controlling the brightness and time of the street lamp through a guideboard control module, adjusting the brightness and time of the street lamp at any time according to actual needs, acquiring images and videos of a target area through an image acquisition unit in a video monitoring module, transmitting acquired data to a monitoring center unit, processing and analyzing the data by the monitoring center unit to the images and videos transmitted by a camera to provide monitoring information and alarm information, storing the videos and image data shot by the camera by a data storage unit, providing evidence for investigation of a security event, and transmitting the data acquired by the camera to the monitoring center by a data transmission unit;
step four: the social media interaction module allows users to share and collect information and photos of a specific road section through the social media platform, then the road sign monitoring unit in the emergency rescue module monitors the state, the environmental condition and the surrounding traffic condition of the road lamp, when a disaster event or a traffic accident is detected by the alarm unit, an alarm is triggered, a scene video and an image are acquired through the video acquisition unit, and the scene video and the image are transmitted to the background in real time through the emergency rescue center.

Claims (10)
1. A multi-functional traffic guideboard comprising a traffic guideboard system, the traffic guideboard system comprising:
the information acquisition module is used for acquiring road conditions, environments, business information and parking lot information;
the information processing module is used for processing, integrating and analyzing the acquired information to generate a route, a position and information data;
the information pushing module is used for pushing the processed information to a user in a display, voice broadcasting and other modes and providing road section information, navigation and safety warning for the user;
the intelligent monitoring module is used for monitoring the environment and monitoring traffic conditions, traffic flow conditions and vehicle violations;
the guideboard control module is used for controlling the brightness and time of the street lamp and adjusting the brightness and time of the street lamp at any time according to actual needs;
the video monitoring module is used for controlling the traffic lights;
the social media interaction module is used for allowing users to share and collect information and photos of a specific road section through the social media platform;
the emergency rescue module is used for rapidly giving an alarm and providing an emergency contact phone under an emergency condition.
2. The multi-purpose traffic guideboard of claim 1, wherein the information acquisition module comprises:
the environment information acquisition unit is used for acquiring different types of environment information;
the vehicle information acquisition unit is used for acquiring the information of the movement, the quantity and the state of various objects of surrounding personnel, vehicles and buildings;
and the geographic information acquisition unit is used for acquiring the geographic space information.
3. The multi-purpose traffic guideboard of claim 1, wherein the information processing module comprises:
the information data input unit is used for inputting the acquired information;
the information data conversion unit converts the input original data into an available standard data format, so that the computer program is convenient to process and store;
the information data storage unit is used for storing the processed data into a memory or a database of the computer;
the information data analysis unit is used for carrying out statistical analysis, pattern recognition and predictive modeling on the stored data, and extracting and finding valuable information and rules;
the data decision support unit is used for providing decision support and optimization suggestions for the user for the data analysis result;
and the information data output unit is used for outputting the processed result in a display and voice broadcasting mode and providing road section information, navigation and safety warning for a user.
4. The multi-purpose traffic guideboard of claim 1, wherein the information pushing module comprises:
the information display unit is used for displaying the processed information through the guideboard;
the voice broadcasting unit is used for passing the processed information through broadcasting equipment;
the hardware interface unit is used for feeding back user communication and behavior data to the system;
the user interaction unit is used for providing a plurality of modes for a user to interact with the information pushing module;
and the software control unit is used for providing real-time service according to a preset plan, through user operation or according to the collected environmental information.
5. The multi-purpose traffic guideboard of claim 1, wherein the intelligent monitoring module comprises:
the road monitoring unit is used for monitoring traffic flow, traffic signals, road conditions, weather and noise information of the road section;
the data analysis processing unit is used for acquiring road condition information, traffic jam degree, traffic accident rate and vehicle violation number through analyzing and processing the original data acquired by the sensor or the monitoring equipment;
the network communication unit is used for exchanging and transmitting information;
and the intelligent analysis control unit is used for analyzing and predicting the road condition information and the traffic condition and making a traffic control strategy.
6. The multi-purpose traffic guideboard of claim 1, wherein the guideboard control module comprises:
the guideboard control unit is used for controlling the brightness and the switch of the guideboard;
the guideboard power supply control unit is used for providing stable power supply for the guideboard;
the guideboard communication unit is used for wireless communication or network communication technology and remotely controlling the on-off and brightness states of the street lamp;
and the sensor unit is used for triggering the guideboard to automatically adjust the brightness or automatically open the guideboard.
7. The multi-purpose traffic sign of claim 1, wherein the video monitoring module comprises:
the image acquisition unit is used for acquiring images and videos of the target area and transmitting acquired data to the monitoring center;
the monitoring center unit is used for providing monitoring information and alarm information for the images and videos transmitted by the camera through processing and analyzing the data;
the data storage unit is used for storing video and image data shot by the camera and providing evidence for investigation of the security event;
and the data transmission unit is used for transmitting the data acquired by the camera to the monitoring center.
8. The multi-purpose traffic guideboard of claim 1, wherein the social media interaction module comprises:
the road information collection unit is used for collecting different types of data;
the road information sending unit is used for uploading the acquired data to the cloud server and receiving instructions from the server;
a road information processing unit for analyzing data transmitted from the sensor to determine parameters such as brightness of the lamp, brightness adjustment time, operation mode;
and the user interface control unit is used for processing the user interface and the control logic.
9. The multi-purpose traffic sign of claim 1, wherein the emergency rescue module comprises:
the guideboard monitoring unit is used for monitoring the state of the street lamp, the environment condition and the surrounding traffic condition;
the alarm unit is used for detecting disaster events or traffic accidents and triggering an alarm;
the video acquisition unit is used for acquiring the field video and the image and transmitting the field video and the image to the background in real time through the emergency rescue center.
10. A method of using a multifunctional traffic guideboard according to any one of claims 1-9, comprising the steps of:
the method comprises the steps that firstly, different kinds of environment information are collected through an environment information collecting unit in an information collecting module, vehicle information collecting units collect information of movements, quantity and states of various objects of surrounding personnel, vehicles and buildings, geographic information collecting units collect geographic space information, and an information processing module processes, integrates and analyzes the collected information to generate routes, positions and information data;
pushing the processed information to a user through a display, voice broadcasting and other modes by an information pushing module, providing road section information, navigation and safety warning for the user, monitoring traffic flow, traffic signals, road conditions, weather and noise information of the road section through a road monitoring unit in an intelligent monitoring module, acquiring road condition information, traffic jam degree, traffic accident rate and vehicle violation number through analyzing and processing original data acquired by a sensor or monitoring equipment by using a data analyzing and processing unit, communicating and transmitting the information through a network communication unit, analyzing and predicting the road condition information and the traffic conditions through an intelligent analyzing and controlling unit, and formulating a traffic control strategy;
controlling the brightness and time of the street lamp through a guideboard control module, adjusting the brightness and time of the street lamp at any time according to actual needs, acquiring images and videos of a target area through an image acquisition unit in a video monitoring module, transmitting acquired data to a monitoring center unit, processing and analyzing the data by the monitoring center unit to the images and videos transmitted by a camera to provide monitoring information and alarm information, storing the videos and image data shot by the camera by a data storage unit, providing evidence for investigation of a security event, and transmitting the data acquired by the camera to the monitoring center by a data transmission unit;
