The first conveying mechanism can drive the upper layer of non-woven fabrics and the lower layer of non-woven fabrics after heat sealing to move, and specifically, the first conveying mechanism can be a group of conveying wheels for oppositely clamping the upper layer of non-woven fabrics and the lower layer of non-woven fabrics, wherein one conveying wheel is a driving wheel, and the other conveying wheel is a driven wheel; the driving wheel is driven by the motor, and in the process of conveying wheel rotation, the upper layer of non-woven fabrics and the lower layer of non-woven fabrics can be driven to move by the friction force between the driving wheel and the driven wheel. The upper and lower non-woven fabrics are uncoiled by the driving motor, so that the driving wheel and the driven wheel can conveniently convey the upper and lower non-woven fabrics after heat sealing. The upper and lower layers of non-woven fabrics after heat sealing form a material belt 4.
In addition, the production of the heating bag, the heat sealing process of the heating bag gummed paper and the process of tearing off the silicone oil paper are all the prior art; by improving the process of placing the ointment core 5, compared with the manual process of placing the ointment core 5, the application can improve the placing efficiency.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 to 9, the second conveying mechanism 2 includes a frame 22, and the discharge space 21 is disposed on the frame 22; the adsorption structure comprises a negative pressure sucker 23, a negative pressure pipe 24, a transverse conveying component and a height conveying component; the negative pressure sucker 23 is used for sucking the uppermost ointment core 5 in the discharging space 21; one end of the negative pressure pipe 24 is communicated with the negative pressure sucker 23, and the other end is communicated with a negative pressure source; the negative pressure pipe 24 is a hard pipe, and the top of the negative pressure pipe 24 is communicated with a negative pressure source through a hose; the lateral conveying member is provided on the top of the frame 22; the conveying direction of the conveying end of the transverse conveying component is perpendicular to the moving direction of the material belt 4; the height conveying component is arranged at the conveying end of the transverse conveying component; the conveying end of the height conveying component is connected with a negative pressure sucker 23.
The top of the frame 22 has a slide 221 perpendicular to the movement direction of the heating pack, and the transverse conveying component includes a slide block 25, a driving motor and a screw; the screw is rotatably arranged in the slide way 221, the slide block 25 is in sliding fit with the slide way 221, and the slide block 25 is provided with a threaded hole in threaded fit with the screw; one end of the screw rod extends out of the frame body 22, a driving motor is arranged at the position of the penetrating end of the screw rod, and an output shaft of the driving motor is connected with the end part of the screw rod and used for driving the screw rod to rotate. The height conveying part comprises a cylinder 26, and the cylinder body of the cylinder 26 is fixed on the sliding block 25; the slide block 25 can drive the air cylinder 26 to slide transversely when sliding transversely. A driving plate 231 is fixedly arranged on a piston rod of the air cylinder 26, and a negative pressure sucker 23 is arranged on the driving plate 231; the number of the negative pressure sucking discs 23 can be multiple, and the number of the discharging spaces 21 corresponds to the number of the negative pressure sucking discs 23 one by one, and in this embodiment, three are taken as an example for illustration. When the negative pressure sucker 23 slides to the upper part of the discharging space 21, the air cylinder 26 drives the negative pressure sucker 23 to move downwards, and the negative pressure sucker 23 is contacted with the uppermost ointment core 5, and at the moment, the negative pressure sucker 23 adsorbs the ointment core 5 by negative pressure suction; under the drive of the air cylinder 26, the ointment core 5 and the negative pressure sucker 23 move upwards and are separated from the discharging space 21; under the drive of the sliding block 25, the ointment core 5 can move to the position right above the heating bag 41, then the ointment core 5 is pushed to the top of the heating bag 41 through the extension of the piston rod of the air cylinder 26, and the ointment core 5 is adhered to the heating bag 41. When the ointment core 5 is stuck on the heating bag 41, the negative pressure sucker 23 stops adsorbing the ointment core 5 and is reset upwards under the drive of the piston rod of the air cylinder 26. The above process is repeated, and the ointment core 5 can be continuously adhered to the heat generating pack 41.