1. An intelligent management system for a city, comprising:
the intelligent city central control center is used for carrying out intelligent management on the city;
the target identification alarm module is connected with a first communication port of the intelligent city central control center and used for collecting and recording city images, identifying related target characters, comparing the relevant target characters with the target images, determining the target characters and giving an alarm;
the city intelligent navigation module is connected with a second communication port of the intelligent city central control center and is used for positioning, route planning and map downloading by citizens;
the city government affair service module is connected with a third communication port of the intelligent city central control center and used for providing convenient municipal service for citizens;
the city infrastructure module is connected with a fourth communication port of the intelligent city central control center and used for realizing the spatialization and visual management of road, lamp and bridge city information;
the urban citizen guarantee module is connected with a fifth communication port of the intelligent urban central control center and used for guaranteeing power supply, water supply, heating and network for citizens;
the urban epidemic situation early warning module is connected with a sixth communication port of the intelligent urban central control center and is used for carrying out intelligent management on epidemic situation types, occurrence areas, epidemic situation protection and mass epidemic situation reporting information;
the urban environment information module is connected with a seventh communication port of the intelligent urban central control center and used for carrying out comprehensive research and judgment on forms by utilizing urban big data to realize environmental policy measure formulation, environmental risk prediction and early warning and major business meeting evaluation;
and the urban safety production module is connected with an eighth communication port of the intelligent urban central control center and used for displaying a full-market safety production situation map, analyzing and displaying safety accident change situation, analyzing and displaying two-point-one major situation, analyzing and displaying hidden danger troubleshooting and treatment situation, simulating and analyzing safety production accident consequences, comprehensively treating and analyzing dangerous chemical transportation, displaying VR simulation drilling, rescuing accidents and displaying emergency treatment.
2. The intelligent city management system according to claim 1,
the target identification alarm module comprises one or more of an image information acquisition unit, an image target identification unit, an image target comparison unit and a target abnormity alarm unit which are connected in sequence;
the image information acquisition unit is used for acquiring and recording urban images, the image target comparison unit performs target comparison after the image target identification unit identifies related target persons, and the target abnormity alarm unit informs a police to perform intervention processing if the target persons are determined.
3. The intelligent city management system according to claim 1,
the urban intelligent navigation module comprises one or more of a man-machine interaction server, a positioning unit, a map downloading unit and a route planning unit;
the man-machine interaction server is arranged at a subway entrance, a bus stop and a city square for citizens to use;
the positioning unit is used for a user to obtain the current position;
the map downloading unit and the route planning unit are used for transmitting the driving route to the mobile phone of the user through the map downloading unit according to the current position of the user.

The city intelligent management system according to claim 1, wherein the city government affairs service module comprises one or more of a municipal service online handling unit, a municipal service hall reservation unit, a medical treatment service unit and an education service online handling unit;
the municipal service online transaction unit is used for business transaction of citizens on the network;
the municipal service hall reservation unit is used for online reservation of business handling of citizens;
the medical treatment service unit is used for the citizen to handle medical treatment business;
the education service online transaction unit is used for the citizen to transact education service business.
5. The intelligent city management system according to claim 1,
the urban infrastructure module comprises one or more of a road condition acquisition unit, a street lamp condition acquisition unit and a bridge condition acquisition unit;
the road condition acquisition unit is used for monitoring the real-time state of the urban road, so that the road surface defect can be conveniently found and repaired in time;
