本发明涉及钢丝绳领域,尤其涉及一种电梯钢丝绳,包括绳芯,绳芯包括六边形绳股,六边形绳股的截面呈正六边形,六个六边形绳股两两抵靠捻制成管状芯体,管状芯体的中心填充有若干个纤维芯股,管状芯体外绕包有耐磨裹覆层,且管状芯体的外缘间隙中设置有加强绳股。上述电梯钢丝绳采用六边形绳股组成绳芯,并在绳芯中心填充纤维芯股,起到支撑、储油的作用,且通过加强绳股提高整体强度,使得绳芯结构稳定,内部移动空隙小,减小了钢丝绳的磨损,延长了使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及钢丝绳领域,尤其涉及一种电梯钢丝绳。
背景技术
钢丝绳是将力学性能和几何尺寸符合要求的钢丝按照一定的规则捻制在一起的螺旋状钢丝束,一般由钢丝、绳芯及润滑脂组成。
目前,电梯用钢丝绳主要分钢芯结构和纤维芯结构两类。钢芯结构的钢丝绳储油量小,在后续维保中需要定期加油润滑,维护不便;纤维芯结构的钢丝绳主要由天然短纤维的剑麻制成,剑麻绳芯在钢丝绳中能够起到较好的支撑、减震及储油的作用,但剑麻成本高,且纤维粗细不均,纺纱时很难掌控均匀度,制成的绳芯直径沿长度方向会有较大波动,而电梯在运行时,需要经过曳引轮、反绳轮、导向轮等,钢丝与钢丝之间、钢丝与绳槽之间存在挤压与磨损,且绳芯直径的波动会导致钢丝绳直径波动,进而加剧钢丝的磨损,大大缩短了钢丝绳的使用寿命,带来一定安全风险。
对此,除了需要寻找绳芯中替代剑麻的有效材料之外,更需要优化钢丝绳内部结构,从而达到提高钢丝绳整体强度的目的。
发明内容
基于上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种电梯钢丝绳,优化钢丝绳内部结构,满足电梯使用要求,降低钢丝绳摩擦损伤,提高其强度和使用寿命。
为达上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种电梯钢丝绳,其包括绳芯,绳芯包括六边形绳股,六边形绳股的截面呈正六边形,六个六边形绳股两两抵靠捻制成管状芯体,管状芯体的中心填充有若干个纤维芯股,管状芯体外绕包有耐磨裹覆层,且管状芯体的外缘间隙中设置有加强绳股。
可选地,纤维芯股由若干个纤维长丝捻制而成,纤维长丝浸润有油脂。
可选地,纤维长丝为涤纶、碳纤维、黄麻、粘胶纤维和醋酯纤维中任一种。
可选地,六边形绳股由七个钢丝股正规绞合而成,且绞合体外绕包有定型层。
可选地,定型层沿着六边形绳股的长度方向等距间隔排布。
可选地,钢丝股包括中心钢丝,中心钢丝的外圈均匀包捻有若干个内层钢丝,内层钢丝的外圈均匀包捻有若干个外层钢丝。
可选地,中心钢丝、内层钢丝、外层钢丝上分别淋有油脂,且钢丝股的缝隙中填充有油脂。
可选地,加强绳股由若干个加强钢丝捻制而成。
可选地,加强绳股的捻向与管状芯体的捻向相反。
可选地,耐磨裹覆层的外表面涂有聚氨酯薄膜。
综上,本发明的有益效果为,与现有技术相比,所述电梯钢丝绳采用六边形绳股组成绳芯,并在绳芯中心填充纤维芯股,起到支撑、储油的作用,且通过加强绳股提高整体强度,使得绳芯结构稳定,内部移动空隙小,减小了钢丝绳的磨损,延长了使用寿命。

请参阅图1所示,本优选实施例提供一种电梯钢丝绳,包括绳芯,绳芯包括六边形绳股1,六边形绳股1的截面呈正六边形,六个六边形绳股1两两抵靠捻制成管状芯体,管状芯体的中心填充有若干个纤维芯股2,管状芯体外绕包有耐磨裹覆层3,且管状芯体的外缘间隙中设置有加强绳股4。
特别地,纤维芯股2由若干个纤维长丝捻制而成,纤维长丝浸润有油脂。此处的纤维长丝在钢丝绳中心能够起到较好的支撑、减震及储油功能,以配合外层管状芯体保证可靠结构性。
优选地,纤维长丝为涤纶、碳纤维、黄麻、粘胶纤维和醋酯纤维中任一种或者几种,以上材料都具备较优吸油性,能够满足要求储油要求,且像涤纶具有强度高、弹性好的优点,多次弯曲不会断裂变形,作为钢丝绳中心股具有独特的作用。
