The corncob collecting box (E) comprises a box body (45), a corncob collecting box support (46), a corncob collecting box support front positioning piece (47), a corncob collecting box support rear positioning piece (48) and a turnover piston (49).
The box body (45) is a main body of the corncob collecting box (E), and is connected with the corncob collecting box bracket (46) and the overturning piston (49) through bolts.
The box body (45) is a corncob collecting box (E) which is a casting piece.
The corncob collecting box support (46) is connected with the box body (45), the corncob collecting box support front positioning piece (47) and the corncob collecting box support rear positioning piece (48) through bolts.
The corncob collecting box bracket (46) is a welding piece.
The front positioning piece (47) of the corncob collecting box and the rear positioning piece (48) of the corncob collecting box are welded pieces, 2 pieces of the positioning pieces are respectively fixed on the main body of the frame assembly (3) through bolts and are connected with the corncob collecting box (E) through bolts, and the corncob collecting box (E) is fixed on the main body of the frame assembly (3).
The overturning pistons (49) are cast pieces, are respectively 2, and are respectively connected with the box body (45) and the corncob collecting box bracket (46) through bolts.
The turnover piston (49) comprises a piston cylinder (50), a piston (51) and a crank (52).
The piston cylinder (50) and the piston (51) are cast parts and are respectively connected with the corncob collecting box bracket (46) and the crank (52) through bolts.
The crank (52) is a casting piece and is fixed on the box body (45) through bolts.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the corn kernel harvester with the corn cob recycling function of the present invention works as follows. The chassis (A) is a basal body fixed by a header assembly (B), an elevator (C), a threshing system (D), a corncob collecting box (E) and a corn kernel collecting box (F), the frame assembly (3) is a fixed frame, and power is provided by a power system (5). During harvesting operation, corn ears are conveyed to the elevator (C) through the header assembly (B), the elevator (C) is used for threshing and screening through the threshing system (D), and kernels and corn cobs are respectively conveyed to the corn cob collecting box (E) and the corn cob collecting box (F) for collecting.
Referring to fig. 4 to 9, the ears conveyed by the elevator (C) enter the threshing system (D) through the feed inlet (17), are pushed forward by the power provided by the feed cone (33), respectively pass through the threshing concave (30) and the separating concave (31), collide, squeeze and rub with the inner wall of the upper cover plate (28) and the short threshing roller (25), respectively, are threshed through threshing rod blocks (34) and threshing spike teeth (36) uniformly distributed on the roller (35) in the short threshing roller (25), the threshed kernels enter the cleaning system (19) through gaps in the threshing concave (30) and the separating concave (31), and the rest corn cobs are discharged from the threshing roller (18) through the discharge port (20) by the rotary corn discharging core plate (37).
Corncob discharged from the discharge hole (20) falls into the upper part of a corncob recycling conveyor (21), power is provided by a power system (22), the corncob is conveyed into a corncob recycling box (E) at the rear end, and the cleaned corncob is conveyed into a corncob collecting box (F) which is arranged in parallel with a threshing system (D).
Referring to fig. 10 to 11, the threshed corncob is stored in a corncob recycling bin (E), and a turnover piston (49) can adjust the angle of a bin body (45) through the movement of a piston (51) and a crank (52) so as to collect the corncob.

Claims (5)

