技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种农用化学组合物;尤其涉及所述组合物通过种子处理或土壤施用方法防治植物病原性真菌和/或有害生物的用途。
背景技术
式I 的活性化合物由WO2007/144100已知。

植物的种子和植物的根和嫩芽易受到叶面和土壤昆虫以及其他有害生物和/或植物病原性真菌的持续威胁,是作物生长过程中最脆弱的环节;植物的种子、根、嫩芽被害虫取食,或受病原菌侵染出现病苗、死苗现象,会降低单位面积作物的有效株数,致使作物大面积减产和品质下降。
通过施用种子处理的方法防治土壤有害病原性真菌和/或有害生物以及保护所得的植物的根和嫩枝以防有害病原性真菌土壤和/或叶面昆虫的方法很久以来已知的并且是不断改进的研究。然而,处理种子也带来了一系列不是总能令人满意的方式解决的问题。因此,需要开发保护种子和萌芽植物的方法,其可免除在种植后或植物出芽后再额外施用作物保护产品。另外,还需要优化所用活性化合物的量,从而可向种子和萌芽植物提供最佳保护。
通过土壤施用的方法防治土壤有害病原性真菌和/或有害生物是很久以来已知的并且是不断改进的研究。土壤施用方法可能存在若干问题。农用化合物并非总是尤其适于通过不同土壤施用方法,例如通过浸润、滴施、浸施或土壤注入施用。在一些情况下,它们的农药活性可能受到影响。一些土壤施用的农用组合物也可能具有沥滤特性。因此,施用中,必须谨慎地将地表水和地下水污染降至最低。此外,取决于环境条件,农药的效力可能发生变化。
反复且仅施用单一农用化合物在许多情况下会导致产生对所用活性化合物的自然或适应性抗性的有害病原菌或有害生物的快速选择。
因此,农用种植者所面临的问题是种子和植物的根和嫩芽受到有害病原菌和/或有害生物的持续威胁。
在土壤有害病原性真菌和/或有害生物混合发生或对当前已知产品已经产生抗性或有产生抗性的风险的情况下,需要寻求一种更加有效控制或预防的方法。
发明内容
本发明目的是针对上述不足之处提供一种农用化学组合物,在真菌和/或害虫易混合发生时,该组合物能提供改善的例如生物特性如增效特性,尤其是在经处理的植物繁殖材料生长而成的有用植物中控制植物病原性真菌和/或害虫;降低剂量率、增加活性谱、管控有害病原菌和/或有害生物的抗性。

