Fig. 5 is an architecture diagram illustrating an intelligent management system for a high-speed service area in accordance with a specific embodiment of the present invention. The service area management 5011 specifically includes video monitoring, vehicle guidance, command scheduling and office automation; the public travel service 5012 specifically includes free internet access, information query, information release and travel induction; business extensions 5013 specifically include business management, peripheral travel, and promotional information. The analysis module mainly comprises license plate recognition 5021, traffic flow analysis 5022, people flow analysis 5023 and travel behavior analysis 5024. The data processing specifically includes data acquisition 5031, data preprocessing 5032, and data distributed storage 5033. The network specifically includes a highway/service intranet 5041 and an internett 5042. Also included are video surveillance 5051, traffic flow detection 5052, people flow detection 5053, WIFI system 5054, distribution system 5055, and broadcast system 5056. The above units or systems form the framework of the intelligent management system under the maintenance of the technology and standard system and the operation guarantee system.
In a specific embodiment, all the subentry basic data in the service area are collected uniformly, recorded uniformly, managed uniformly, analyzed uniformly and corresponding reports are formed. The platform data can be uploaded to the cloud end to be stored and processed, so that a manager can remotely check and manage the platform data. The platform combines internal security images, issues and feeds patrol information tasks, analyzes and counts operation data of all gates, analyzes, calls and collects data of the gates and the like. 1. An intelligent management method for a high-speed service area, comprising:
s1: the method comprises the steps that basic information of a passing vehicle at an entrance of a high-speed service area is collected by monitoring equipment, wherein the basic information comprises a license plate number of the passing vehicle, vehicle type information and face information of a driver;
s2: generating an identification record of the passing vehicle in a management system, establishing a mapping relation between the face information of the driver and the identification record of the passing vehicle by using a face recognition technology, and guiding the passing vehicle to a specified parking spot based on the vehicle type information;
s3: responding to the fact that the time and frequency of the face information of the accompanying people of the passing vehicle, which is captured by the monitoring equipment, and the passing vehicle and/or the driver appearing at the same time are larger than the preset time and/or frequency threshold value, and establishing the mapping relation between the accompanying people and the driver and the vehicle;
s4: responding to the network of the high-speed service area accessed by the mobile terminal of the driver and/or the accompanying personnel after the license plate number is verified, adding the mobile terminal information of the driver and/or the accompanying personnel in the identification record, and allocating service information corresponding to the basic information of the passing vehicle by utilizing the database resource of the management system to push the service information to the mobile terminal of the driver and/or the accompanying personnel;
s5: and updating the identification record state of the passing vehicle in response to the monitoring equipment at the exit of the high-speed service area collecting the passing vehicle.
2. The intelligent management method for the high-speed service areas according to claim 1, further comprising passing verification of a center aisle on two sides of the high-speed service areas, wherein the center aisle is provided with a first gate and a second gate in series.
3. The intelligent management method for a high-speed service area according to claim 2, wherein the passing authentication manner is specifically:
inputting the basic information of the passing vehicle passing the audit into the management system;
responding to that the basic information of the passing vehicle identified by the snapshot of the first gate is approved, opening the first gate, enabling the passing vehicle to enter between the first gate and the second gate, and pushing the basic information of the passing vehicle to a manager by the management system;
and after the management personnel verify that the basic information of the passing vehicle is correct by monitoring, starting the second gate.
4. The intelligent management method for the high-speed service area according to claim 3, wherein the basic information which is audited is time-efficient, and the auditing of the basic information is automatically cleared by the management system when a preset time threshold is exceeded.
5. The intelligent management method for a high-speed service area according to claim 1, wherein the service information includes: the system comprises a service area map, parking space information, gas station information, toilet information and people flow information.
6. The intelligent management method for the high-speed service area according to claim 2, further comprising a personnel access management verification, wherein the management system defines the authority of the passers based on the classification and the access time of the passers.
7. The intelligent management method for the high-speed service area according to claim 6, wherein the personnel access management verification is performed by verification recording through pass codes, and one pass person corresponds to one pass code.
8. An intelligent management system for a high speed service area, comprising:
a monitoring unit: basic information for collecting passing vehicles at the entrance of the high-speed service area is configured, wherein the basic information comprises license plate numbers, vehicle type information and face information of drivers of the passing vehicles;
a management center unit: the system is configured to establish a mapping relation between the face information of the driver and the identification record of the passing vehicle by using a face recognition technology, and guide the passing vehicle to a specified parking spot based on the vehicle type information; responding to the fact that the time and frequency of the face information of the accompanying people of the passing vehicle, which is captured by the monitoring unit, and the passing vehicle and/or the driver appearing at the same time are larger than the preset time and/or frequency threshold value, and establishing the mapping relation between the accompanying people and the driver and the vehicle; responding to the network of the high-speed service area accessed by the mobile terminal of the driver and/or the accompanying personnel after the license plate number is verified, adding the mobile terminal information of the driver and/or the accompanying personnel in the identification record, and allocating service information corresponding to the basic information of the passing vehicle by utilizing the database resource of the management system to push the service information to the mobile terminal of the driver and/or the accompanying personnel; and updating the identification record state of the passing vehicle in response to the monitoring unit at the exit of the high-speed service area collecting the passing vehicle.
9. The intelligent management system for high-speed service areas according to claim 8, wherein the monitoring unit comprises a gun type camera, an infrared dome and a barrel type camera.
10. The intelligent management system for a high-speed service area according to claim 8, wherein the management center unit specifically comprises:
the inspection management subunit: the system is configured to set a patrol point in the high-speed service area, and patrol personnel complete comprehensive patrol on the high-speed service area based on the patrol point and upload the information of the patrol point to the management center unit in real time;
toilet management subunit: the system is configured to utilize an infrared sensing probe to monitor the use condition of the toilet and upload the use condition to the management center unit in real time;
a people stream detection subunit: the system is configured for counting the number of people coming in and going out of a channel port of the high-speed service area and the information of the flow direction of people and uploading the counting and analyzing results to the management center unit;
a wireless network subunit: configuring a network coverage in the high-speed service area by using a wireless controller and an AP (access point) architecture, and feeding back information of terminal identification, application identification and flow control to the management center unit;
a channel management subunit: and the system is configured to send the passing information or the auditing information of the vehicle channel and the personnel channel in the high-speed service area to the management center unit.