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 to 9, a turntable 27 is rotatably disposed on the frame body 22, and a plurality of discharging spaces 21 are all disposed on the turntable 27; the turntable 27 is provided with a through hole communicated with the discharging space 21; the discharging space 21 is internally provided with a supporting part 28 for supporting the ointment core 5, and a position of the discharging space 21 close to the bottom is provided with a limiting part 281 for limiting the supporting part 28; the second conveying mechanism 2 further comprises a jacking structure 29, and the jacking structure 29 is arranged on the frame body 22; the lifting structure 29 has a lifting end for sliding in or out of the discharge space 21.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, two discharging spaces 21 are taken as an example to describe an embodiment, wherein three discharging spaces 21 are a group, and after the ointment cores 5 in one group of discharging spaces 21 are completely fed, the other group of ointment cores 5 can be rotated to the working position by rotating the turntable 27. Each discharging space 21 is formed by encircling four rectangular plates 211, the lower ends of the four rectangular plates 211 are fixed on the rotary table 27, reinforcing plates 212 are arranged at the positions, close to the top ends, of the four rectangular plates 211, and the reinforcing plates 212 are connected with the rectangular plates 211 of the same group of three discharging spaces 21; the bottom of the turntable 27 is provided with a through hole at a position corresponding to the discharging space 21, and the bottom of the turntable 27 is provided with an opening at a position corresponding to the jacking structure 29, so that the jacking structure 29 slides into or out of the discharging space 21. Through the arrangement, when the negative pressure sucker 23 sucks one ointment core 5, the jacking structure 29 can jack up the material in the discharging space 21 by a distance equal to the height of one ointment core 5, so that the negative pressure sucker 23 can suck the next ointment core 5 conveniently.
In addition, the limiting component 281 includes a limiting block, and the limiting block is fixed on the right angle plate 211; the initial position of the supporting part 28 is contacted with the limiting block, so that the supporting part 28 can be prevented from falling out of the discharging space 21; since the supporting portion 28 is provided in the discharge space 21, the supporting portion 28 can support the ointment core 5 in the discharge space 21.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1-9, the jacking structure 29 includes a slide rail 291, a screw, a drive motor, a slide 292, and a top plate 293; the slide rail 291 is provided on the frame 22 in the height direction; the screw is rotationally connected with the sliding rail 291, and the axis of the screw is arranged along the height direction; the output shaft of the driving motor is connected to the lower end of the screw rod and used for driving the screw rod to rotate; the sliding portion 292 is slidably fitted to the slide rail 291 and has a screw hole to be screw-fitted to the screw; the top plate 293 has one end fixed to the sliding portion 292 and the other end adapted to slide into the discharge space 21 and contact the bottom of the supporting portion 28.
The driving motor drives the screw to rotate in the forward and reverse directions, so that the sliding portion 292 can slide upward or downward; and thus the top plate 293 can be driven to move up and down. Since the top plate 293 can be in contact with the bottom of the supporting portion 28, the supporting portion 28 and the ointment core 5 can be driven to move upward by the upward movement of the top plate 293. After the group of ointment cores 5 are fed, the top plate 293 slides downwards to be out of the feeding space 21, and at the moment, the turntable 27 rotates one hundred and eighty degrees to enable the other group to rotate to the working position, the top plate 293 moves upwards and reenters the feeding space 21; the other group of the discharging spaces 21 is free from the ointment core 5, and at this time, the ointment core 5 can be manually put into the discharging spaces 21.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1-9, the paper tearing mechanism 3 includes a burring structure 31 and a tearing structure 32; the flanging structure 31 is provided with a pressing end for pressing down the ointment core 5 so that one side of the silicone paper 51 of the ointment core 5 is upwards turned up; the tearing structure 32 is provided with a clamping part for clamping the turned-up part of the silicone paper 51, and the silicone paper 51 on the ointment core 5 is torn off during the movement of the material belt 4.
