Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to an anhydrous cosmetic containing beta-folded fibroin and a preparation method thereof, and the technical scheme is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 0.0001-1% of beta-folded fibroin, 0.1-40% of functional powder, 0.3-30% of auxiliary raw materials and the balance of basic raw materials; the beta-sheet fibroin is prepared by drying, air-drying or freeze-drying a beta-sheet fibroin aqueous solution, and the basic raw materials comprise at least one of grease raw materials and silicon-containing polymers. The invention has the advantages of reducing oily feel, improving user experience, reducing powder sticking, and improving skin adhesion and wider applicability.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to an anhydrous cosmetic containing beta-folded fibroin and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The cosmetic is used for regulating human body for beautifying, retaining or changing human appearance, and can achieve the effects of beautifying face, protecting skin and correcting defects. With the improvement of the living standard of people, more and more people are enthusiastically making up, and the self-confidence and the personal image are further improved by beautifying the appearance through the cosmetics.
The cosmetics in the market can be classified into aqueous cosmetics and anhydrous cosmetics according to the water content of the formula, and the conventional anhydrous cosmetics are prepared by taking grease as a base and adding functional powder to modify the face and lips. The anhydrous cosmetic has higher durability and is not easy to wipe off, but the skin feel is easy to be greasy, the state of the cosmetic on the skin is influenced, and the use experience of a user is also influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects existing in the prior art, the invention aims to provide an anhydrous cosmetic containing beta-folded fibroin and a preparation method thereof, and the anhydrous cosmetic has the advantages of reducing oily feel and improving use experience of users.
The technical aim of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: an anhydrous cosmetic containing beta-sheet fibroin is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass:

Referring to fig. 1, a method for preparing anhydrous cosmetics containing beta-sheet fibroin comprises the following steps:
s1, obtaining a basic raw material, heating to completely dissolve the basic raw material, and uniformly stirring to obtain a first mixed solution;
in actual production, for convenience of process, the base raw material can be added in several times, and the base raw material which needs to be heated and melted and the base raw material which does not need to be heated and melted are usually added separately;
the basic raw materials which need to be heated and melted are mostly sticky grease or solid wax at normal temperature, and the raw materials need to be heated and dissolved at 70-80 ℃ and are uniformly stirred;
the method has the advantages that the heating-free basic raw materials can be weighed and mixed uniformly to obtain the first mixed solution, the weighing standard of the part can meet the grinding and dispersing requirements of the functional powder in S2, the second mixed solution in S2 cannot be too thick and heavy to disperse, and the second mixed solution does not need to be too thin in consistency;
if the content of liquid grease in the basic raw material is very high, the rest part which is not added can be added after the functional powder is dispersed.
S2, obtaining functional powder, adding the functional powder into the first mixed solution, and uniformly mixing to obtain a second mixed solution;
in actual operation, various functional powders can be ground and pretreated by a three-roller grinder and then added into the mixed liquid to be uniformly stirred, and in addition, the toner can be prepared into color paste by pretreatment so as to be convenient to use.
S3, adding the beta-folded fibroin and the auxiliary raw materials into the second mixed solution, uniformly mixing to obtain a third mixed solution, and cooling to obtain a target product.
In step S3, the third mixed solution is poured into a mold to be cooled. The part of anhydrous cosmetics needs a specific shape, and the third mixed liquid needs to be in a solution state and is transferred into a mould to be cooled when the temperature is higher so as to form the specific shape.
