In the embodiment of the present invention, the material of the release film 60 includes: poly (terephthalic acid) or polyethylene.
In step 202, referring to fig. 5 (a), a polymer film 20 is attached to a side of the optical adhesive layer 50 away from the release film 60.
Step 203, removing the release film 60, and attaching a flexible inorganic material layer 30 to a side of the optical adhesive layer 50 away from the polymer film 20.
In the embodiment of the invention, a laser area release film can be adopted.
In this embodiment of the present invention, step 203 includes:
and removing the middle area of the release film, and attaching a flexible inorganic material layer to the middle area.
Referring to fig. 5 (b), the middle region of the release film 60 is removed along the direction of arrow X, so as to obtain the release film of the edge region in fig. 5 (c); referring to fig. 5 (d), a flexible inorganic material layer 30 is attached to the intermediate region.
Wherein, step 203, further comprises:
referring to fig. 5 (e) and 5 (f), removing an edge region of the release film, and attaching a buffer material to the edge region, wherein the buffer material is disposed around the flexible inorganic material layer with a gap therebetween.
In the embodiment of the present invention, after step 203, the method further includes:
referring to fig. 1, a hardened layer is formed on a side of the polymer film away from the optical adhesive layer.
In the embodiment of the present invention, materials and structures of the polymer film, the flexible inorganic material layer, the optical adhesive layer, the buffer layer and the hardened layer are referred to the first embodiment, and are not described herein again.
In summary, the flexible cover plate prepared by the preparation method of the embodiment of the invention includes: a hardened layer, a polymer film, and a flexible inorganic material layer; the polymer film is disposed between the hardened layer and the flexible inorganic material layer. The flexible inorganic material layer in the embodiment of the invention has good resilience hardness, and can improve the resilience and hardness of the flexible cover plate.
It is clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working processes of the above-described systems, apparatuses and units may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.

Claims (12)

1. A flexible cover sheet, comprising: a hardened layer, a polymer film, and a flexible inorganic material layer;
the polymer film is disposed between the stiffening layer and the flexible inorganic material layer;
wherein the flexible inorganic material layer is flexible glass, and the thickness of the flexible glass comprises: 30-100 μm;
the material of the polymer film comprises: one or more of polyimide, poly terephthalic acid, polyethylene naphthalate, polymethyl methacrylate, polyurethane and aramid fiber;
the material of the hardened layer includes: a silicone polymer and/or an acrylic polymer.
2. The flexible cover sheet according to claim 1, wherein a first orthographic projection of the flexible inorganic material layer on a horizontal plane of the polymer film is located in the polymer film, and a buffer material is arranged around the periphery of the flexible inorganic material layer and attached to the polymer film.
3. The flexible cover sheet of claim 2, wherein the buffer material and the flexible inorganic material layer have a gap therebetween in the size range of 0.05mm to 0.4 mm.
4. The flexible cover sheet of claim 1, wherein the thickness of the polymer film comprises: 30-100 μm.
5. The flexible cover sheet of claim 1, wherein the hardened layer has a thickness in the range of 5 μm to 20 μm.
6. The flexible cover sheet of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the flexible inorganic layer is attached to the polymer film by an optical glue layer.
7. The flexible cover sheet of claim 6 wherein the material of the optical glue layer comprises: one or more of organic silicon rubber, acrylic resin, unsaturated polyester, polyurethane and epoxy resin.
8. A display device comprising the flexible cover sheet according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
9. The display device according to claim 8, wherein the flexible inorganic material layer has a peripheral dimension larger than an effective display area dimension of the display device, and a second orthographic projection of the effective display area on a horizontal plane where the flexible inorganic material layer is located within the flexible inorganic material layer, and an outer edge of the second orthographic projection is 0.2mm to 0.5mm from an outer edge of the inorganic material layer.
10. A method for preparing a flexible cover plate is characterized by comprising the following steps:
coating an optical adhesive layer on one side of the release film;
attaching a polymer film to one side of the optical adhesive layer, which is far away from the release film;
removing the release film, and attaching a flexible inorganic material layer to one side of the optical adhesive layer, which is far away from the polymer film;
forming a hardening layer on one side of the polymer film far away from the optical adhesive layer;
wherein the flexible inorganic material layer is flexible glass, and the thickness of the flexible glass comprises: 30-100 μm;
the material of the polymer film comprises: one or more of polyimide, poly terephthalic acid, polyethylene naphthalate, polymethyl methacrylate, polyurethane and aramid fiber;
the material of the hardened layer includes: a silicone polymer and/or an acrylic polymer.
11. The method of claim 10, wherein removing the release film and attaching a flexible inorganic material layer to a side of the optical adhesive layer away from the polymer film comprises:
and removing the middle area of the release film, and attaching a flexible inorganic material layer to the middle area.
12. The method of claim 11, further comprising:
and removing the edge area of the release film, and attaching a buffer material to the edge area, wherein the buffer material surrounds the flexible inorganic material layer, and a gap is formed between the buffer material and the flexible inorganic material layer.