本发明的农用化学组合物可任选地包含农学上可接受的表面活性剂和/或填充剂等辅助成分。优选地,所述辅助成分是分散剂、湿润剂、抗冻剂、增稠剂、消泡剂、崩解剂、粘结剂、辅助载体中的一种或混合物。
根据本发明,术语“填充剂”指可与活性化合物相组合或联合以使其更易于施用给对象(例如植物、作物或草类)的天然或合成的有机或无机化合物。因此,所述填充剂优选为惰性的,至少应为农学可接受的。所述填充剂可以为固体或液体。
本发明中可以使用的非活性填充剂既可以是固体也可以是液体的。
可以作为固体填充剂使用的有例如:植物质粉末类(例如大豆粉、淀粉、谷物粉、木粉、树皮粉、锯末、核桃壳粉、麸皮、纤维素粉末、椰壳、玉米穗轴和烟草茎的颗粒、提取植物精华后的残渣等)、黏土类(例如高岭土、皂土、酸性瓷土等)、滑石粉类、硅石类(例如硅藻土、硅砂、云母、含水硅酸、硅酸钙)、活性炭、天然矿物质类(浮石、绿坡缕石及沸石等)、烧制硅藻土。
可以作为液体填充剂使用的可以在下列材料中选择,例如水、异丙醇、丁醇、乙二醇、丙二醇、乙酸乙酯、油酸甲酯、酰胺类、内酰胺(如N-甲基吡咯烷酮)二甲基亚砜、矿物和植物油等。
本发明适用的表面活性剂例如可以列举脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧乙烯烷基芳基醚、聚氧乙烯高级脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯醇或酚的磷酸酯、多元醇的脂肪酸酯、萘磺酸聚合物、木质素磺酸盐、高分子梳形的支状共聚物、丁基萘磺酸盐、烷基芳基磺酸盐、烷基磺基琥珀酸钠、油脂、脂肪醇与环氧乙烷缩合物、烷基牛磺酸盐的聚丙烯酸盐、蛋白质水解物、合适的低聚糖物或聚合物,例如基于单独的乙烯单体、丙烯酸、聚氧乙烯和/或聚氧丙烯或者其与例如(多元)醇或(多元)胺的结合。
为使有效成分化合物分散、稳定化、附着,可使用例如黄原胶、硅酸镁铝、明胶、淀粉、纤维素甲醚、聚乙烯醇、聚乙酸乙烯酯和天然磷脂(如脑磷脂和卵磷脂)以及合成磷脂、皂土、木质素磺酸钠等辅助剂。
其中防冻剂可选用乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇、山梨醇。作为悬浮性产品的抗絮凝剂可以使用例如萘磺酸聚合物、聚合磷酸盐等的辅助剂。作为消泡剂可使用有机硅消泡剂。为改良固体产品的流动性,可使用例如石蜡、硬脂酸盐、磷酸烷基酯等辅助剂。
可以使用的着色剂,例如无机颜料,如氧化铁、氧化钛和普鲁士蓝;以及有机颜料/染料,如茜素染料、偶氮染料和金属酞菁染料;以及微量元素,例如铁盐、锰盐、硼盐、铜盐、钴盐、钼盐和锌盐。
任选地,还可包含其它附加组分,例如保护胶体、粘合剂、增稠剂、触变剂、渗透剂、稳定剂、掩蔽剂。
本发明提供的农用化学组合物适于对抗土壤有害病原性真菌和/或有害生物。特别的,本发明的农用化学组合物可容易地施用且提供对土壤有害病原性真菌和/或有害生物的长效作用。
本发明的农用化学组合物还适合处理种子以保护种子以防有害病原性真菌和/或有害生物的侵袭,尤其是土壤有害病原性真菌和/或有害生物,并保护所得植物根和嫩芽以防土壤有害病原性真菌和/或有害生物和叶面昆虫。
因此,本发明还提供所述的农用化学组合物通过种子处理方法防治土壤有害病原性真菌和/或有害生物的用途。

本发明的农用化学组合物特别对由以下各项引起的种子病害或在各种植物生长的早期阶段的病害有效:黑粉菌属(Ustilago),曲霉菌属 (Aspergillus spp·),青霉菌属(Penicillium spp·),镰刀霉属(Fusarium spp.),赤霉菌属(Gibberella spp·),木酶菌属(Tricodermaspp·),根串珠霉菌属(Thielaviopsis spp·),根霉菌属(Rhizopusspp·),毛霉菌属(Mucor spp·),伏革菌属(Corticiumspp·),茎点霉属(Rhomaspp.),丝核菌属(Rhizoctonia spp.),二孢霉属(Diplodia spp.)、轴黑粉菌属(Sphacelotheca)等。
优选的,本发明的农用化学组合物用于预防或控制的植物病害包括:茎基腐病、根腐病、立枯病、恶苗病、全蚀病、叶斑病、黑星病、白娟病、炭疽病、大斑病、纹枯病、稻曲病、稻瘟病、胡麻叶斑病、锈病、白粉病、网斑病、赤霉病、丝黑穗病、种传轮斑病、散黑穗病、猝倒病、灰斑病、霜霉病。
特别优选的,本发明的农用化学组合物特别适于预防或控制的植物病害包括:大麦条纹病、花生根腐病、花生茎基腐病、花生苗期根腐病、马铃薯黑痣病、棉花立枯病、棉花猝倒病、小麦根腐病、小麦全蚀病、小麦散黑穗病、小麦纹枯病、玉米茎基腐病、玉米丝黑穗病、大豆根腐病、观察菊花枯萎病、红掌猝倒病、花生白绢病、马铃薯晚疫病、水稻恶苗病、水稻烂秧病、水稻立枯病、向日葵菌核病、向日葵霜霉病。
本发明的农用化学组合物可以施用于害虫的任何和所有发育阶段,如卵、幼虫、蛹和成虫。害虫可以通过使目标害虫、其食物供应源、栖息地、繁殖地或其场所与杀虫有效量的本发明的农用化学组合物接触而防治。
“场所”指害虫生长或可能生长的植物、植物繁殖材料、土壤、区域、材料或环境。
“杀虫有效量”指对生长获得可观察到的效果所需的本发明的农用化学组合物的量,所述效果包括死亡、预防或去除效果,破坏效果或减少动物害虫的出现和活动的效果。本发明中使用的各种农用化学组合物,其杀虫有效量可以变化。组合物的杀虫有效量也会根据主要条件如所需杀虫效果及持续时间、天气、目标物种、场所、施用方式等而变化。

