技术领域
本发明涉及织物洗涤护理技术领域,特别是涉及一种衣物留香颗粒组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
留香珠是一款来自2011年的产物,由美国宝洁集团旗下的当妮Downy研发,2017年由宝洁中国将留香珠引入中国市场,2019年经国内改版升级留香珠2.0版本,此版本的留香珠具有除菌、祛螨、溶污三大要素,其核心成分依旧香氛精油和留香微胶囊。留香珠对于目前的需求主要有两点一点是留香珠的味道可以根据自己的喜好来选择,另一点就是持香度,留香效果持久且香味不会刺鼻。
目前市场上出现的留香类产品,主要有三种技术方案。第一种比较传统的技术方案,如专利号为CN109652215A、CN113913250A和CN111286414A的技术方案,使用PEG聚乙二醇为载体,使得香精与PEG高温共融,会导致香气在生产过程中发生变化,影响成品香味的稳定性。第二种技术方案,如专利号为CN110760395A、CN112522040A和CN112522039A所述,水溶性颗粒为载体,香精包覆在水溶性颗粒表面,香精一直裸露于表面,在储备过程中会有部分香味的散失以及高温香味改变的风险。第三种技术方案,如专利号为CN111748426A提供了一种制备洗衣液微丸的方法,其对制备留香珠进行了改良,但丸芯无留香剂,包衣层包裹东西过多,香精整体含量偏低,留香效果会大打折扣。
综上所述,亟需设计一种工艺流程合理、产品稳定性好、溶解性好且阻碍香气的散失,最终提供优异且持续留香效果的留香组合物,以解决现有技术中存在的问题。
发明内容
基于此,本发明提供了一种衣物留香颗粒组合物,以克服现有技术的不足。该技术方案的留香颗粒组合物具有包覆结构,香精成分包覆在丸芯中,并且含有特定留香剂、吸附剂,可以使得香精定香缓释,该留香颗粒粒径可控并能够阻隔香气散失,从而实现留香颗粒持久留香。本发明的衣物留香颗粒组合物还具有留香颗粒溶解性好、稳定性好、外观均一等一系列优点。
本发明的一个目的在于,提供一种衣物留香颗粒组合物,所述留香颗粒组合物包括:丸芯及包裹所述丸芯的包衣层;
所述丸芯,包括如下质量份数的组分:

