Claims (8)
1. The digital management system based on intelligent city management is characterized by comprising an intelligent traffic management module, an intelligent energy management module, an intelligent environment management module, an intelligent public security management module, an intelligent community management module, a data sharing and integrating module and a data storage and visualization module;
the intelligent traffic management module is used for monitoring and managing urban traffic flow in real time, providing a traffic optimization scheme and reducing traffic jam, and comprises an intelligent traffic signal control algorithm, edge calculation and a vehicle networking technology;
the intelligent energy management module is used for optimizing energy use and distribution, improving energy efficiency and reducing energy waste, and comprises big data analysis, machine learning and block chain technology;
the intelligent environment management module is used for monitoring and managing the urban environment quality and providing measures for environmental protection and improvement, and comprises an environment sensor technology, a data analysis technology and intelligent urban planning and design;
the intelligent public security management module is used for improving the urban security management level and preventing and coping with various security events, and comprises intelligent video monitoring and analysis, artificial intelligent face recognition technology and intelligent patrol robots;
the intelligent community management module is used for providing a digital solution for community resident management, public service and social interaction, and comprises a mobile application, an intelligent terminal, an Internet of things sensor and a social interaction platform;
the data sharing and integrating module is used for realizing data sharing and system integration among the modules and providing an integrated urban governance big data platform, and comprises a big data platform, an analysis engine, an artificial intelligent algorithm, an open data interface and a data sharing protocol;
the data storage and visualization module is used for storing, managing and visualizing the data collected by the urban treatment system, and providing clear and visual data analysis and visualization tools for decision makers and related personnel, and comprises data storage, data management and data visualization.

The digital management system based on smart city governance according to claim 1, wherein in the intelligent traffic management module, an intelligent traffic signal control algorithm dynamically adjusts the period and timing of traffic lights by using a deep reinforcement learning algorithm based on a deep Q network, and an edge calculation and internet of vehicles technology connects vehicles and intelligent traffic devices to a cloud platform by using sensors and communication devices arranged around the road, collects and transmits a large amount of vehicle and traffic data in real time, including speed, position and road condition, and performs real-time data analysis to support traffic management decisions.
