in the process of screwing the positioning tube 32 to the first threaded shaft 2, referring to fig. 7 (7 a) to (7 b), the positioning tube 32 is gradually sleeved on the first threaded shaft 2, the convex ring 4 at the top end of the first threaded shaft 2 is abutted against the inclined surface of the trapezoid part 331 at the bottom of the positioning block 33, and gradually moves towards the tube wall side close to the positioning tube 32, so as to drive the upper half part of the positioning block 33 to gradually move outwards, thereby being abutted against the hole wall of the locking hole 81 on the traction seat 8, and limiting the traction seat 8 on the horizontal side; the pressing block 31 drives the two hooks 35 to rotate and drives the two first rope rings 53 to wind, and the first rope rings 53 tighten the rope sleeve 52 at the top of the protecting sleeve 51, namely the protecting sleeve 51 is stably fixed at the edge of the traction seat 8 to protect the edge of the traction seat 8;
subsequently, the other protecting sleeve 51 is sleeved on the other traction seat 8 to be packaged, the two second rope rings 54 are sleeved on the second threaded shafts 34 in the assembled locking device 3, then the traction seat 8 is placed on the top surface of the installed traction seat 8, the installation seat 82 is placed on the cushion block 6, then the locating pipe 32 in the other locking device 3 penetrates through the locking hole 81 of the corresponding traction seat 8, the two first rope rings 53 on the protecting sleeve 51 are correspondingly assembled with the hooks 35, and then the locating pipe 32 is in threaded connection with the second threaded shafts 34 in the locking device 3 installed below;

the top of first screw thread axle with the top of second screw thread axle all is provided with the bulge loop, first screw thread axle with the diameter of second screw thread axle is the same.
