The production can be carried out by the following procedures:
(1) Pretreatment of raw materials: the raw materials are sorted and processed, weighed according to the proportion, cleaned and soaked for 1-3 hours by using water which just covers the raw materials.
(2) Extracting: placing the soaked raw materials into an extraction tank, adding water for beverage production 9 times the weight of the raw materials, heating to 90-100deg.C, extracting for 30-40 min, and extracting the extractive solution into a buffer tank. Adding water for beverage production with weight 9 times of the weight of the raw materials into the extraction tank, extracting for 20-30 min at 80-100deg.C, mixing with the first extractive solution, clarifying, filtering, and adding into blending tank.
(3) And (3) blending: adding 100 parts by weight of white granulated sugar into a sugar dissolving tank, adding water to prepare syrup with concentration of 55-60%, filtering the syrup, inputting the syrup into a blending tank, and uniformly mixing the syrup with the extracting solution.
(4) And (3) filtering: the feed liquid in the blending tank can be filtered by adopting a membrane filtration method, and the filtered feed liquid is uniform and transparent and meets the plant beverage standard.
(5) Sterilizing: the ultra-high temperature instantaneous sterilization technology can be adopted to meet the requirement of commercial sterile quality of the beverage.
(6) And (3) filling: filling operation is carried out by adopting sterile filling equipment, and product split charging production is completed.
Examples
A beverage comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 45 parts of dried orange peel, 40 parts of kudzuvine root, 36 parts of emblic leafflower fruit, 30 parts of common fennel fruit, 12 parts of citron, 9 parts of momordica grosvenori and 9 parts of fructus amomi, adding water for beverage production, which is 10 times of the weight of the raw materials, for extraction for 2 times, and adding 120 parts of white granulated sugar.
The production can be carried out by the following procedures:
