Abstract
一种特别用于车轴制动器制动凸轮轴(1)上的滑动轴承衬套(4),装有密封衬套端部的密封垫圈(8),其密封唇(8b)紧密地压在轴(1)上,并借助一形状稳定支承部分(8a)支承于滑动轴承衬套(4)的一个环形槽(4b)内,其中密封唇(8b)一方面与支承部分(8a)之间,另一方面与轴外表面之间形成空腔。环形槽(4b)分别布置在滑动轴承衬套(4)的端面内,并由一个径向延伸定位面(4c)和另一个斜向延伸支承面(4d)构成,固定部分在弹性变形后借助咬合在环形槽(4b)的后切口(4e)内的凸肩(8c)在轴向形状相配地支承于滑动轴承衬套(4)上。
Description
本发明涉及一种特定的滑动轴承衬套,特别用于汽车制动器尤其是鼓式制动器的制动凸轮轴上,装有密封衬套端部的密封垫圈。
此类滑动轴承衬套如在DE 44 01 526 c1中公开过。密封垫圈以其密封唇紧密地压在轴上,并借助一形状稳定支承部分支承于滑动轴承衬套的一环形槽内,其中密封垫圈一方面和支承部分之间,另一方面与轴外表面之间形成空腔。在公开的实施例中环形槽位于滑动轴承衬套的柱形内壁上,这样密封垫圈在嵌入时必须发生强烈变形。
本发明目的在于,将如开头所述型式特别用于车轴制动器制动凸轮轴上的特定滑动轴承衬套,进一步改进如下,在减少零部件的同时简化安装并改善密封效果。
本发明实现该目的的特征在于,环形槽分别布置在滑动轴承衬套的端面内,并由为密封垫圈的支承部分设计的一个径向延伸定位面和另一个斜向延伸支承面构成,支承部分在弹性变形后借助咬合在环形槽的侧切口内的凸肩在轴向形状相配地支承于滑动轴承衬套上。
通过本发明提供的改进,不仅取消了密封垫圈的附加支承元件,而且由此在改善了密封效果的同时使密封型式更为简单。最后除了减轻了重量外,还使装配可能更快、更简单,因为密封垫圈在嵌入轴承衬套时没有较大变形,并由此可作为推到轴上的预安装零件。
按本发明的其他特征,每一个由一形状稳定支承部分和一可弹性变形的密封唇构成的密封垫圈,与可弹性变形的凸肩做成一体。
为了即使在粗糙的日常运转中也能保证密封环在用于制动凸轮轴上的特定滑动轴承衬套内的安全夹紧,本发明有利的实施例中,每个密封垫圈至少部分地由滑动轴承衬套的轴承半壳覆盖。滑动轴承衬套的外表面最好做成球面环形,其中密封垫圈的外轮廓是滑动轴承衬套外表面轮廓的继续延伸。
最后,按本发明在制动凸轮轴上使用滑动轴承衬套时建议,一个轴承半壳做成轴承座的一部分,另一个轴承半壳做成拉杆调节器的固定点支座的一部分。由此可进一步减少按本发明提供轴承所用的零件。

图1中示出了车轴鼓式制动器装备的制动凸轮轴1端部,其上安装了自动拉杆调节器2。该拉杆调节器2用于根据制动摩擦片磨损自动调整鼓式制动器的制动块。为此该调节器连接在固定点支座3上,支座本身固定在未示出的车轴轴体上,通过这种方式为拉杆调节器2形成支点。
支承拉杆调节器2的制动凸轮轴1的端部借助一滑动轴承衬套4支承,该衬套安装在制动凸轮轴1的柱形外表面1a上,并备有注油嘴5。该注油嘴通过自身的润滑油道与在滑动轴承衬套4的柱形支承面内形成的润滑油槽4a相连。
滑动轴承衬套4通过一个与图中未示出的轴体相连的,最好是焊接的轴承座6支承在轴体上,该轴承座按图1所示用作轴承半壳6a,以覆盖外表面呈球面环形的滑动轴承衬套4,另一个轴承半壳3a通过固定点支座3以相应的形式构成,该支座由螺栓7旋紧在轴承座6上。在此,通过这种方式已避免了用附加零部件作轴承半壳。
为了保证滑动轴承衬套4的轴承面不仅能防止进入灰尘,而且能防止润滑油流出,备有两个密封垫圈8,它们形状相配地支承在滑动轴承衬套4的环形槽4b内,且为带滑动轴承衬套4的滑动轴承实现端部密封。
如图3中的放大图所示,每个位于侧开切口的环形槽4b内的密封垫圈8形状相配地固定在滑动轴承衬套4内。每个环形槽4b备有为密封垫圈8的支承部分8a设计的一个径向延伸定位面4c和另一个斜向延伸支承面4d,以及一个侧切口4e,密封垫圈8可弹性变形的凸肩8c咬合在该侧切口内。所以一方面密封垫圈8可以借助其支承部分8a得到较好的支持和支承,另一方面,密封垫圈8在装入滑动轴承衬套4端面内的环形槽4b过程中,凸肩8c区可以只产生较小的弹性扩张。
因此密封垫圈8可以与形状稳定支承部分8a及可弹性变形的密封唇8b和凸肩8c做成一体,同时密封唇8b紧贴在制动凸轮轴1的柱形装配面1a上形成空腔。
图2所示形式的分别装在滑动轴承衬套4的环形槽4b内的密封垫圈8,取消在皮碗型式中需用附加支承元件实现的装配密封。带有两个形状相配固定的密封垫圈8的滑动轴承衬套4作为预安装部件,它可以简单的方式推到制动凸轮轴1的支承面1a上,并在该处通过由轴承半壳6a或3a形成的轴承座6和固定点支座3支承。
Claims (6)
1.特别用于车轴制动器制动凸轮轴(1)上的滑动轴承衬套,装有密封滑动轴承衬套(4)端部的密封垫圈(8),其密封唇(8b)紧密地压在轴(1)上,并且密封垫圈借助一形状稳定支承部分(8a)支承于滑动轴承衬套(4)的一个环形槽(4b)内,其中密封唇(8b)一方面与支承部分(8a)之间,另一方面与轴外表面之间形成空腔,其特征在于,环形槽(4b)分别布置在滑动轴承衬套(4)的端面内,并具有为密封垫圈(8)的支承部分(8a)设计的一个径向延伸定位面(4c)和另一个斜向延伸支承面(4d),支承部分在弹性变形后借助咬合在环形槽(4b)的侧切口(4e)内的凸肩(8c)在轴向形状相配地支承于滑动轴承衬套(4)上。
2.按权利要求1所述的滑动轴承衬套,其特征在于,由一形状稳定支承部分(8a)和一可弹性变形的密封唇(8b)构成的密封垫圈(8)与可弹性变形的凸肩(8c)做成一体。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的滑动轴承衬套,应用于制动凸轮轴上,其特征在于,密封垫圈(8)至少部分地由滑动轴承衬套(4)的轴承半壳(3a)或(6a)覆盖。
4.按权利要求1至3中至少任一项所述的滑动轴承衬套,其特征在于,滑动轴承衬套(4)的外表面做成球面环形。
5.按权利要求4所述的滑动轴承衬套,其特征在于,密封垫圈(8)的外轮廓是滑动轴承衬套(4)外表面轮廓的继续延伸。
6.按权利要求1至5中至少任一项所述的滑动轴承衬套,其特征在于,一个轴承半壳(6a)是轴承座(6)的一部分,另一个轴承半壳(3a)是拉杆调节器(2)的固定点支座(3)的一部分。