赋形剂 1-10份
粘合剂 0.01-5份
助剂 0.01-5份;
其中,
所述留香剂选自丙烯酰胺共聚物;
所述丙烯酰胺共聚物的共聚单体包括(3-丙烯酰胺丙基)三甲基氯化铵、丙烯酰胺、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸;
所述吸附剂为脂肪酸改性二氧化硅。
进一步地,所述助剂选自色素、阳离子聚合物、无机盐中的一种或多种。
上述的丙烯酰胺共聚物一方面具有定香缓释功能,另一方面能与洗涤剂中的固体粒子形成独特的絮胶,携带香精沉积在织物上,使得香精在织物的留香效果更加的持久。
进一步地,所述水溶性颗粒选自蔗糖、葡萄糖、果糖、麦芽糖、糊精、PEG、纯碱中一种或多种。
进一步地,所述香精选自液体香精、微胶囊香精中的一种或多种。
其中液体香精,其通常根据消费者的需求,由香精公司设计的混合油类或油溶性物质为溶剂、以水或水溶性物质为溶剂的香精。根据市场调研对香精的头香、体香、尾香表现来调节香精的配方。本发明中所述的留香颗粒的组合物中,液体香精包含水溶性的香精、油溶性的香精中的一种或两种的组合物。
而微胶囊香精,为通过现代化的科技手段把香精、植物精油等原料用特殊材料包裹起来,形成微胶囊乳状。该包裹材料可选自聚脲、聚氨酯和/或聚脲聚氨酯,优选的为聚甲醛脲,此类体系包括但不限于脲-甲醛和/或三聚氰胺-甲醛。产品经过芳香剂处理后,可以使产品留香时间大大延长。在洗涤过程中微胶囊香精留存在衣物纤维中,随着衣物的摩擦,留香的微胶囊就会像泡沫一样地爆破,持续散发出香味。
进一步地,所述微胶囊香精的添加量为1-10份。
进一步地,所述液体香精的添加量为1-10份。
进一步地,所述赋形剂选自钛白粉、碳酸钙粉、亚钛粉、硅酸钙、二氧化硅、高岭土、蒙脱石粉、云母粉中的一种或多种。
进一步地,所述吸附剂的添加量为2-20份。
进一步地,所述助剂为了使所述留香颗粒外观和功能的多样化,可非限定地选择加入如下物质:色素、阳离子聚合物、中性无机盐中的一种/或几种的混合物。其中无机盐为无水结晶盐,可选自但不限于氯化钠、氯化钾、氯化镁、氯化钙、硫酸钠、硫酸钾、硫酸镁、碳酸钙、碳酸氢钙。
所述阳离子聚合物可选自但不限于瓜尔羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、阿拉伯胶、聚磷酸铵、聚季铵盐-6、聚季铵盐-7、聚季铵盐-10、聚季铵盐-39、聚季铵盐-67。
进一步地,所述脂肪酸选自辛酸、壬酸、癸酸、月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸中的一种或多种。
进一步地,所述填充剂选自碳酸氢盐、碳酸盐、硫酸盐、硝酸盐、氯化物、柠檬酸盐、酒石酸盐、乙酸盐、甲酸盐中的一种或多种。
进一步地,所述粘合剂选自膨润土、淀粉糊、糊精、聚乙烯醇、羟丙基甲基纤维素中的一种或多种。
本发明的另一个目的在于,提供上述衣物留香颗粒组合物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1.制备留香剂:
将共聚单体加入水中,搅拌至溶解,调节溶液pH,在氮气的保护下,加入引发剂,加热反应,纯化得到留香剂;
S2.制备吸附剂:
将二氧化硅加入液态的脂肪酸中,超声处理后,加热反应,纯化得到吸附剂。
进一步地,所述共聚单体中(3-丙烯酰胺丙基)三甲基氯化铵、丙烯酰胺、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸的质量比为10-20:5-30:5-10:1-15。
进一步地,所述引发剂选自过硫酸铵、过硫酸钾中的一种或多种。
进一步地,所述pH为5-9。
进一步地,步骤S1中,所述加热反应的温度为45-75℃,时间为24-40h;步骤S2中,所述加热反应的温度为70-90℃,时间为0.5-3h。
进一步地,还包括如下步骤:
S3.将水溶性颗粒、吸附剂、粘合剂、留香剂、填充剂,倒入造粒装置中;
S4.将香精和水混合形成喷洒液,进行喷洒造粒,烘干得到丸芯;
S5.将赋形剂、粘合剂、助剂配制形成包衣液,喷洒在所述丸芯表面,形成包衣层,烘干后得到所述衣物留香颗粒组合物。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
1.本发明制得的衣物留香颗粒组合物具有核壳结构,在核结构中含有(3-丙烯酰胺丙基)三甲基氯化铵、丙烯酰胺、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸四种单体共聚所得的留香剂,采用壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚丙烯酸酯作为共聚单体可以降低表面张力,使留香剂与香精更好地接触;丙烯酰胺可以增稠、提高粘附性,提高留香剂在织物中的润湿性能,防止香气分子的挥发和损失;而丙烯酸单体引入了大量羧基,进一步改善了极性,与组合物中的其他成分具有更好的相容性,与香精等组分结合更加稳定;壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚丙烯酸酯具有长链结构,同时含有较多含氧官能团,因此容易与配方中的香精分子缠绕、吸附,多种成分之间能够形成分子间作用力,从而增强了稳定性以及结合强度,有效提高了缓释、留香的性能。该四元共聚物具有水溶性较好的优点,并且能够改善组合物的热稳定性,在高温下不容易失活,能够与洗涤剂中的固体粒子形成独特絮胶,使得香精沉积在织物上,实现了留香缓释的作用,保证留香珠中的香精能够更好进入纤维,达到持久留香的效果。
2.本发明的衣物留香颗粒组合物采用脂肪酸改性二氧化硅作为吸附剂,提高了二氧化硅的分散性,并提高了二氧化硅的热稳定性,从而更均匀分散在组合物中,同时由于改性二氧化硅表面稀松多孔,可以更多的吸附香精;而且脂肪酸改性二氧化硅具有更好的亲油性,与留香剂的相容性更好,进一步增加了组合物稳定性。本发明的衣物留香颗粒组合物能够促进更多香精絮凝在织物纤维表面,提高了香精在衣服的沉积量,显著增强了留香效果。

