the first embodiment is as follows:
the present disclosure provides a flexible display panel, which is described in detail below with reference to fig. 1 to 2.
As shown in fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional structure diagram of a flexible display panel 100 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, where the flexible display panel 100 includes: a back plate 110, a first adhesive layer 120, a second adhesive layer 130, and a base substrate 140. Wherein the substrate base plate 140 is disposed on the back plate 110, the first adhesive layer 120 is disposed between the back plate 110 and the substrate base plate 140, and the first adhesive layer 120 is coated with a first adhesive for bonding the back plate 110 and the substrate base plate 140; the second adhesive layer 130 is disposed between the back plate 110 and the substrate base plate 140, and the second adhesive layer 130 is coated with a second adhesive for bonding the back plate 110 and the substrate base plate 140 and is adhesively connected to the first adhesive.
As shown in fig. 1, the first adhesive layer 120 and the second adhesive layer 130 are both in contact with a side surface of the second substrate 140 close to the back plate 110.
Specifically, in order to ensure that the second adhesive on the second adhesive layer 130 is sufficiently contacted with the back plate 110 and the substrate base plate 140, the area of the second adhesive layer 130 occupies a surface area of the substrate base plate 140 on a side close to the back plate 110, and the ratio is in a range of 70% to 90%.
In this embodiment, the first adhesive is an optically clear adhesive and the second adhesive is an elastomeric adhesive.

Preferably, the flexible display panel 100 further includes a display device layer (not shown), and the display device layer is disposed on the substrate base plate 140 at a side far from the back plate 110.

Wherein the base substrate 240 is disposed on the back plate 210, the first adhesive layer 220 is disposed between the back plate 210 and the base substrate 240, and the first adhesive layer 220 is coated with a first adhesive for bonding the back plate 110 and the base substrate 240; the second adhesive layer 230 is disposed between the back plate 210 and the substrate base plate 240, and a second adhesive is coated on the second adhesive layer 230 to adhere the back plate 210 and the substrate base plate 240 and to be adhesively connected to each other with the first adhesive.
As shown in fig. 3, the first adhesive layer 220 and the second adhesive layer 230 are both in contact with a side surface of the second substrate 240 close to the back plate 210.

Specifically, the first adhesive layer 220 covers the folded portion 212 and the unfolded portion 211, and the first adhesive layer 220 is provided with a groove at the folded portion, and the second adhesive layer 230 is provided in the groove.
As shown in fig. 3, the thickness of the first adhesive layer 220 is higher on both sides of the non-folded portion 211 than on the folded portion 212, thereby forming a groove in which the second adhesive layer 230 is disposed. The height of the second adhesive layer 230 is maintained to be identical to the height of the first adhesive layer 220 at the non-folded portion 211. The stability of the adhesion between the back plate 210 and the base substrate 240 is improved by increasing the contact area of the first adhesive layer 220 with the back plate 210.

After the flexible display panel 200 is bent, the bending portion 212, the second adhesive layer 230 and the substrate base plate 240 which are disposed on the back plate 211 are deformed correspondingly when receiving bending stress, and the second adhesive coated on the second adhesive layer 230 is an elastic adhesive, and when receiving the bending stress, the viscosity of the elastic adhesive is gradually reduced until the elastic adhesive is separated from the substrate base plate 240 which is mutually bonded, so that a gap is generated; because of the existence of the gap, the bent portion of the substrate base plate 240 still has a moving margin in the gap, and therefore, the bent portion of the substrate base plate 240 is not extruded with the adjacent film layers, so that the bending stress among other film layers such as the back plate 210, the substrate base plate 240, the display device layer and the like is dispersed, and the unrecoverable falling-off phenomenon between the adjacent film layers or the substrate is avoided. At this time, the first adhesive disposed on the non-folding portion 211 is an optically transparent adhesive, and at this time, the adhesive property can be maintained, so that the two sides of the back plate 210 and the substrate 240 are adhered to each other, and the back plate 210 and the substrate 240 are prevented from falling off.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the first adhesive layer 220 and the second adhesive layer 230 are arranged between the back plate 210 and the substrate base plate 240 of the flexible display panel 200, the first adhesive layer 220 is coated with the first adhesive, the second adhesive layer 230 positioned at the back plate folding part 212 is coated with the second adhesive, when the flexible display panel 200 is bent, the second adhesive is deformed by bending stress and is separated from the back plate 210 and the substrate base plate 240 which are mutually adhered, and the first adhesive positioned at two sides continuously adheres the back plate 210 and the substrate base plate 240, so that the bending stress received by each film layer or substrate of the flexible display panel 200 during bending is dispersed, the phenomenon that each film layer or substrate falls off is avoided, and the service life of the flexible display panel 200 is prolonged.
