The stretchable display panel has the advantages of being deformable and stretchable in any direction, and is widely applied to electronic products in the fields of wearable medical treatment and the like. However, the flexible cover plate is prone to creep after stretching, so that the flexible cover plate cannot be quickly restored to the original state, and the stretching effect of the display panel is affected.

The following description of the embodiments of the present application will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the application without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the application.
As an alternative implementation of the disclosure, an embodiment of the present application discloses a flexible cover plate, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, fig. 1 is a schematic top view of the flexible cover plate according to the embodiment of the present application, and fig. 2 is a schematic cross-sectional structure of the flexible cover plate along a cutting line AA' shown in fig. 1, where the flexible cover plate includes an elastic layer 10 and a supporting layer 11 disposed on one side of the elastic layer 10.
The elastic layer 10 is a film layer having an elastic restoring force greater than a predetermined value. The elastic restoring force refers to a restoring force of the elastic body after deformation due to an external force, and the larger the elastic restoring force is, the larger the probability of restoring the film layer after deformation is. After the flexible cover plate is stretched, the elastic layer 10 is not easy to creep, and the supporting layer 11 can be driven to recover quickly, so that the stretching recovery capacity of the flexible cover plate can be improved, and the stretching effect of the display panel can be improved.
Preferably, the elastic layer 10 comprises a super elastic layer having an elastic restoring force of greater than 99%. Preferably, the material of the super elastic layer includes at least one of a rubber-based super elastic material, a gel-based super elastic material, and a polyurethane-based super elastic material. Preferably, the material of the superelastic layer comprises polydimethylsiloxane or thermoplastic vulcanizate.
The support layer 11 includes support portions 110 and elastic portions 111 arranged in a first direction. The first direction intersects the thickness direction of the elastic layer 10. The first direction may be an X direction or a Y direction shown in fig. 1, where the X direction is the same as a long side extending direction of the flexible cover plate, and the Y direction is the same as a short side extending direction of the flexible cover plate.
Preferably, the support layer 11 includes at least two support portions 110 and at least one elastic portion 111.
The supporting portion 110 has a structure with a certain hardness, which not only can support the elastic layer 10, but also can enable the flexible cover plate to have a certain mechanical property, and further enable the flexible cover plate to have a certain impact resistance and damage resistance. Preferably, at least two support portions 110 are arranged at least in the first direction. Preferably, the first direction is parallel to the plane of the elastic layer 10. Preferably, the material of the support part 110 is polyimide or the like.
The elastic portion 111 has a structure having a certain elasticity, and a stretchable amount thereof is larger than that of the supporting portion 110. Preferably, at least one elastic part 111 is located at least between two adjacent support parts 110 in the first direction, the elastic part 111 is used to connect the two adjacent support parts 110 and attach the support parts 110 to one side of the elastic layer 10.
Although the stretching amount of the supporting portion 110 is small, the stretching amount of the elastic portion 111 is large, so that not only the stretching amount of the whole supporting layer 11 in the first direction can be increased by the elastic portion 111 between two adjacent supporting portions 110, but also the stretching amount of the flexible cover plate in the first direction can be increased, and the supporting portion 110 can be quickly restored by the elastic portion 111, so that the stretching recovery capability of the flexible cover plate can be improved, and the stretching effect of the display panel can be improved. In addition, since the elastic portion 111 can make the supporting portion 110 attached to the elastic layer 10, the elastic layer 10 can drive the elastic portion 111 and the supporting portion 110 to recover quickly, so that the stretching recovery capability of the flexible cover plate can be further improved, and the stretching effect of the display panel can be further improved.
In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 2, each elastic portion 111 is located between two adjacent support portions 110. Of course, the present application is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic cross-sectional structure of another flexible cover plate according to an embodiment of the present application, at least one elastic portion 111 is located between two adjacent supporting portions 110, and each supporting portion 110 is located between two adjacent elastic portions 111, so as to enhance the attaching effect of the supporting portion 110 on the elastic layer 10.
In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic cross-sectional structure of another flexible cover plate disclosed in the embodiment of the present application, where the flexible cover plate further includes: a glue layer 12 arranged on the side of the support layer 11 facing away from the elastic layer 10. The adhesive layer 12 may adhere the elastic layer 10 and the supporting layer 11 to the surface of a device such as a screen of a display panel.
In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 4, the adhesive layer 12 includes a first adhesive part 121 and a second adhesive part 122, and the first adhesive part 121 is stacked with the supporting part 110, the second adhesive part 122 is stacked with the elastic part 111, and the stretchable amount of the second adhesive part 122 is greater than the stretchable amount of the first adhesive part 121.