另一方面,本发明还提供了一种预防或控制害虫的方法,将本发明所述的农用化学组合物作用于目标有用植物、目标害虫或其环境、目标有用植物的繁殖材料。可以在植物、植物繁殖材料或环境被病害虫侵染之前和之后进行。

本发明所述的组合物可施用于种子、植物或植物生长的土壤或适于植物生长的土壤。
因此,本发明提供一种保护种子、幼苗根和枝条以防土壤和叶面昆虫侵袭的方法,包括在播种以前和/或催芽以后使种子与本发明有效量的农用化学组合物接触。
本发明还提供一种在植物繁殖材料和在之后生长的植物器官、植物部分和/或植物中防治或预防害虫及其幼虫和卵的方法,包括将本发明的农用化学组合物施用于植物繁殖材料或其环境上。植物繁殖材料优选种子。
大部分由真菌和/或害虫造成的对作物植物的损害早在种子、在存贮期间以及种子被播入土壤后及在植物发芽期间或发芽后,被侵扰时就发生了。此阶段特别关键,因为正在生长植物的根和苗特别敏感,即使是微小的损害也可导致整株植物的死亡。因此,通过使用合适的组合物来保护种子和发芽植株是特别值得关注的。
通过处理种子以保护种子以防害虫,尤其是土壤生害虫并保护所得植物根和嫩芽。
因此,本发明的农用化学组合物可用于保护种子以防土壤有害物并保护所得植物的根和嫩芽以防土壤有害病菌和害虫。优选保护植物的根和嫩芽。
本发明还特别涉及一种通过用本发明的农用化学组合物处理种子而保护种子和发芽植物免受真菌和/或害虫及其幼虫和卵侵袭的方法,包括同时用组分(A)、组分(B)、组分(C)处理所述种子;其还包括组分(A)、组分(B)、组分(C)不同时间处理所述种子。
一种预防或控制真菌和/或害虫及其幼虫和卵的方法,将预期长出植物的种子在播种前和/或催芽之后用协同增效有效量的本发明所述的农用化学组合物处理。
本发明还涉及本发明的农用化学组合物用于处理种子以保护所述种子和由其长出的植物免于植物病原性真菌和/或害虫及其幼虫和卵侵袭的用途。
此外,本发明还涉及经本发明的农用化学组合物处理从而获得保护免受害虫及其幼虫和卵侵袭的种子。
为了处理植物繁殖材料,尤其是种子,通常使用种子处理用溶液(LS), 悬浮乳液(SE), 可流动浓缩物(FS), 干处理用粉末(DS),淤浆处理用水分散粉末(WS),水溶性粉末(SS),乳液(ES), 可乳化浓缩物(EC)和凝胶(GF)).
施用可以在播种之前或期间进行。所述的农用化学组合物在植物繁殖材料,尤其是种子上的施用方法包括繁殖材料的拌种、包衣、造粒、撒粉、浸泡和梨沟内施用方法。优选通过不诱发萌发的方法,例如通过拌种、造粒、包衣和撒粉施用于植物繁殖材料上。
本发明的农用化学组合物可以施用至任意生理状态的种子。优选种子处于足够耐久的状态,从而在处理过程中不受损坏。一般地,种子可以是收获自田间,移除自植物,分离自任何穗轴、茎、外皮和周围的果肉或其它非种子植物材料的种子。种子还可以优选是生物上稳定的,以达到处理不会对种子造成生物损害的程度。可以在种子收获和种子播种之间或在播种过程期间的任何时间处理施用至种子。种子还可以在处理之前或之后催芽。
经过本发明的农用化学组合物处理的种子可以被贮藏、管理、播种和耕作。
种子处理能够通过以任意希望顺序或同时地对其施用组分(A)、组分(B)、组分(C)。
种子处理发生在未播种的种子上,术语“未播种的种子”意在包括处于种子收获与种子处于植物萌芽和生长目的播种在土地中之间任意时期的种子。优选地,处理在种子播种之前发生,从而所述播种种子已用所述组合预处理过。特别地,种子包衣或种子造粒在本发明组合的处理中是优选的。处理后,各组合中的成分附着至种子上并因此可用于病虫害的防治。