为了更清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,列举如下实施例。实施例中所出现的原料、反应和后处理手段,除非特别声明,均为市面上常见原料,以及本领域技术人员所熟知的技术手段。
本发明中的词语“优选的”、“优选地”、“更优选的”等是指,在某些情况下可提供某些有益效果的本发明实施方案。然而,在相同的情况下或其他情况下,其他实施方案也可能是优选的。此外,对一个或多个优选实施方案的表述并不暗示其他实施方案不可用,也并非旨在将其他实施方案排除在本发明的范围之外。

需要说明的是,在具体实施过程中,所提到的造粒装置采用市面上现有较为成熟的装置。
本发明实施例中的葡萄糖为水溶性颗粒,购自山东力昂新材料科技有限公司。
本发明实施例和对比例中的液体香精采购自奇华顿;品牌为“花果香-清新一夏”。
本发明实施例中的微胶囊香精采购自奇华顿;品牌为“花果香-曼妙生姿”。
本发明实施例中的轻质碳酸钙为填充剂采购自江西聚硅矿业有限公司。
本发明实施例中的淀粉糊为粘合剂采购自万瑞达。
本发明实施例中的膨润土为粘合剂采购自信阳市君鑫实业有限公司。
本发明实施例中的钛白粉为赋形剂采购自江西拓安新材料有限公司。
本发明实施例中的碳酸钙粉为赋形剂采购自江西拓邦新材料有限公司。
本发明实施例中水溶性色素为BLUE HP,购自美林肯。
本发明实施例中(3-丙烯酰胺丙基)三甲基氯化铵采购自上海易恩化学技术有限公司。
本发明实施例中丙烯酰胺采购自梯希爱(上海)化成工业发展有限公司。
本发明实施例中壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚丙烯酸酯由自己制备而成,制备方法参考文献张付生,刘国良,徐小芳等.壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚丙烯酸酯聚合物的合成及其表面活性和稠油降黏性能[J].东华大学学报(自然科学版),2020,46(05):747-753。
本发明实施例中丙烯酸、月桂酸、二氧化硅、己酸均采购自梯希爱(上海)化成工业发展有限公司。
本发明实施例中PVA为粘合剂,采购自梯希爱(上海)化成工业发展有限公司。
本发明实施例1-3、对比例1-3的衣物留香颗粒组合物中各成分和相应质量份数,如表1所示。

实施例1-3的衣物留香颗粒组合物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1.制备留香剂(丙烯酰胺共聚物):
将15g(3-丙烯酰胺丙基)三甲基氯化铵、25g丙烯酰胺、7g壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚丙烯酸酯、5.7g丙烯酸依次加入至600mL水中,搅拌至溶解,用质量浓度为30%的氢氧化钠溶液调节溶液pH至7,在氮气的保护下,加入14mL的0.05mol/L的过硫酸钾溶液,加热至65℃,反应30h,洗涤,过滤,得到留香剂;
S2.制备吸附剂(脂肪酸改性二氧化硅):
将1g二氧化硅浸入足量液态月桂酸中,超声30min后,80℃反应1h,离心、洗涤后,常温干燥,得到吸附剂;
S3.按上述质量份数,将水溶性颗粒、吸附剂、粘合剂、留香剂、填充剂倒入造粒装置中;
S4.将香精和足量水混合形成喷洒液,进行喷洒造粒,得到丸芯,烘干;
S5.将赋形剂、粘合剂、助剂和水配制成包衣液,喷洒在丸芯表面,形成包衣层,烘干后得到留香珠颗粒组合物。
对比例与实施例2的区别在于:
对比例1将丙烯酰胺共聚物替换为丙烯酰胺共聚物A,所述丙烯酰胺共聚物A为(3-丙烯酰胺丙基)三甲基氯化铵、丙烯酰胺的二元共聚物(即将实施例中丙烯酰胺共聚物单体中的壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚丙烯酸酯和丙烯酸删除,其余成分不变),其他成分和制备方法相同;对比例2将脂肪酸改性二氧化硅替换为等质量的己酸改性的二氧化硅,其他成分和制备方法相同;对比例3将包衣层删除,只含丸芯结构,其他成分和制备方法相同。
测试例1
留香性测试
将实施例2以及对比例1-3的留香颗粒组合物,各取15g放置于规格相同的纯棉毛巾之上并放入洗衣机中,将洗衣机调整为混合洗涤模式,洗涤上述每条毛巾60min。
洗涤完毕后,让受过训练的10个测评人员评估毛巾的香味浓度,香味浓度按1-5分评分,分数越高表示产品的留香强度越好。
测评人员分别给刚洗完的毛巾评分设为留香效果评测点1,对晾干后的毛巾评分设为留香效果评测点2,以及对储存两星期的毛巾揉搓后评分设为留香效果评测点3,分别针对三个评测点进行留香效果评分。所得的最终测试结果均为10个测评人员的平均分,测试结果如下表2所示。

