The accurate traffic law enforcement device based on 5G according to claim 7, wherein the high-definition IPC vehicle-mounted intelligent cradle head consists of an integrated intelligent vehicle-mounted terminal and a cradle head, and is used for uploading and browsing license plates, videos, pictures, face recognition information and the like of vehicles captured in the administrative law enforcement process in real time;