其中,六边形绳股1由七个钢丝股11按“1+6”正规绞合而成,且绞合体外绕包有定型层12。此处优选采用正六边形的绳股,特点是六边形的面接触形式相对于圆形的抵靠形式,结构更加稳定、强度高、相对摩擦小。
特别地,定型层12沿着六边形绳股1的长度方向等距间隔排布,稳定结构的同时,方便内芯的润滑油脂渗入六边形绳股1中,保证钢丝润滑需要,大大延长钢丝绳的维护周期。
具体地,此处的钢丝股11包括中心钢丝111,中心钢丝111的外圈均匀包捻有若干个内层钢丝112,内层钢丝112的外圈均匀包捻有若干个外层钢丝113,图中以一个中心钢丝111、九个内层钢丝112和九个外层钢丝113示例,保证钢丝股11足够强度。
进一步地,中心钢丝111、内层钢丝112、外层钢丝113上分别淋有油脂,且钢丝股11的缝隙中填充有油脂,使得钢丝内部有效润滑,起到防止钢丝锈蚀、减少磨擦的作用。
其中,加强绳股4由若干个加强钢丝捻制而成,加强绳股4用于填充空隙,减小六边形绳股1相对移动量,且提高整体强度。
优选地,加强绳股4的捻向与管状芯体的捻向相反,减少绳股之间的接触应力,同时使得钢丝绳具备较优异的阻旋转性能,减少钢丝绳出现松散的情况。
另外,耐磨裹覆层3的外表面涂有聚氨酯薄膜,进一步增强钢丝绳的表面耐磨性能。
综上,上述的电梯钢丝绳采用六边形绳股组成绳芯,并在绳芯中心填充纤维芯股,起到支撑、储油的作用,且通过加强绳股提高整体强度,使得绳芯结构稳定,内部移动空隙小,减小了钢丝绳的磨损,延长了使用寿命。

1.一种电梯钢丝绳,其特征在于,包括绳芯,所述绳芯包括六边形绳股(1),所述六边形绳股(1)的截面呈正六边形,六个所述六边形绳股(1)两两抵靠捻制成管状芯体,所述管状芯体的中心填充有若干个纤维芯股(2),所述管状芯体外绕包有耐磨裹覆层(3),且所述管状芯体的外缘间隙中设置有加强绳股(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电梯钢丝绳,其特征在于,所述纤维芯股(2)由若干个纤维长丝捻制而成,所述纤维长丝浸润有油脂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的电梯钢丝绳,其特征在于,所述纤维长丝为涤纶、碳纤维、黄麻、粘胶纤维和醋酯纤维中任一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电梯钢丝绳,其特征在于,所述六边形绳股(1)由七个钢丝股(11)正规绞合而成,且绞合体外绕包有定型层(12)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的电梯钢丝绳,其特征在于,所述定型层(12)沿着所述六边形绳股(1)的长度方向等距间隔排布。
6.根据权利要求4所述的电梯钢丝绳,其特征在于,所述钢丝股(11)包括中心钢丝(111),所述中心钢丝(111)的外圈均匀包捻有若干个内层钢丝(112),所述内层钢丝(112)的外圈均匀包捻有若干个外层钢丝(113)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的电梯钢丝绳,其特征在于,所述中心钢丝(111)、所述内层钢丝(112)、所述外层钢丝(113)上分别淋有油脂,且所述钢丝股(11)的缝隙中填充有油脂。
8.根据权利要求1所述的电梯钢丝绳,其特征在于,所述加强绳股(4)由若干个加强钢丝捻制而成。
9.根据权利要求8所述的电梯钢丝绳,其特征在于,所述加强绳股(4)的捻向与所述管状芯体的捻向相反。
10.根据权利要求1所述的电梯钢丝绳,其特征在于,所述耐磨裹覆层(3)的外表面涂有聚氨酯薄膜。