When the silicone paper 51 on the ointment core 5 is torn off, a part of the silicone paper 51 needs to be turned up through the flanging structure 31, then the silicone paper 51 of the ointment core 5 is clamped through the tearing structure 32, and the silicone paper 51 is separated from the ointment core 5 in the movement process of the material belt 4, so that the purpose of tearing off the silicone paper 51 is achieved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 to 9, the flange structure 31 includes a pushing cylinder 311 and a pressing plate 312; the pushing cylinder 311 is connected to the workbench 1 through a connecting component, and a piston rod of the pushing cylinder 311 is arranged along the height direction; the pressing plate 312 is connected to a piston rod of the pushing cylinder 311; the pressing plate 312 is positioned near one side of the ointment core 5; when the pressing plate 312 presses the ointment core 5, the silicone paper 51 on the ointment core 5 forms a first area 511 with a larger area and a second area 512 with a smaller area, and an indentation 513 is formed at the joint of the first area 511 and the second area 512; when the pressure plate 312 is separated from the ointment core 5, the second region 512 of the silicone paper 51 is tilted upward. A connecting plate 313 is connected to a piston rod of the pushing cylinder 311; the number of the pressing plates 312 is several, and the pressing plates 312 are all connected to the connecting plate 313; each of the pressing plates 312 corresponds to one of the ointment cores 5.
It should be noted that, when the pressing plate 312 presses the ointment core 5, both the ointment core 5 and the heating bag 41 deform, the contact position between the pressing plate 312 and the silicone oil paper 51 forms an indentation 513, and when the pressing plate 312 is separated from the ointment core 5, the ointment core 5 elastically resets; at this time, since the impression 513 is formed on the silicone paper 51, the second area 512 of the silicone paper 51 with a smaller area is turned upwards with the impression 513 as an axis, so that the second area 512 of the silicone paper 51 is separated from the ointment core 5. Through the above arrangement, part of the structure of the silicone oil paper 51 can be turned upwards, and the subsequent tearing structure 32 is convenient for tearing the silicone oil paper 51.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1-9, the tear-off structure 32 includes a storage bin 321, a number of guide shells 322, and a gripping member 323; the clamping member 323 includes a top plate positioned inside the guide case 322 and an air cylinder fixed outside the guide case 322, and a piston rod of the air cylinder passes through the guide case 322 and is connected with the top plate; when the silicone paper needs to be clamped, the piston rod of the air cylinder stretches, so that the top plate is matched with the inner wall of the guide shell 322, and the silicone paper is clamped. The side part or the bottom of the storage box 321 is provided with a plurality of material sucking openings 324; the storage box 321 is in sliding fit with the workbench 1, and the sliding direction of the storage box 321 is perpendicular to the moving direction of the material belt 4; the top of the storage box 321 is provided with an air pipe 325 communicated with a negative pressure source, the air pipe 325 is communicated with the inside of the storage box 321, and the air pipe 325 is a hose; the guide shells 322 are in one-to-one correspondence with the material sucking openings 324; one end of the guide case 322 communicates with the suction port 324, and the other end of the guide case 322 has a space for accommodating the second region 512 of the silicone paper 51; the guide housing 322 has a through hole on a side facing the silicone paper 51 so that the guide housing 322 slides to a position surrounding the second region 512 of the silicone paper 51; a holding member 323 provided on the guide housing 322 for holding the silicone oil paper 51 in the guide housing 322; wherein, when the silicone oil paper 51 is separated from the ointment core 5, the storage box 321 slides and resets; the storage tank 321 communicates with a negative pressure source, and the holding member 323 is separated from the silicone oil paper 51 so that the silicone oil paper 51 is sucked into the storage tank 321.
