregnating solution is in a flowing state; when the auger blade 32 rotates, the auger blade 32 will generate a local vortex state, and then gas (air or inert gas) will enter through the pipeline 3, and then go out through the first cavity 4, the second cavity 41 and the air outlet hole 42 to generate bubbles, because the vortex motion will make the liquid flow and rotate at a high speed, the contact between the gas and the liquid will be more frequent and tight, and in the liquid flowing at a high speed, the solubility of the gas will be reduced, so that the gas is easier to release from the liquid and form bubbles.
