1. A grid overhaul management system, comprising:
the power grid overhaul task application module is used for detecting published power grid overhaul work, extracting power grid overhaul contents of each station and a power grid outage plan corresponding to each station, generating a power grid overhaul task application and submitting the power grid overhaul task application to an upper power grid department;
the power grid overhaul risk analysis module is used for identifying adjustment of a power grid operation mode during overhaul according to published power grid overhaul work, analyzing power grid overhaul risks of each station and generating an accident handling plan by referring to a power grid overhaul fault processing library;
the power grid overhaul task issuing module is used for generating a power grid overhaul risk early warning notification list according to an accident treatment plan of the power grid overhaul task approved by an upper power grid department, issuing the notification list to operation and maintenance personnel and guiding power grid overhaul work;
and the power grid overhaul fault processing library module is used for storing actual solutions and accident solving effects when power grid accidents occur in the overhaul process of each station of power grid.
2. The grid overhaul management system of claim 1, wherein the grid overhaul task application module comprises:
the power grid overhaul work detection unit is used for identifying whether to issue power grid overhaul work and notifying the power grid overhaul task application unit when the power grid overhaul work is identified to be issued;
the power grid overhaul content identification unit is used for extracting power grid overhaul contents of each station from the issued power grid overhaul work, determining a power grid outage plan, and analyzing the power grid bearing capacity and reminding notes;
the power grid overhaul task application unit is used for prompting the power grid overhaul content, the power grid outage plan, the power grid bearing capacity analysis and notice to generate a power grid overhaul task and reporting the power grid overhaul task to an upper power grid department;
and the power grid maintenance task primary school unit is used for detecting whether the power grid maintenance task is reported to an upper power grid department or not, and initiating an application when the power grid maintenance task is not reported.
3. The grid overhaul management system of claim 2, wherein the grid overhaul risk analysis module comprises:
the power grid operation mode adjustment and identification unit is used for identifying power grid operation mode adjustment and relay protection mode adjustment during overhaul of each station according to published power grid overhaul work;
the power grid overhaul risk identification unit is used for identifying risk items brought by power grid operation mode adjustment and relay protection mode adjustment during power grid overhaul of each station;
and the power grid fault treatment plan generating unit is used for taking the risk item with the occurrence probability larger than the threshold value as a target accident, and taking the treatment plan of the target accident from the power grid overhaul fault treatment library as an accident treatment plan.
4. The grid overhaul management system of claim 3, wherein the grid overhaul task delivery module comprises:
the power grid maintenance task rechecking unit is used for detecting whether the power grid maintenance task is reported to an upper power grid department and whether an accident treatment plan of the power grid maintenance task is generated, and restarting the application or regenerating the plan when the power grid maintenance task is not reported or generated;
the power grid overhaul risk early warning notification generation unit is used for generating a power grid overhaul risk early warning notification for a corresponding station according to the power grid overhaul task and the accident treatment plan when the power grid overhaul task is approved by an upper power grid department and the accident treatment plan is generated;
and the early warning notification issuing unit is used for issuing the generated power grid overhaul risk early warning notification to one-way operation and maintenance personnel to guide the power grid overhaul work.

The grid overhaul management system of claim 4, wherein the operation and maintenance personnel perform grid monitoring for the corresponding station according to the grid overhaul risk analysis in the grid overhaul risk early warning notice and execute an accident handling scheme when an accident is encountered.
6. The grid overhaul management system of claim 4, wherein the grid overhaul fault handling library module comprises:
the database unit is used for storing an actual treatment scheme when an accident occurs in the power grid overhaul process;
and the processing scheme query unit is used for carrying out matching query on the target accident with the occurrence probability exceeding the threshold value from the database unit, querying the recommended processing scheme of the target accident and returning the recommended processing scheme to the power grid overhaul risk analysis module.
7. The grid overhaul management system of claim 6, wherein the grid overhaul fault handling library module further comprises:
the scheme comparison analysis unit is used for analyzing actual treatment schemes of accidents in the power grid overhaul process, classifying according to stations to which the accidents belong and the types of the accidents, and counting the number of the actual treatment schemes of various accidents;
the processing scheme evaluation unit is used for evaluating and grading the actual processing scheme of each accident;
the processing scheme inquiring unit firstly judges whether the same type of accidents have actual processing schemes or not, and takes the highest-grade accident processing scheme as a recommended processing scheme of the corresponding accidents when the same type of accidents exist, and inquires the actual processing scheme of the accident type with the correlation larger than a threshold value when the same type of accidents do not have the actual processing scheme.
8. The grid overhaul management system according to claim 7, wherein the processing scheme evaluation unit evaluates each accident actual processing scheme piece according to whether the accident occurs again after each accident actual processing scheme of the same accident is executed, and the duration of the accident occurring again;
setting the actual treatment scheme grade which does not generate the accident again after execution and the duration meets the requirement as the highest;
for the actual treatment plan for the accident again, the actual treatment plan is classified according to the time length from the time when the accident again occurred to the time when the actual treatment plan was executed.
9. The power grid overhaul management method is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
s1, detecting published power grid overhaul work, extracting power grid overhaul contents of each station and a corresponding power grid outage plan, generating a power grid overhaul task application, and submitting the power grid overhaul task application to an upper power grid department;
s2, identifying adjustment of a power grid operation mode during overhaul according to published power grid overhaul work, analyzing power grid overhaul risks of each station, and generating an accident handling plan by referring to a power grid overhaul fault processing library;
s3, generating a grid overhaul risk early warning notice according to an accident treatment plan of a grid overhaul task approved by a superior grid department, issuing the notice to operation and maintenance personnel, and guiding the grid overhaul work.
10. The grid overhaul management method as claimed in claim 9, wherein the step S1 specifically comprises the steps of:
s11, identifying whether to issue power grid maintenance work;
if yes, go to step S12;
if not, waiting for a set time period, and re-executing the step S11;
s12, extracting power grid overhaul contents of each station from the released power grid overhaul work, determining a power grid outage plan, and analyzing power grid bearing capacity and reminding notes;
s13, generating a power grid overhaul task by reminding power grid overhaul contents, a power grid outage plan, power grid bearing capacity analysis and notice, and reporting to an upper power grid department;
s14, detecting whether to report the power grid maintenance task to an upper power grid department;
if yes, enter step S2;
if not, returning to the step S13;
the specific steps of the step S2 are as follows:
s21, identifying power grid operation mode adjustment and relay protection mode adjustment during maintenance of each station according to published power grid maintenance work;
s22, identifying risk items brought by power grid operation mode adjustment and relay protection mode adjustment during power grid overhaul of each station;
s23, taking a risk item with occurrence probability larger than a threshold value as a target accident, and checking a treatment scheme of the target accident from a power grid overhaul fault treatment library as an accident treatment scheme;
the specific steps of the step S3 are as follows:
s31, detecting whether to report the power grid maintenance task to an upper power grid department;
if yes, go to step S32;
if not, returning to the step S13;
s32, detecting whether an accident handling plan of a power grid maintenance task is generated or not;
if yes, go to step S33;
if not, returning to the step S21;
s33, generating a grid overhaul risk early warning notice for the corresponding station according to the grid overhaul task and the accident handling plan;
s34, notifying unidirectional operation and maintenance personnel of the generated power grid overhaul risk early warning to issue, and guiding power grid overhaul work.