采用本发明的农用化学组合物处理过的种子不仅为种子本身还为从种子中长出的植物在其出苗后提供免受病菌和害虫侵袭的保护。因此,可不必在播种时或其后不久直接处理植物。
本发明还提供一种保护植物以防害虫及其幼虫和卵侵袭的方法,包括将本发明的农用化学组合物施用于有用植物生长的环境、生境或贮存区域。植物生长的环境、生境是指能够使农作物生根、生长的支撑体,例如:土壤,水等,具体的原材料可以使用例如砂子、浮石、蛭石、硅藻土、琼胶、凝胶状物、高分子物质、石棉、木屑、树皮等。优选土壤。
已发现,本发明的农用化学组合物可以解决通过土壤的处理解决土壤生有害物的问题。本发明的农用化学组合物可容易地施用且提供对土壤生有害物的长效作用。
另一方面,本发明还提供了一种防治土壤有害病原性真菌和/或有害生物方法,将本发明所述的农用化学组合物在种子发芽之前、发芽后或发芽前后施用至土壤和/或直接施用至与植物根部接触的土壤或适合植物生长的土壤。
土壤施用方法被视为将农药化合物直接或间接施用至土壤和/或地面的不同技术,例如滴施或滴灌(至土壤上)或土壤注入、浸润土壤的其他方法。其他已知的土壤施用方法为犁沟内和T带施用。
生物测试例
两种活性组分的特定组合的预期作用可使用所谓的"Colby 公式" (参见S.R.Colby, "Calculating Synergistic and Antagonistic Responses ofHerbicideCombinations “,Weeds 1967,15, 20-22) 计算:
X 是当使用用量为mg/ha 或浓度为mppm的活性组分式I 化合物时的防治效果,表示为占未处理对照的百分率,
Y 是当使用用量为ng/ha或浓度为nppm 的活性组分化合物II时的防治效果,表示为占未处理对照的百分率,
E 是当使用用量为m 和n g/ha 或浓度为m 和n ppm的活性组分式I 化合物和化合物II时的防治效果,表示为占未处理对照的百分率,
如果实际的防治效果超过计算值,则组合物的致死作用是超加和的,即存在协同作用。
害虫的防治:
就影响植物繁殖材料,特别是种子的害虫的防治而言,试验1-3测试结果显示式I化合物、咯菌腈和精甲霜灵或苯醚甲环唑的组合具有协同增效的杀虫活性。
试验1 小地老虎的防治
通过直接接触方法评价对小地老虎的防治。
将单个化合物原药以不同浓度分别溶解于丙酮中,并加水稀释得到1%母液备用。分别取出不同母液,单剂均先用含有0.1%TWEEN80 乳化剂的水溶液配制最高浓度的药剂。然后再二次稀释获得需要浓度的供试药液。化合物的组合按照设计的比例将单剂药剂进行混合备用。
挑选健康活泼、大小基本一致的小地老虎3龄幼虫供试。
将供试的小地老虎浸入药液中10S 取出,用滤纸吸去多余药液。每处理4次重复,每重复浸虫10-15头。并设不含药剂的0.1%TWEEN80乳化剂的水溶液为空白对照。
将供试小地老虎转移至装有新鲜玉米嫩茎和叶片(玉米为3片真叶期)的玻璃管中,管口以潮湿黑布遮盖,置于25±1oC,RH 为60%-80%的恒温培养箱中饲养和观察。
处理后72h调查试虫死亡率。判断小地老虎死亡标准为虫体明显收缩,用昆虫针轻刺无明显爬动。记录总虫数和死亡虫数,并按照下式计算死亡率和防治效果。
死亡率(%)=(药前活虫数-药后活虫数)/药前活虫数×100
防治效果%=((处理组死亡率-对照组死亡率)/ (100-对照组死亡率))×100