1. The three-row corn kernel harvester with the corn cob recycling function is characterized by comprising a chassis (A), a header assembly (B), an elevator (C), a threshing system (D), a corn cob collecting box (E) and a corn kernel collecting box (F);
The chassis (A) is positioned at the lower part of the whole machine and is a matrix of the whole machine; the header assembly (B), the elevator (C), the threshing system (D), the corncob collecting box (E) and the corn kernel collecting box (F) are connected to the chassis (A); the header assembly (B) is positioned at the front end of the chassis (A); the lifting conveyer (C), the threshing system (D), the corncob collecting box (E) and the corn kernel collecting box (F) are all connected to the upper part of the chassis (A);
the chassis (A) comprises a double-row cab (1), an oil tank assembly (2), a frame assembly (3), a traveling system assembly (4) and a power system assembly (5);
The double-row cab (1) is positioned at the left side of the front end of the upper part of the frame assembly (3) and is arranged in parallel with the elevator (C);
The double-row cab (1) is fixed on the frame assembly (3) through bolts;
The oil tank assembly (2) is positioned at the lower part of the frame assembly (3) and is fixed on the frame assembly (3) through bolts;
The traveling system assembly (4) is positioned at the bottom of the frame assembly (3) and is used for supporting a corn kernel harvester;
The power system assembly (5) is positioned at the front part of the frame assembly (3) and provides power for the whole machine;
The frame assembly (3) comprises a header positioning piece (6), an elevator positioning piece (7), an engine front positioning piece (8), a front wheel front lifting lug (9), an engine rear positioning piece (10), a front wheel rear lifting lug (11), a hydraulic pump transmission case assembly positioning piece (12), a transfer case assembly positioning piece (13), a rear wheel front lifting lug (14) and a rear wheel rear lifting lug (15);
The main body of the frame assembly (3) is a welding piece and is provided with a plurality of mounting sites;
The cutting table positioning pieces (6) are welding pieces, are respectively welded on the main body of the frame assembly (3), are connected with the cutting table assembly (B) through bolts, and are used for fixing the cutting table assembly (B) on the main body of the frame assembly (3);
The lifting device positioning pieces (7) are welding pieces, are respectively welded on the main body of the frame assembly (3), are connected with the lifting device (C) through bolts, and are used for fixing the lifting device (C) on the main body of the frame assembly (3);
The front engine positioning piece (8) and the rear engine positioning piece (10) are welding pieces, are respectively 2 and are fixed on the main body of the frame assembly (3) through bolts and are connected with the engine through bolts, so that the engine is fixed on the main body of the frame assembly (3);
The front wheel front lifting lugs (9) and the front wheel rear lifting lugs (11) are welding pieces, are respectively 2 and are fixed on the main body of the frame assembly (3) through bolts and are connected with plate springs on the running system assembly (4) in a hanging manner, and a steering driving front axle on the running system assembly (4) is fixed on the lower part of the main body of the frame assembly (3);
The hydraulic pump transmission box assembly positioning pieces (12) are welded pieces, are respectively 2 and are fixed on the main body of the frame assembly (3) through bolts and are fixed with the hydraulic pump transmission box through bolts, so that the hydraulic pump transmission box is fixed on the main body of the frame assembly (3);
The transfer case assembly positioning pieces (13) are welding pieces, are respectively 2 and are fixed on the main body of the frame assembly (3) through bolts and are fixed with the transfer case through bolts, so that the transfer case is fixed on the main body of the frame assembly (3);
the front lifting lugs (14) of the rear wheels and the rear lifting lugs (15) of the rear wheels are welding pieces, are respectively 2 and are fixed on the main body of the frame assembly (3) through bolts and are connected with the plate springs on the running system assembly (4) in a hanging manner, so that the steering drive rear axle on the running system assembly (4) is fixed on the lower part of the main body of the frame assembly (3);
The corncob collecting box (E) comprises a box body (45), a corncob collecting box bracket (46), a corncob collecting box bracket front positioning piece (47), a corncob collecting box bracket rear positioning piece (48) and a turnover piston (49);
the corn cob collecting box (E) is arranged at the upper part of the frame assembly (3) and is arranged behind the threshing system (D) and the corn kernel collecting box (F);
the corncob collecting box (E) is a welding piece and is fixed with the frame assembly (3) through bolts;
The box body (45) is a main body of the corncob collecting box (E) and is connected with the corncob collecting box bracket (46) and the overturning piston (49) through bolts;
the box body (45) is a corncob collecting box (E) which is a casting piece;
The corncob collecting box bracket (46) is connected with the box body (45), the front positioning piece (47) of the corncob collecting box bracket and the rear positioning piece (48) of the corncob collecting box bracket through bolts;

The front positioning pieces (47) and the rear positioning pieces (48) of the corncob collecting box support are welded pieces, are respectively 2 and are fixed on the main body of the frame assembly (3) through bolts and are connected with the corncob collecting box (E) through bolts, so that the corncob collecting box (E) is fixed on the main body of the frame assembly (3);

the frame (16) is a main body of the threshing system (D) and is fixed on the upper part of the frame assembly (3) through bolts;
the feeding hole (17) and the discharging hole (20) are welding pieces and are fixed with the threshing cylinder (18) through bolts.
3. A three-row corncob recycling corn harvester as in claim 2 wherein the threshing cylinder (18) comprises a front positioning element (23), a front cone (24), a short threshing roller (25) and a rear positioning element (26);
The front positioning piece (23) and the rear positioning piece (26) are cast pieces and are fixed with the threshing cylinder (18) through bolts, and the threshing cylinder (18) is fixed on the frame (16).
4. A three-row corncob recycling apparatus as claimed in claim 3, wherein said front cone (24) comprises a front cover (27), an upper cover plate (28), a fixing ring (29), a threshing concave (30) and a separating concave (31);
the front cover (27) is fixed with the fixing ring (29) through bolts and is fixed with the front end of the upper cover plate (28) and the front end of the threshing concave (30);
The upper cover plate (28) is provided with three sections, is respectively positioned at the upper parts of the threshing concave (30) and the separating concave (31), and is fixed with the threshing concave (30) and the separating concave (31) through bolts;