表2实验结果表明,实施例2的评分明显优于对比例1-3。证明实施例2中使用的丙烯酰胺共聚物作为留香剂,可以使得香精定香缓释,提升香精的持久留香;而替换丙烯酰胺共聚物的对比例1的香精挥发性较高,留香剂的香气不持久,随着时间的推移逐渐减弱;对比例2采用己酸改性的二氧化硅作为吸附剂,分散、吸附效果降低,使得留香剂的留香效果下降;而对比例3不含包衣层,因此留香效果最差。
测试例2
溶解速率测试
平行实验中,在1L的烧杯中加满水,然后称取实施例2、对比例1-3的样品各0.2g,分别单独放入水中,在转速为1000rpm的条件下,观察样品彻底溶解的时间,所得结果如表3所示。

表3实验结果表明,本发明实施例2与对比例的样品相比,具有良好的溶解性。替换丙烯酰胺共聚物的对比例1,使组合物的溶解性下降,延长了留香珠的溶解时间;对比例2由于替换了改性二氧化硅,溶解的能力也出现降低;对比例3不含包衣层因此溶解时间最短。
测试例3
产品稳定性测试
将实施例2、对比例1-3的样品分别放置在0℃烘箱、25℃恒温下和45℃烘箱1个月,然后取出样品,并肉眼观察样品的色差变化。实验结果记录如下。

表4实验结果表明,实施例2稳定性优异,并未产生严重的颜色变化,而对比例1替换了丙烯酰胺共聚物,对比例2替换了改性二氧化硅,造成组分之间的相容性、分散性、稳定性降低,对比例3不含包衣层,更容易受外界温度等环境条件的影响,易被氧化,导致产品常温和高温易变色。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明。因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本发明的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化囊括在本发明内。

1.一种衣物留香颗粒组合物,其特征在于,所述留香颗粒组合物包括:丸芯及包裹所述丸芯的包衣层;

赋形剂 1-10份
粘合剂 0.01-5份
助剂 0.01-5份;
其中,
所述留香剂为丙烯酰胺共聚物;
所述丙烯酰胺共聚物的共聚单体包括(3-丙烯酰胺丙基)三甲基氯化铵、丙烯酰胺、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸;
所述吸附剂为脂肪酸改性二氧化硅。
2.根据权利要求1所述衣物留香颗粒组合物,其特征在于,所述助剂选自色素、阳离子聚合物、无机盐中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述衣物留香颗粒组合物,其特征在于,所述香精选自液体香精、微胶囊香精中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述衣物留香颗粒组合物,其特征在于,所述赋形剂选自钛白粉、碳酸钙粉、亚钛粉、硅酸钙、二氧化硅、高岭土、蒙脱石粉、云母粉中的一种或多种。
5.权利要求1-4任一项所述衣物留香颗粒组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1.制备留香剂:
将共聚单体加入水中,搅拌至溶解,调节溶液pH,在氮气的保护下,加入引发剂,加热反应,纯化得到留香剂;
S2.制备吸附剂:
将二氧化硅加入液态的脂肪酸中,超声处理后,加热反应,纯化得到吸附剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述衣物留香颗粒组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述共聚单体中(3-丙烯酰胺丙基)三甲基氯化铵、丙烯酰胺、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸的质量比为10-20:5-30:5-10:1-15。
7.根据权利要求5所述衣物留香颗粒组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述引发剂选自过硫酸铵、过硫酸钾中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求5所述衣物留香颗粒组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S1中,所述加热反应的温度为45-75℃,时间为24-40h;步骤S2中,所述加热反应的温度为70-90℃,时间为0.5-3h。
9.根据权利要求5所述衣物留香颗粒组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述脂肪酸选自辛酸、壬酸、癸酸、月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸中的一种或多种。
10.根据权利要求5所述衣物留香颗粒组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,还包括如下步骤:
S3.将水溶性颗粒、吸附剂、粘合剂、留香剂、填充剂,倒入造粒装置中;
S4.将香精和水混合形成喷洒液,进行喷洒造粒,烘干得到丸芯;
S5.将赋形剂、粘合剂、助剂配制形成包衣液,喷洒在所述丸芯表面,形成包衣层,烘干后得到所述衣物留香颗粒组合物。