表1显示,式I化合物、咯菌腈和精甲霜灵或苯醚甲环唑的组合在防治小地老虎上,获得了意想不到的增效作用。
试验2 蛴螬的防治
通过直接接触方法评价对蛴螬的防治。

选取室内饲养、健康活泼,大小基本一致的蛴螬2龄初期幼虫供试。
将供试的蛴螬浸入药液中10S 取出,用滤纸吸去多余药液。每处理4次重复,每重复浸虫10-15头。并设不含药剂的0.1%TWEEN80乳化剂的水溶液为空白对照。
将供试蛴螬转移至装有新鲜花生叶片的玻璃管中,管口以潮湿黑布遮盖,置于25±1oC,RH 为60%-80%的恒温培养箱中饲养和观察。

试验3 线虫的防治
将单个化合物原药以不同浓度分别溶解于丙酮中,并加水稀释得到1%母液备用。分别取出不同母液,单剂均先用含有0.1%TWEEN80 乳化剂的水溶液配制最高浓度的药剂。然后再二次稀释获得需要浓度的供试药液。化合物的组合按照设计的比例将单剂药剂进行混合备用。
在育苗盘中经消毒处理的土壤中培育番茄苗。待长至二至三叶期,挑选长势一致的番茄苗,然后移栽至装有砂壤土的黑色塑料杯中(底部具有渗水孔)。将各杯置于温室中,持续每天浇水1次,保持土壤肥力和湿度。移栽3-5d,供试番茄苗生长稳定后,沿番茄苗基部松土接种线虫,加入根结线虫二龄幼虫悬浮液,每株接种1000条。接虫7d后,用供试药液罐根处理。每处理设置3次重复,观察各处理的生长情况。50-60d后,清洗番茄根,并计数虫瘿和卵块。相对于未处理对照以虫瘿的减少计算防治。对各处理计算平均防治百分比。

表3显示,式I化合物、咯菌腈和精甲霜灵或苯醚甲环唑的组合在防治线虫上,获得了意想不到的增效作用。
植物病原性真菌的防治:
就影响植物繁殖材料,尤其是种子的植物病原性真菌的防治而言,试验结果显示式I 化合物、咯菌腈和精甲霜灵或苯醚甲环唑的组合具有协同增效的杀真菌活性。
试验4:玉米茎基腐病
试验地地势平坦,土质为黑钙土,肥沃,土壤肥力基本一致,土壤pH值为7左右。试验地按照试验设计需要划分成若干试验小区。每小区的面积为20m2。3次重复。
活性化合物以干种子拌种剂施用。通过将单独的活性化合物或活性化合物的组合物与磨细的矿物质混合来制备,得到能在种子表面均匀分布的细粉状组合物。
种子拌种时,先将各个药剂按设计剂量调成浆状液,然后将种子和药液在封闭的玻璃烧瓶内摇动3分钟,待种子均匀着药后,倒出摊开置于通风处,晾干后播种。(药浆量与种子比为1:100)
玉米茎基腐病原菌采用液体药菌的方式培养。病原菌孢子浓度达到106个/mL,两种病原菌(腐霉菌和镰刀菌)单独液体摇菌,随后1:1混合;加50 ml入到600g灭菌的玉米粒中,培养箱中孵育7-10天,带菌丝长满玉米粒,倒出、阴干;播种时每穴覆盖20g。
玉米播种时,在同一穴里面播种种子拌种处理后的种子和带菌种子(拌种处理的种子和带菌种子的重量比为1:10)。玉米播种一周后,随时观察玉米出苗情况。40天后观察并记录每个小区玉米茎基腐病发生情况。