After the silicone paper 51 is partially turned up, the silicone paper 51 is slid in the direction of the silicone paper 51 by the guide housing 322, and the turned-up portion of the silicone paper 51 can be positioned in the guide housing 322, and at this time, the silicone paper 51 in the guide housing 322 is held by the holding member 323, so that a part of the silicone paper 51 can be fixed in the guide housing 322; in the process of moving the material belt 4 by the diameter distance of one ointment core 5, the silicone oil paper 51 can be separated from the ointment core 5, and at the moment, the guiding shell 322 is reset and is far away from the ointment core 5, so that interference to the next ointment core 5 is avoided. After the guide housing 322 is reset, the negative pressure source is communicated with the storage tank 321, and then the holding member 323 releases the silicone paper 51, enabling the silicone paper 51 to be sucked into the storage tank 321. The negative pressure source is a prior art and will not be described herein, for example, the negative pressure source may be a vacuum pump.
In addition, a filter screen 326 is arranged in the storage box 321, the filter screen 326 divides the storage box 321 into an upper part and a lower part, the upper part is communicated with a negative pressure source, and the lower part is communicated with the guide shell 322; with the above arrangement, the silicone paper 51 can be reduced from being sucked out of the hopper 321. The top plate 293 of the storage tank 321 is provided with an opening and is covered by the cover plate 327; the cover plate 327 is connected with the storage tank 321 through bolts; the filter screen 326 is also connected with the storage tank 321 through bolts. With the above arrangement, after the cover 327 and the filter screen 326 are detached from the tank 321, the silicone paper 51 in the tank 321 can be cleaned.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 to 9, a fixing portion 12 is connected to the table 1, and a lateral pushing cylinder 26 is connected to the fixing portion 12, and a piston rod of the lateral pushing cylinder 26 is connected to a side wall of the storage tank 321. The side wall of the storage box 321 is connected with a guide rod 13, and the fixed part 12 is provided with a sliding hole which is in sliding fit with the guide rod 13.
It should be noted that, the piston rod of the horizontal pushing cylinder 26 is communicated with the storage box 321, so as to drive the storage box 321 to move horizontally, thereby being convenient for tearing off the silicone oil paper 51 on the ointment core 5. The guide rod 13 is slidably engaged with the fixing portion 12, so that the sliding stability of the magazine 321 can be improved.

Claims (10)

1. A manufacturing apparatus for combining an ointment core and a heat pack, comprising:
a workbench, the top of which is provided with a conveying channel;
the first conveying mechanism is arranged on the workbench and used for conveying a material belt, wherein a plurality of heating bags are arranged on the material belt at intervals;
the second conveying mechanism is positioned at one side of the workbench; the second conveying mechanism is provided with a discharging space arranged along the height direction, and the discharging space is used for stacking and circumferentially limiting the ointment cores; the second conveying mechanism is also provided with an adsorption structure for adsorbing and placing the ointment core on the heating bag; and
the paper tearing mechanism is arranged at one side of the workbench and is positioned at the downstream of the second conveying mechanism; the paper tearing mechanism is used for tearing off silicone oil paper on the ointment core.
2. The production apparatus for combining an ointment core and a heating pack as claimed in claim 1, wherein the second conveying mechanism comprises a frame body, and the discharging space is provided on the frame body; the adsorption structure comprises:
the negative pressure sucker is used for adsorbing the uppermost ointment core in the discharging space;
one end of the negative pressure pipe is communicated with the negative pressure sucker, and the other end of the negative pressure pipe is communicated with a negative pressure source;
the transverse conveying component is arranged at the top of the frame body; the conveying direction of the conveying end of the transverse conveying component is perpendicular to the moving direction of the material belt; and
the height conveying component is arranged at the conveying end of the transverse conveying component; the conveying end of the height conveying component is connected with the negative pressure sucker.