Preferably, at least two first glue portions 121 are arranged at least along the first direction, and at least one second glue portion 122 is located at least between two adjacent first glue portions 121 in the first direction. Preferably, the front projection of the first glue portion 121 on the elastic layer 10 coincides with the front projection of the support portion 110 on the elastic layer 10, preferably, the front projection of the second glue portion 122 on the elastic layer 10 coincides with the front projection of the elastic portion 111 on the elastic layer 10.
The first adhesive part 121 is used to adhere the support part 110 to a surface of a device such as a panel of a display panel, the second adhesive part 122 is used to adhere the elastic part 111 to a surface of a device such as a panel of a display panel, and the second adhesive part 122 and the elastic part 111 are used to adhere the elastic layer 10 to a surface of a device such as a panel of a display panel.
Since the stretchable amount of the second adhesive part 122 is larger than that of the first adhesive part 121, the elastic part 111 can be adhered to the surface of a device such as a screen of a display panel by the second adhesive part 122, and the stretching amount and the stretching recovery ability of the elastic part 111 are not affected.
Of course, the present application is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic cross-sectional structure of another flexible cover plate according to an embodiment of the present application, the gel layer 12 may also be an integral film layer disposed on a side of the support layer 11 facing away from the elastic layer 10, which is not described herein.
In some embodiments of the present application, the second adhesive part 122 may be the same material as the elastic part 111 to further secure the stretching amount and the stretching recovery ability of the elastic part 111. However, the present application is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the materials of the second adhesive portion 122 and the elastic portion 111 may be different, which is not described herein.
In some embodiments of the present application, the material of the first adhesive part 121 includes a first optical adhesive, and the material of the second adhesive part 122 includes a second optical adhesive, and the stretching amount of the first optical adhesive is smaller than that of the second optical adhesive. Preferably, the first optical cement comprises an acrylic optical cement and the second optical cement comprises a silicone optical cement.
In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 1, at least two supporting portions 110 are arranged along a first direction to increase the stretching amount of the flexible cover plate in the first direction, however, the present application is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic top view of another flexible cover plate according to an embodiment of the present application, where the supporting portions 110 and the elastic portions 111 are arranged in an array along a plane in which the first direction is located; preferably, the plane in which the first direction lies is parallel to the plane in which the elastic layer 10 lies.
Preferably, at least two support portions 110 are arranged in an array along a first direction and a second direction, the second direction being parallel to the plane in which the elastic layer 10 lies, and the first direction and the second direction intersecting. In some embodiments, the first direction and the second direction are perpendicular, i.e., at least two support portions 110 are arranged in an array along the first direction and the second direction.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic top view of another flexible cover plate according to an embodiment of the present application, wherein the supporting parts 110 and the elastic parts 111 are spaced apart along a first direction and spaced apart along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. Preferably, the plane in which the first direction lies is parallel to the plane in which the elastic layer 10 lies, and the first direction and the second direction intersect. Preferably, the first direction and the second direction are perpendicular.
Based on this, not only the stretching amount of the flexible cover plate in the first direction can be increased by the elastic portion 111 located between the adjacent two supporting portions 110 in the first direction, but also the stretching amount of the flexible cover plate in the second direction can be increased by the elastic portion 111 located between the adjacent two supporting portions 110 in the second direction, and thus the stretching effect of the display panel can be improved.
Of course, the present application is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the at least two supporting portions 110 may be arranged along other patterns, and the arrangement patterns may be determined according to the direction in which the flexible cover needs to be stretched, which is not described herein.
As another optional implementation of the disclosure, an embodiment of the disclosure discloses a display panel including the flexible cover plate and the screen body disclosed in any of the embodiments above. As shown in fig. 8 or fig. 9, fig. 8 is a schematic cross-sectional structure of a display panel according to an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 9 is a schematic cross-sectional structure of another display panel according to an embodiment of the present application, wherein the flexible cover plate 1 is at least disposed on one side of the screen body 2, and the elastic layer 10 in the flexible cover plate 1 is located on a side of the supporting layer 11 facing away from the screen body 2.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 8 or 9, the flexible cover plate 1 is provided only on the light exit side of the screen 2. In other embodiments, the flexible cover 1 may be provided only on the backlight side of the screen 2. In other embodiments, as shown in fig. 10, fig. 10 is a schematic cross-sectional structure of another display panel disclosed in the embodiment of the present application, where the flexible cover plate 1 is not only disposed on the light-emitting side of the screen 2, but also disposed on the backlight side of the screen 2. Based on this, the stretching effect of the light emitting side and/or the backlight side of the display panel can be improved.