表4显示,式I化合物、咯菌腈和精甲霜灵或苯醚甲环唑的组合在防治玉米茎基腐病上,获得了意想不到的增效作用。
试验5 防治玉米丝黑穗病的效果

玉米播种一周后,随时观察玉米出苗情况。在果穗出齐后症状明显时调差,观察并记录每个小区玉米丝黑穗病发生情况。

Claims (15)
1.一种农用化学组合物,其含有活性组分
(A)式I 化合物

(C )苯醚甲环唑;
所述组分(A)与组分(B)或(C)的重量配比为60:1-1:5,所述组分(B) 与组分(C)的重量配比为20:1-1:20。
2.根据权利要求1所述的农用化学组合物,其特征在于,所述组分(A)与组分(B)或(C)的重量配比为30:1-1:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的农用化学组合物,其特征在于,所述组分(A)与组分(B)或(C)的重量配比为30:1-5:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的农用化学组合物,其特征在于,所述组分(B) 与组分(C)的重量配比为20:1-1:20。
5.根据权利要求1所述的农用化学组合物,其特征在于,所述组分(B) 与组分(C)的重量配比为10:1-1:10。
6.根据权利要求1所述的农用化学组合物,其特征在于,所述组分(B) 与组分(C)的重量配比为5:1-1:5。
7.根据权利要求1所述的农用化学组合物,其特征在于,还含有表面活性剂和/或填充剂。
8.根据权利要求1所述的农用化学组合物,其特征在于,所述活性组分(A)与组分(B)和组分(C)的重量总共占所述农用化学组合物以重量计的1%-90%。
9.根据权利要求1所述的农用化学组合物,其特征在于,所述活性组分(A)与组分(B)和组分(C)的重量总共占所述农用化学组合物以重量计的5%-70%。
10.根据权利要求1所述的农用化学组合物,其特征在于,所述农用化学组合物,其剂型为农用化学组合物,其剂型为乳油、水悬浮剂、油悬浮剂、种子处理干粉剂、种子处理溶液、种子处理乳剂、悬浮种衣剂、水分散粒剂、可湿性粉剂、悬乳剂、烟雾剂、包衣颗粒剂、挤出颗粒剂、水乳剂、微囊悬浮剂、微囊悬浮-悬浮剂、油基悬浮剂、干悬浮剂、超低容量液剂、静电油剂、凝胶、颗粒剂、微粒剂。
11.权利要求1所述的农用化学组合物通过种子处理方法防治土壤有害病原性真菌和/或有害生物的用途。
12.权利要求1所述的农用化学组合物通过土壤施用的方法防治土壤有害病原性真菌和/或有害生物的用途。
13.一种保护种子的方法,包括将种子在播种前和/或催芽之后与权利要求1所述的农用化学组合物接触。
14.一种防治土壤有害病原性真菌和/或有害生物方法,包括将权利要求1所述的农用化学组合物在种子发芽之前、发芽后或发芽前后施用至土壤和/或直接施用至与植物根部接触的土壤或适合植物生长的土壤。
15.一种保护种子、幼苗根和枝条以防土壤和叶面昆虫侵袭的方法,包括在播种以前和/或催芽以后使种子与权利要求1所述的有效量的农用化学组合物接触。