3. The production equipment for combining an ointment core and a heating bag as claimed in claim 2, wherein a turntable is rotatably arranged on the frame body, and a plurality of discharging spaces are arranged on the turntable; the rotary table is provided with a through hole communicated with the discharging space; a supporting part for supporting the ointment core is arranged in the discharging space, and a limiting part for limiting the supporting part is arranged at the position, close to the bottom, of the discharging space; the second conveying mechanism further includes:
the jacking structure is arranged on the frame body; the jacking structure is provided with a jacking end which is used for sliding in or sliding out of the discharging space.
4. A production facility for combining an ointment core and a heat pack as claimed in claim 3, wherein the jacking structure comprises:
the sliding rail is arranged on the frame body along the height direction;
the screw is rotationally connected with the sliding rail, and the axis of the screw is arranged along the height direction;
the output shaft of the driving motor is connected to the lower end of the screw rod and used for driving the screw rod to rotate;
the sliding part is in sliding fit with the sliding rail and is provided with a threaded hole in threaded fit with the screw; and
and one end of the top plate is fixed on the sliding part, and the other end of the top plate is used for sliding into the discharging space and is contacted with the bottom of the supporting part.
5. The manufacturing apparatus for combining an ointment core and a heat pack as recited in claim 1, wherein the paper tearing mechanism comprises:
the flanging structure is provided with a pressing end for pressing down the ointment core so as to enable one side of the silicone oil paper of the ointment core to be turned upwards; and
and the tearing structure is provided with a clamping part for clamping the turning-up part of the silicone oil paper, and the silicone oil paper on the ointment core is torn off in the material belt moving process.
6. The apparatus for producing a combination ointment core and heat pack of claim 5, wherein the flange structure comprises:
the pushing cylinder is connected to the workbench through a connecting component, and a piston rod of the pushing cylinder is arranged along the height direction; and
the pressing plate is connected to a piston rod of the pushing cylinder; the pressing plate is positioned at a position close to one side of the ointment core; when the pressing plate presses the ointment core, silicone oil paper on the ointment core forms a first area with a larger area and a second area with a smaller area, and an indentation is formed at the joint of the first area and the second area; and when the pressing plate is separated from the ointment core, the second area of the silicone paper is tilted upwards.
7. The production device for combining an ointment core and a heating pack according to claim 6, wherein a connecting plate is connected to a piston rod of the pushing cylinder; the number of the pressing plates is several, and the pressing plates are all connected to the connecting plate; each pressing plate corresponds to one ointment core.
8. The manufacturing apparatus for combining an ointment core and a heat pack as recited in claim 5, wherein the tear-off structure comprises:
the side part or the bottom of the storage box is provided with a plurality of material sucking openings; the storage box is in sliding fit with the workbench, and the sliding direction of the storage box is perpendicular to the moving direction of the material belt; the top of the storage box is provided with an air pipe communicated with a negative pressure source, and the air pipe is communicated with the inside of the storage box;
the guide shells are in one-to-one correspondence with the material sucking openings; one end of the guide shell is communicated with the material suction opening, and the other end of the guide shell is provided with a space for accommodating a second region of silicone paper; the side, facing the silicone paper, of the guide shell is provided with a through hole so that the guide shell slides to a position surrounding a second area of the silicone paper; and
the clamping component is arranged on the guide shell and used for clamping the silicone paper in the guide shell; wherein, when the silicone paper is separated from the ointment core, the storage box slides and resets; the storage box is communicated with a negative pressure source, and the clamping component is separated from the silicone oil paper, so that the silicone oil paper is sucked into the storage box.

The production device for combining an ointment core and a heating bag according to claim 8, wherein a fixing part is connected to the workbench, a transverse pushing cylinder is connected to the fixing part, and a piston rod of the transverse pushing cylinder is connected to the side wall of the storage box.
10. The apparatus for producing a combined ointment core and heating pack as claimed in claim 9, wherein a guide rod is connected to a side wall of the storage box, and the fixing portion has a sliding hole slidably fitted with the guide rod.
