1. A security monitoring system, comprising: the system comprises a video monitoring system, a vehicle access system, a personnel access system and a visitor management system;
the video monitoring system comprises video monitoring equipment arranged in a plurality of areas and peripheries and is used for acquiring monitoring data acquired by the monitoring equipment;
the vehicle entrance and exit system is used for managing the entrance and exit of a vehicle to obtain vehicle management data;
the personnel access system is used for managing the personnel who live in the house to obtain the data of the personnel who live in the house;
the visitor management system is used for managing visitor personnel to obtain visitor personnel data;
the security monitoring system is used for managing the monitoring data, the vehicle management data, the standing person data and the visitor person data, constructing a Geographic Information System (GIS) electronic map and displaying the GIS electronic map on a preset large screen.

The monitoring system of claim 1, wherein the security monitoring system is configured to determine a monitoring event according to the monitoring data, the vehicle management data, the standing person data, and the visitor person data, and perform automatic processing according to the monitoring event.

The monitoring system of claim 1, wherein the security monitoring system further comprises a dispatch system; the scheduling system is used for displaying a visual scheduling interface on the large screen and responding to scheduling operation acting on the large screen to perform scheduling processing.

The monitoring system of claim 1, wherein the security monitoring system is configured to obtain a video polling task; and determining the monitoring data needing to be polled according to the time and the place set by the video polling task, and displaying the monitoring data needing to be polled on a large screen.
5. The monitoring system of claim 1, wherein the operations service platform further comprises a client;
the comprehensive management system is used for receiving the interactive request sent by the client; responding the interaction request, acquiring matched response information and sending the interaction information to the client;
the interactive information comprises monitoring data matched with the user authority of the client side or visitor information.
6. The monitoring system of claim 1, wherein the vehicle access system is configured to obtain a number of remaining available slots; and determining the allowable parking time of the visiting vehicle according to the number of the remaining available parking spaces.

the vehicle entrance and exit system comprises a front end system, a network transmission system and a rear end management system;
the front-end system comprises an electric car stopper module and a license plate recognition module, wherein the electric car stopper module comprises an electric car stopper, a car detector or a smash-proof radar, an entrance and exit control machine, a distance recognition module and a remote controller; the license plate recognition module comprises an entrance/exit light supplement snapshot unit, a vehicle detector or a trigger radar, an outdoor LED display screen and an entrance/exit terminal controller;
