The automatic push loading device also includes a sensing mechanism (not shown) above the conveying mechanism 28 for detecting whether the material is stacked. When the material is transported to the discharge port 58, the first limiting cylinder 39 drives the limiting plate 41 to act, the limiting plate extends to the limiting port 40 to be in contact with one surface of the material, the other surface of the material is in contact with the material to be discharged, so that the material is kept in an upright state, and then the material is transported into the discharge channel along with the rotation of the conveyor belt 29, and the material is transported.
The limiting clamping plate 38 is arranged in a U shape, so that one end of the limiting opening 40, which is far away from the second plate body 31, is open; the conveying start end of the conveying belt 29 is provided with a second limiting assembly 42, the second limiting assembly 42 comprises a guide clamping plate 43 matched with the limiting clamping plate 38, the guide clamping plate 43 is H-shaped, and the guide clamping plate 43 slides along the conveying direction of the conveying belt 29; the second limiting assembly 42 further comprises a second limiting cylinder 44, and a piston rod of the second limiting cylinder 44 is connected with the guide clamping plate 43 and used for driving the guide clamping plate 43 to slide; a gap exists between the bottom surface of the second limiting cylinder 44 and the conveyor belt 29, a positioning device 45 is connected to the side surface of the second limiting cylinder 44, and the positioning device 45 is used for adjusting the position of the second limiting cylinder 44.
When the material is discharged from the discharge port 58, the second limiting cylinder 44 drives the guide clamping plate 43 to act, the end part of the guide clamping plate 43 is in contact with the end part of the material, and the material is further limited along with the movement of the guide clamping plate 43, so that the material is kept in an upright state and enters the discharge channel, and then is conveyed.
Referring to fig. 10-14, the positioning device 45 includes a first positioning plate 46, the first positioning plate 46 is L-shaped, and a vertical side of the first positioning plate 46 is connected with a side of the second limiting cylinder 44; the horizontal side of first locating plate 46 is connected with first locating cardboard 48, and the below of first locating cardboard 48 is connected with second locating cardboard 49, and the below of second locating cardboard 49 is connected with second locating plate 47, and second locating plate 47 is L, and the vertical limit of second locating plate 47 is connected at the side of conveyer belt 29.
The first positioning clamping plate 48 is matched with the second positioning clamping plate 49, a first positioning clamping groove 50 is formed below the first positioning clamping plate 48, and a driving block 52 is arranged in the first positioning clamping groove 50; the second positioning clamping plate 49 is provided with a first positioning clamping block 51 matched with the first positioning clamping groove 50, the first positioning clamping block 51 is located in the first positioning clamping groove 50, a driving groove 53 which is convenient for placing the driving block 52 is formed in the first positioning clamping block 51, and the driving block 52 can slide in the driving groove 53.
The positioning device 45 further comprises a positioning knob 54 and a positioning screw 55, the positioning screw 55 penetrates through the second positioning clamping plate 49 and then is connected with the driving block 52, the positioning knob 54 is connected with the end portion of the positioning screw 55, when the position of the second limiting cylinder 44 needs to be adjusted, an operator can drive the positioning screw 55 to rotate by rotating the positioning knob 54, and the positioning screw 55 rotates to drive the driving block 52 and the first positioning clamping plate 48 to slide, so that the purpose of driving the second limiting cylinder 44 to move is achieved. When the thicknesses of the materials are different, the position of the second limiting cylinder 44 needs to be adjusted.
The side of first location cardboard 48 is connected with the location jackscrew 56, and the end of location jackscrew 56 pushes up the outer wall at first location fixture block 51 after passing first location draw-in groove 50 to realize the fixed position of first location cardboard 48 and second location cardboard 49, prevent that second location cardboard 49 from sliding.

the side of the conveyor belt 29 is also provided with a positioning device 45, and a first positioning clamping plate 48 in the positioning device 45 arranged on the side of the conveyor belt 29 is connected to the second plate 31 so as to adjust the position of the second plate 31, namely the size of the discharge channel, when the thicknesses of the materials are different.

the conveying mechanism (28) comprises a conveying belt (29), the height of the conveying belt (29) is higher than that of the conveying rail (2), a first plate body (30) and a second plate body (31) are arranged on the conveying belt (29), a discharging channel which is convenient for materials to pass through is arranged between the first plate body (30) and the second plate body (31), a gap is reserved between the bottom ends of the first plate body (30) and the second plate body (31) and the conveying belt (29), a discharging hole (58) is formed in a position, corresponding to a trough, of the conveying belt (29), the discharging hole (58) is located at the end part of the first plate body (30) and the end part of the second plate body (31), and an adjusting assembly (33) for adjusting the size of the discharging hole (58) is arranged on the conveying belt (29);
the conveyor belt (29) is further provided with a first limiting assembly (37), and the first limiting assembly (37) corresponds to the discharge port (58) and is used for limiting materials discharged from the discharge port (58).

An automatic push loading device according to claim 3, wherein: the limiting opening (40) is positioned at the end part of the limiting clamping plate (38), a second limiting assembly (42) is arranged at the conveying start end of the conveying belt (29), the second limiting assembly (42) comprises a guide clamping plate (43) which is matched with the limiting clamping plate (38), the guide clamping plate (43) is in an H shape, and the guide clamping plate (43) slides along the conveying direction of the conveying belt (29); the second limiting assembly (42) further comprises a second limiting cylinder (44), and a piston rod of the second limiting cylinder (44) is connected with the guide clamping plate (43) and used for driving the guide clamping plate (43) to slide; a gap is reserved between the bottom surface of the second limiting cylinder (44) and the conveyor belt (29), the side surface of the second limiting cylinder (44) is connected with a positioning device (45), and the positioning device (45) is used for adjusting the position of the second limiting cylinder (44).
