controlling the brightness and time of the street lamp through a guideboard control module, adjusting the brightness and time of the street lamp at any time according to actual needs, acquiring images and videos of a target area through an image acquisition unit in a video monitoring module, transmitting acquired data to a monitoring center unit, processing and analyzing the data by the monitoring center unit to the images and videos transmitted by a camera to provide monitoring information and alarm information, storing the videos and image data shot by the camera by a data storage unit, providing evidence for investigation of a security event, and transmitting the data acquired by the camera to the monitoring center by a data transmission unit;
